Jhene Aiko In For Restless Sleepers & Big Sean In Bally – 2017 BET Awards

Jhene Aiko and Big Sean co-ordinated their looks at the 2017 BET Awards on Sunday (June 25) in LA.

Jhene Aiko: There was a laid-back feel to this look, which can be seen in the robe style wrap design and floor sweeping length of this For Restless Sleepers dress. Jhene saved this ensemble from looking like nightwear with the glamorous addition of feminine ankle tie Schutz shoes and an Anndra Neen bag.

Big Sean: Echoing the maroon-pink colour scheme, Big Sean opted for a velvet take on the sports lux look with his Bally tracksuit. I particularly like the formal tailored trousers which have a casual cuffed finish. The addition of a plain white Stella McCartney T-shirt and Gucci sneakers breaks up the heavy velvet and brings some cohesion.

Jhene Aiko In DKNY & Big Sean In Dior Homme – 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko attended the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards, hosted on Sunday (May 7) in LA.

Big Sean must have been feeling a bit crafts-y in his Dior Homme Spring 2017 patchwork suit, which he made smolder with his strong gaze.

As for Jhene, she properly balanced out the extreme proportions of her wide-leg DKNY Spring 2017 pinstripe trousers with a cropped bandeau that showed off her toned midriff.

An Emm Kuo ‘Ferrat’ clutch, Velina Jewelry and Lili Claspe jewelry completed her look.

NYLON Young Hollywood Party

Pretty young things came out to play at NYLON’s annual Young Hollywood event, celebrating the May issue, on Tuesday (May 2) in LA.

Madeline Brewer: Wrapping herself up in a Natori bustier paired with Halston trousers, Madeline let the origami-obi belt do the work for this ensemble. A black Corto Moltedo clutch seamlessly melded into the look.

Rowan Blanchard: I love young Rowan’s fearless embrace of style, as she took the fanciful artistry of this Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2017 beaded lace dress into fashion-forward territory with her futuristic eyeliner effect and crystal embellishment under her eyes.

Emily Robinson: I have to applaud Emily for at least skipping the ubiquitous sheer lace and exchanging it for sheer latticework in this Shrimps Spring 2017 dress. While I could have given the dress a pass, I don’t understand the golden handbag and metallic heels.

Jhené Aiko In Hellessy – Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards

Jhené Aiko attended the Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday (April 2) in West Hollywood.

Oozing plenty of bohemian charm, I love how Jhené reworked this two piece Hellessy outfit to make it her own taking it from meh to something quite spectacular.

I could never imagine from the lookbook that this had the potential to blow me away on the red carpet, but Jhené succeeded thanks to creative styling once again.

Dolce & Gabbana #DGMILLENNIALS Event

Dolce & Gabbana hosted a cocktail party at its Rodeo Drive boutique followed by an after-party at Bootsy Bellows to celebrate #DGNewVision #DGMillennials on Thursday (March 23).

Zendaya:  With a host of stars in attendance, it was Zendaya in her Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2017 look  which stood out the most. Her printed skirt paired with the brands signature bustier really set the tone for this event as a quintessential Dolce & Gabbana look.

Sofia Carson: The young actress presented a more modern look which featured the Dolce & Gabbana printed t-shirt which closed the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2017 show. If Zendaya’s look represented Sicily, then Sofia’s was Milan; hip, cool and laidback.

Courtney Eaton:  Utilitarianism isn’t something we associate with Dolce & Gabbana, but that was the strong vibe I get from Courtney’s Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2017 look.  I’m tempted to say that that the bag was overkill, however, it keeps the youthful flare buoyant within this look.
