Jessica Biel has been pounding the red carpet hard the last few weeks promoting her new movie ‘Total Recall’, and at each event she has been perfectly coiffed thanks to colourist Tracey Cunningham and hairstylist Adir Abergel.

Tracey, whose A-list clientele includes Drew Barrymore, Emma Stone and Charlize Theron, said: “I’m really happy with the way Jessica’s hair has turned out.”

“I used a new line of hair colour from Redken called Chromatics that is ammonia-free and doesn’t compromise the integrity of hair…..She looks great and the ombre is perfect for summer.”

Adir Abergel decided to trim Jessica’s fringe to emphasize her eyes during the press junket. “Before, her bangs were rounded and very ’60s,” Adir said. “I cut them straight across and made them a little shorter to open up her eyes. It gives them more of an edge.”

To beat the heat, instead of blowing out Biel’s bangs, Abergel let them air-dry and separate naturally., “I used a big brush to dust it along her roots, and ran it through her bangs with my fingers,” he said.

“It soaked up the oil and added to the piecey texture without me having to use a lot of product.”

He finished with a light spritz of Frederick Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.
