Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Lela Rose – 2017 SAG Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus attended the 2017 SAG Awards in LA on Sunday (January 29).

The ‘Veep’ actress wore a gown from the Lela Rose fall 2016 collection.

Julia knows her figure and usually sticks to the same silhouette.

This iteration didn’t exactly succeed though, with the embroidered leaf pattern not melding well with the black fabric of the dress.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Lela Rose – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Lela Rose - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Julia Louis-Dreyfus paid a visit to ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ at Rockefeller Center on Wednesday (April 8) in New York City, to promote the latest season of ‘Veep’

Taking an eye-catching approach to introduce spring colours, I love Julia’s Lela Rose Spring 2015 dress for its refreshing citron yellow tone and sculpting a ladylike appearance with a feminine lace overlay.

Immaculately clean-cut, this fitted piece is forever graceful, especially when styled with patent leather Louboutins.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Erdem – 2015 Producers Guild Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Erdem - 2015 Producers Guild Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus attended the 2015 Producers Guild Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Saturday (January 24) in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Veep’ actress wore an Erdem Pre-Fall 2015 dress in her favoured silhouette decorated with the designer’s signature floral embroidery.

While this is a textbook look for both wearer and designer, I’m drawn in by the level of sophistication and charm oozing from this look.

Black satin Stuart Weitzman ‘Queen’ pumps (I wish they were burgundy) and a white pearl Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch rounded out her look.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Monique Lhuillier – 2015 SAG Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Monique Lhuillier - 2015 SAG Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus attended the 2015 SAG Awards held on Sunday evening (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Veep’ actress wore a black Monique Lhuillier gown with a corseted bodice and black lace overlay. She completed the look with Fred Leighton jewelry.

Without fail, Julia always looks beautiful. She is a master at picking dresses that flatter her figure and she never seems to age. In this elegant, black dress and natural, easy hair and make-up she is a stunner.

I’d love to see Julia push the envelope a bit more, especially when she is a nominee though. If she had done the same dress in an dramatic color or added a bold lip she would be in the running for best dressed.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Narciso Rodriguez – 2015 Golden Globe Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Narciso Rodriguez - 2015 Golden Globe Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus looked sleek at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday (January 11).

Simply accented with a beaded bodice, the length of the gown was fitted perfectly for the petite star’s frame. And while the ‘Veep’ actress looks age-appropriate, we’re thinking this Narciso Rodriguez one-shoulder gown is not the right choice for her.

As if a tad ‘mother of the bride,’ but in white, Julia looks washed out in such a frosted frock. A few more cheery accessories or perhaps jeweled earrings would’ve made this bland dress pop.

We think Julia would look especially beautiful in red, yellow or navy.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Carolina Herrera – 2014 Emmy Awards

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Carolina Herrera – 2014 Emmy Awards

Julie Louis-Dreyfus proved why she frequently tops the Red Carpet best-dressed list when she stepped out in custom Carolina Herrera at the 2014 Emmy Awards on Monday (August 25) at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

The classically elegant red column dress featured asymmetrical pleats at the waist and neckline. The thin red patent belt was echoed by buckled patent straps that crossed Julia’s bare back. The fit of the dress was pure couture.

Accessories included the Lee Save ‘Infinite Space’ clutch and a diamond cuff by Lorraine Schwartz.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Paule Ka & Ports 1961 – Good Morning America & Late Show with David Letterman

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Paula Ka & Ports 1961 - Good Morning America & Late Show with David Letterman

Julia Louis-Dreyfus wore two looks on Thursday (July 31) for her guest appearances on ‘Good Morning America’ and the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’, opting for her favoured fitted style of dress.

Good Morning America: The day kicked off with a burst of bright pink, with the actress wearing a Paule Ka Fall 2014 sleeveless dress with a knotted waist for a glorious ladylike look, styled with L.K. Bennett ‘Anya’ black open-toe T-bar sandals with a leopard-print bow for an interesting contrast.

Letterman: Next up was a sultry LBD designed by Ports 1961 featuring a lace panel tracing the empire waist. Julia styled this look with David Yurman black-diamond jewels and Schutz strappy sandals.

I have to say I love both looks equally. She certainly knows what works best for her.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Antonio Berardi – 100th Annual White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner

Julia Louis-Dreyfus In Antonio Berardi - 100th Annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner

Julia Louis-Dreyfus attends the 100th Annual White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton on May 3, 2014 in Washington, DC.

The actress dazzled on the red carpet wearing a spectacular Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2013 gown with a bodice adorned with decadent crystals.

Worthy of a red carpet moment, the body-skimming cut gave Julia a beautiful streamline silhouette.

I wish she’d kept the focus on the alluring bodice. I’m not a fan of the gunmetal pearl Edie Parker clutch with a silver confetti rim here.

Simple black would’ve been the perfect way to complete this look.

Brian Atwood black satin ‘Sterling’ platform sandals and diamond cluster earrings provided the finishing touches.
