Emma Stone In Louis Vuitton – 2018 Oscars

Emma Stone was also at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

Opting to go against the gown grain, her custom Louis Vuitton pantsuit made an impact simply by virtue of it not being a dress.

That said, I really liked this look especially from the waist up. The deep ruby-burgundy blazer, punctuated by the magenta-pink ribbon belt and her flame locks, was a stunning revelation.

With the trousers, she lost me a bit, perhaps because at some angles, I questioned the baggier fit. I have to imagine it was intentional, though, on the basis of the ensemble being custom.

Louis Vuitton high jewelry completed the dynamic look.

Elisabeth Moss In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Oscars

Elisabeth Moss attended the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

The actress wore a blush-toned Dior Couture gown with a Roger Vivier clutch and Harry Winston jewels.

This is such a lovely, classic look from the color to the draping to the styling, and the clutch is such a piece of art.

Elisabeth’s simple waved hair raspberry lip are all perfect with this dress, but my complaint is that she looks so uncomfortable! She usually has such an easy confidence on the red carpet, but something here is off, and it’s throwing the whole look for me.

Gal Gadot In Givenchy Haute Couture – 2018 Oscars

Gal Gadot graced the red carpet of the 2018 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 4).

The actress and presenter wore a dazzling Givenchy Spring 2018 Haute Couture gown with an equally stunning and dramatic necklace.

This is one of those gowns that is amazing in photos but absolutely stops you in your tracks in person. It shimmers from top to bottom and in it, Gal simply epitomizes elegance and glamour.

Gal’s signature sleek updo and deep red lip are, in a word, perfect.

Margot Robbie In Chanel Couture – 2018 Oscars

White has definitely been something of a trend tonight at the 2018 Oscars, and Margot Robbie was also a part of that white-out when she graced the red carpet on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The ‘I, Tonya’ actress has just been announced as the new ambassador for the house of Chanel.

So, naturally, she donned a custom Chanel Couture confection tonight—and I quickly fell under its charms.

What I love about the look was the pristine effortlessness of it, with the embellished lace floral detail of the off-the-shoulder swag adding a delicate femininity to the statuesque, column gown.

The styling was on-point here, too, with the Chanel Fine Jewelry, high-shine clutch, and the bent wave of her cropped locks offering a classically modern yet sleekly understated finish.

If you are having a mild case of deja vu, it’s because Penelope Cruz wore a Chanel Couture dress with the same decorated bodice back in 2015.

Meryl Streep In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Oscars

Meryl Streep was back on the red carpet at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California, joining Sandra Bullock, Gina Rodriguez and Jennifer Lawrence.

She is nominated for Best Actress for her work in ‘The Post,’ and celebrated the occasion in Dior Couture.

I salute the legendary actress for always staying true to her classic style. This rich red gown is timeless and sophisticated. Plus, it showcases her figure in an elegant fashion. So, I was upset to see the too-long skirt.

More successful were the coordinating fabric belt and Fred Leighton jewels which wrapped up the style beautifully.

Greta Gerwig In Rodarte – 2018 Oscars

Greta Gerwig was a bright spot on the red carpet of the 2018 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 4).

The history-making nominee wore a custom Rodarte gown while a unique diamond and sapphire necklace.

It is no secret that bright yellow is my favorite color for the red carpet, and this has to be the richest, bright yellow I’ve ever seen. You know what that means? I’m in love! Of course, the delicate appliqués and beading don’t hurt anything, either!

Staying true to her indie princess style, Greta’s waved short bob is modern and chic.

Are you as much of a fan of this cheerful look as I?

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior – 2018 Oscars

Jennifer Lawrence shone brightly at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

I was captivated by this Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2018 sequin moment from the ‘Red Sparrow’ actress, as she translated its edgy-glam vibe so well.

To go with this liquid gunmetal moment, she added to the sultriness with her major winged-smoky eye and crimson lip together with the girlish-glam of the platinum ringlets.

I like how she wore this look from head to toe, stripping it of its accessories to fit her aesthetic but also not skimping on the impact of the beauty look.
