Harper’s BAZAAR Celebrates ‘ICONS By Carine Roitfeld’

The list of lovelies at Harper’s BAZAAR Celebrates ‘ICONS By Carine Roitfeld’ on Friday (September 8) in New York City was seemingly unending, as a number of stars joined Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Kim Kardashian.

Gigi Hadid: Her hyper-embellished Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2017 ensemble, styled with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, was so intricate and powerful of a statement that it really didn’t require the rhinestone clogs.

Kaia Gerber: Cindy Crawford’s model daughter was all grown up in a slinky Kristian Aadnevik Fall 2017 mini that had her looking like her mom more and more.

Kendall Jenner: There was little left to the imagination in this Dolce & Gabbana ruched, sheer number. Yet, ironically in spite of the see-through, I couldn’t help but still get a certain sophisticated, glam vibe with the look, which I will chalk up to its silhouette along with Kendall’s Old-Hollywood waves, Lorraine Schwartz jewels, and Jimmy Choo sandals.

2017 GQ Men of The Year Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Many more femmes took to the GQ Men of The Year Awards red carpet to celebrate the fellas on Tuesday (September 5) in London.

Jourdan Dunn: I love how the flash of red brought an eye-catching finesse to the supermodel’s Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2013 Couture sculpted gown that celebrated sumptuous velvet, as we transition into fall-facing looks.

Winnie Harlow: While Winne wore her Julien Macdonald Fall 2017 chainmail-esque harness gown with model prowess, it still seems to be something we’ve seen before. Sheer? Check. Slit to there? Check. The sultry glamour in her long waves and matte red lip also contributed to the overtly sexy vibe.

Leomie Anderson, Winnie Harlow & Jourdan Dunn at Wireless Festival in London

A model trio descended upon on Finsbury Park in London on Saturday (July 8) to join fellow music lovers for the 2017 Wireless Festival, while serving up some festival style inspiration – which didn’t see a single fringed bag in sight.

Leomie Anderson: Sporting Ghana cornrows, the models look resembled that of an 80s raver with metallics adding some shine to her look.

Winnie Harlow: This 90s sporty inspired look featuring an Are You Am I top and MARR parachute pants sees Winnie channeling her inner TLC. T-Boz, Left Eye and Chilli were rarely seen minus a banging 6-pack, laying the foundations for the crop craze.

Jourdan Dunn: If Leomie and Winnie were rocking 80s and 90s looks respectively, then Jourdan was definitely 00s. The London-born model was repping her own Lon Dunn+ Missguided Collection featuring a mesh top to keep her cool on a blazing hot Saturday afternoon.

Michael Kors Celebrates Tatler’s English Roses 2017

Tatler’s ‘English Roses 2017’ exhibition, in association with Michael Kors, celebrated its opening at the Saatchi Gallery in London on Thursday (June 29) with fanfare and a number of striking Michael Kors-clad femmes in the mix.

Jourdan Dunn: Two words came to mind when I saw this Michael Kors Collection Fall 2017 look: Impossibly chic. The femininity of the draped blouse paired perfectly with the structured spirit of the plongé pleated trousers, finished in sleekness by Christian Louboutin heels. Diane Kordas jewellery completed her look.

Edie Campbell: Also going the way of a monochromatic mood, Edie donned a Michael Kors Collection Pre-Fall 2017 ensemble. I love the sophisticated playfulness of the shrunken, cropped proportions here—and those big, bold buttons.

Ella Richards: The daughter of Rolling Stones’ guitarist Keith Richards, Ella brought something of a cool rocker edge into this MICHAEL Michael Kors Holiday 2018 black-and-silver, silk-moiré tuxedo jacket and cigarette pants. Allowing the suit to shine, she kept her styling to a refined minimum with a gunmetal MICHAEL Michael Kors ‘Elsie’ clutch and Michael Kors Collection sandals—plus a few pendant necklaces for good measure.

2017 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2017 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards took place on Tuesday (June 6) in London. The event attracted some famous faces in fashionable ensembles.

Dua Lipa: The singer definitely got the ‘glamour’ memo judging by her Stella McCartney Fall 2017 cut-out gown. It was one of the few sultry after-dark looks we saw at this event.

Emily Berrington: Emilio Pucci’s dress seems inspired by paisley print. The unusual design features panelling, print, and a cut-out. Whilst this look is commendable for playing with shape, it’s confusing and overworked.

Rashida Jones: Amongst the sea of florals and neutrals, this Erdem Pre-Fall 2017 dress did stand out. I love the intricate detailing on the neckline which adds some softness to this look. The silhouette seems somewhat unflattering, however. I also wish the ‘Parks and Recreation’ actress has opted for more daring styling choices to amplify this look.

‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

The Cannes Film Festival premiere of ‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer’ brought more lovelies to the red carpet on Monday (May 22).

Jourdan Dunn: Jourdan was not ready to give up her sheer ambition yet, after her see-through jumpsuit moment. This Elie Saab Spring 2017 Couture gown was an improvement, as it did resonate with a sense of romantic enchantment in its gilded embroidery. The non-butt-cheek-baring bodysuit also worked in its favour.

Izabel Goulart: I love the subtle lustrous tone of this white Ralph & Russo Couture embellished gown along with its streamlined silhouette that glided over Izabel’s statuesque figure.
