The legendary actress dazzled in a custom Giorgio Armani gown and a sleek Anna Wintour-style bob.

Jodie emanated a glow of timeless beauty and modern panache in her deep blue gown.

The form-fitting look shimmered with subtle detailing, and amped up the glamour with some very fashion-forward straps.

The gown was a perfect choice for Jodie, as it gave her a look that was exciting and chic, without going over the top, or veering into the category of age-inappropriate.

I love this look on Jodie – it’s a design worthy of her long, admirable career and exquisite sense of taste and style.

The surprising thing was that the dress wasn’t in her favourite colour, navy blue.

On this occasion she dazzled in a Mediterranean-blue custom Giorgio Armani gown.

Her fully beaded strapless corset dress with a structured crescent-shaped bustier dress has an intricate border that combines rosettes and multi-bead patterns.

The final detail was the cinched waist which gathers into a beaded side ruffle that cascades down her skirt.

I wish she’d opted for silver shoes, but instead she opted for black Ferragamo peep-toes.
