2010 World Music Awards – Jennifer Lopez In Roberto Cavalli

When I learned that Jennifer Lopez would be attending the “2010 World Music Awards” in Monaco, I was really excited to see what she was going to wear considering her superb current form.

Unfortunately I was face with enough animal print to make Sharon Stone and Bet Lynch go weak at the knees.

Her whole look for the evening was a bit dated.

We’ve all seen this plunging leopard-print Roberto Cavalli gown so many times before. It reminds me of a look from the Spring 2006 collection.

I think Jennifer was trying to recreate her “Versace Grammy’s” moment here, but she failed.

A snakeskin Daniel Swarovski clutch added insult to injury.

Her performance look wasn’t any better. In fact it was worse.

The glittery dress with the keyhole detail and silk grey hem is wrong on so many levels.

I feel like she was trying to give us Jlo, but it’s more J-No.

Jennifer is pictured holding her “Outstanding Contribution to the Arts” Award which blends in with her Roberto Cavalli Fall 2004 tiger print sequin gown.

I may have been able to like this look had she not walked through a chicken choop before arriving at this event.

I’m really disappointed she ruined her great run so tragically.

Vanity Fair/Gucci Party Honoring Martin Scorsese – Girls In Gucci

It’s official Gucci have taken over Cannes Film Festival this year.

They threw a party yesterday with Vanity Fair honoring Martin Scorsese with many fabulous ladies attending – in Gucci of course.

Jennifer Lopez wore a one-of-a-kind pale grey one shoulder silk Gucci dress with pleated organza and georgette ruffle detail on the shoulder.

Her look was paired with Jimmy Choo ‘Mercury’ silver sandals.

I would’ve liked to have seen her in something more fitted.

Her host Frida Giannini wore one of my favourite dresses of this event.

She wore a self designed a one-of-a-kind Gucci grey halterneck dress with cutaway shoulder neckline, metal beaded embroidery and mirrored geometric stone detailed neckline.

Lea Seydoux has come a long way from her first red Cannes red carpet appearance at the Robin Hood premiere.

I love her in this one-of-a-kind strapless dark green pleated chiffon Gucci gown with horizontal drape detail on the bust and empire waistline.

Definitely one to watch.

Salma Hayek continues to wear nothing but Gucci during Cannes Film Festival, as she opted for a one-of-a-kind bronze paillette Gucci cap sleeved dress with a deep v-neck to show of her famous assets.

Naomi Watts opted for a sexy Gucci black sequined dress with an open back.

Camilla Belle shows why she is at Cannes Film Festival – to look pretty.

The actress was beyond gorgeous opting for a one-of-a-kind off the shoulder Gucci dress encrusted with gunmetal Swarovski stones, beads and sequins.

Gucci grey was obviously the colour of the night.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Jennifer Lopez In Zuhair Murad Couture & Kristin Davis In Vintage Balmain

You guys gave me mixed comments on Camilla Belle’s Jason Wu dress at the Met Gala, so I wasn’t sure if you liked her enough to be included her in the Best Dressed Met Gala poll.

You let you feelings known when she didn’t appear, so I included her in the Best Dressed of the Week poll.

As gorgeous as Camilla looked, she couldn’t shake off the unstoppable force that is Jennifer Lopez.

Girlfriend has been on a roll, and her Met Gala Zuhair Murad Couture gown was very much the icing on the cake of a 3 week run we hope will never end.

I’m still in love with Kristin Davis and her vintage Balmain gown.

She fittingly gave us Jackie Kennedy at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner.

As someone who’s grown tired of current predictable Balmain collections – especially when worn by Carmen Electra this weekend – it was nice to see a stunning gown by Monsieur Pierre Balmain.

It made me seek out other vintage Balmain dresses, which can be seen on the Decades Inc. website.

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala – Jennifer Lopez In Zuhair Murad Couture

At this stage Jennifer Lopez is my favourite on the red carpet at the 2010 Costume Institute Gala.

The diva brought the drama.

I expected her to and she didn’t let me down.

She opted for a Zuhair Murad Spring 2010 Couture gown with a Judith Leiber clutch.

The breath-taking grey tulle strapless ball gown is embellished with silver sequin leaf print.

Her hair is sleek and not taking any focus away from her stunning gown, the neck was bare as her gown has enough bling.

The make-up is divalious.

She’s an absolute knock out.

Runway To Sidewalk – Jennifer Lopez In Christian Lacroix Couture

Last week Jennifer Lopez was spotted arriving at her hotel in Cologne, Germany after appearing on a German TV Show to promote her new film “The Back-Up” Plan.

The diva looked stunning wearing a Christian Lacroix Fall 2009 Couture dress.

Her dress had a gold sequin bodice and an ombre ruched skirt.

She wore her dress with black open toe Christian Louboutin’s heels and trademark gold hooped earrings.

Sexy face complete the look.

Another fabulous look from Lopez.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Scarlett Johansson In Armani Privé & Jennifer Lopez In Lanvin

Scarlett Johansson in Armani Privé was your best dressed this week.

As much as I adored Scarlett wearing her dress, and as much as I thought this was her best look ever, Jennifer Lopez totally blew me away this week.

The icing on the cake was her Lanvin dress, but I also loved her in Etro, Gianfranco Ferre, RM by Roland Mouret and Andrew GN looks.

For the past 2 weeks she’s been simply breath-taking.

In case you didn’t know Jennifer’s back.
