Jennifer Morrison In Christian Siriano – ‘Rebel In The Rye’ New York Premiere

Jennifer Morrison joined Zoey Deutch at the ‘Rebel in the Rye’ premiere on Wednesday (September 6) in New York City.

The actress wore a simple Christian Siriano Resort 2018 colour-block dress, accessorized with a white Hayward clutch and clear, ankle-tie Schutz sandals.

I cannot say that I loved the fit of the dress here, and I could have done without the ankle ties, but it was still a chic—if forgettable—look for Jennifer who completed it with loose waves and a strawberry lip.

You may remember that Lily Collins wore this dress a couple of months ago.

Jennifer Morrison In Dorothee Schumacher – ‘Ingrid Goes West’ New York Premiere

Jennifer Morrison was also at the ‘Ingrid Goes West’ New York premiere on Tuesday (August 8), with Elizabeth Olsen and Aubrey Plaza also in attendance.

While I wanted to love this Dorothee Schumacher dress simply on account of its luscious melon hue, the colour alone couldn’t remedy the other issues present.

Namely, the frock seemed quite ill-fitting and loose with extra material throughout, which created an awkward effect. And, secondly, the lining was another distracting element.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Sabrina’ heels and a Hayward clutch were intriguing, but were compromised by the dress itself in the end.

Women’s Health and Feed 2017 Party Under the Stars Party

A group of femmes descended on the Women’s Health and FEED’s sixth annual Party Under the Stars in Bridgehampton, New York on Saturday (August 5).

Olivia Palermo: Chic and breezy, Olivia donned a Diane von Furstenberg polka-dot maxi skirt that had a distinct ladylike modernity when paired with a lace ruffle blouse and metallic-accented sandals.

Freida Pinto: You may know Self-Portrait for its feminine, lace frocks. But, with this Resort 2018 ensemble, the brand explored ruffles and pleats in an eye-catching, black-and-white palette that Freida showed off beautifully with Kate Spade New York ‘Orchid’ sandals.

Jennifer Morrison In Yigal Azrouël – ‘Sun Dogs’ Los Angeles Film Festival Premiere

Jennifer Morrison made a striking appearance at the Los Angeles Film Festival ‘Sun Dogs’ premiere in Santa Monica, California on Sunday (June 18).

Keeping it super chic in this geometric Yigal Azrouël Fall 2017 jumpsuit, Jennifer looked both artful but relaxed.

Whilst some may feel this look is a tad dated, I love the striking long leg on the trousers, which feel very of the moment.

The hints of red coming from the lipstick and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals really lift this look and elevate it to glamorous eveningwear.

I just wish the clutch, also Giuseppe Zanotti, could have followed suit and been a little bolder too.

What do you make of this look?

Jennifer Morrison In Narciso Rodriguez – HBO’s Official 2015 Emmy After Party

Jennifer Morrison In Narciso Rodriguez - HBO’s Official 2015 Emmy After Party

Jennifer Morrison attended HBO’s Official 2015 Emmy After Party at The Plaza at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (September 20) in Los Angeles, California.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the actress, who tends to opt for prissy dresses, in this ultra modern Narciso Rodriguez Fall 2015 look.

That being said, the hair is too prissy for the look, she should’ve kept the runway trousers, plus I would’ve preferred this look without the Narciso Rodriguez ‘Boomerang’ clutch as it feels cumbersome in this setting.

If you are having a mild case of déjà vu, that because Elizabeth Olsen recently presented an almost identical look in Juan Carlos Obando – but better.

Comic-Con 2015 Red Carpet Roundup

Comic con roundup
The star-studded Comic-Con 2015 weekend brought out a host of other bold names for the range of parties and panel discussions in San Diego, California.

Natalie Dormer: Attending the Screen Gems panel, the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress wore a Mary Katrantzou lamur guipure lace and jacquard midi dress with blue-green embroidered accents. I like how her ponytail adds a fresh, breezy note to this darker look, but I have no words for the shoes that should have been a simple black or blue sandal if nothing else. You may remember that Shailene Woodley wore the same dress a few months ago.

Sarah Paulson: Fusing femininity with structure, this Suno cutout flared black dress was a successful look for Sarah at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con 2015 party. I was equally delighted to see her step outside the plain-black box with accessories including a silver Edie Parker clutch and silver Aldo shoes.

Kate Mara: Also joining the dark colour parade, Kate wore an embellished Valentino Fall 2015 design at the 20th Century Fox panel discussion. She let the mini dress shine all on its own with only minimal styling including a simple pair of black sandals and a few beaded bracelets, which I would argue were unnecessary too.
