Jessica Ennis In Victoria Beckham – BBC Sports Personality Of The Year

Jessica Ennis attended the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards on Sunday evening, which were held at the ExCel in London.

The gold-winning Olympian continued her run of wearing only British designers.

Her favourite brands are Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney, but last night she sported a wool and silk-blend Victoria Beckham gown with a black clutch, chunky watch and elegant necklace.

While the dress is definitely a winner, Ennis shouldn’t have added the chunky watch to her arm, as it just doesn’t match the elegance of the gown.

I have to give her props anyway: it’s not every day you see an athlete looking ultra-feminine and red-carpet-worthy.

Who Wore Alexander McQueen Better…Juno Tempo or Jessica Ennis?

Back in September, indie actress Juno Temple attended the ‘Anna Karenina’ London premiere wearing a head-to-toe Alexander McQueen look.

Dressed in a black-and-neon-pink flower-blossom 3D jacquard dress, she gave the pretty dress an edge by adding a black woven cord box clutch, nouveaux bow sandals and a Mohawk skull ring.

Juno finished off her look with her natural curls left loose and eye-accentuating makeup.

Jessica Ennis, a McQueen devotee, wore the same dress to the UK Athletics Gala Dinner back in October.

She may be the UK’s golden girl but her styling is not a patch on Juno’s, so the young actress wins this easily for me.

Jessica Ennis In Stella McCartney – Harper’s Bazaar Woman of the Year Awards

It was two nights out in a row for Jessica Ennis who attended the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards, held at Claridge’s Hotel in London on Wednesday evening.

The Olympian took a rare night off from wearing Alexander McQueen to wear a dress by her second favourite designer, Stella McCartney.

Her two-tone black-and-white sleeveless V-neck crepe-jersey dress with a satin skirt was styled with nude Christian Louboutin pumps…yay.

Finally she broke her black pumps run.

Jessica Ennis In Alexander McQueen – Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards

As the woman who lived up to being the face (and body) of the 2012 London Olympics, I was not surprised that Jennis Ennis was honoured at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards in London last night.

Wearing her favourite black pumps, the Olympian donned a white Alexander McQueen Fall 2012 dress.

Her sleeveless pencil dress with a feminine bow and draped neckline is just one of many Alexander McQueen dress the athlete owns.

It’s great to see her supporting a British brand. Hopefully she will look to Nicholas Kirkwood or Rupert Sanderson for footwear options in the near future.

Jessica Ennis attended the UK Athletics Gala Dinner held at Royal Courts of Justice in London, England on Friday evening.

The gold-winning Olympian continues to champion British brands on the red carpet, wearing a look by one of her favourite designers; Alexander McQueen.

Her black and neon pink flower blossom 3D jacquard dress was styled with Jessica-favoured choice of footwear, black pumps.

Wavy tresses and a gorgeous smile completed her look.

You may remember that Juno Temple wore this same dress to the ‘Anna Karenina’ London premiere last month.
