GQ Men Of The Year Party

GQ Men Of The Year Party

The GQ 20th Anniversary Men Of The Year Party took place at the Chateau Marmont on Thursday (December 3) in Los Angeles, California.

Sarah Hyland: The actress rocked a sexy Jonathan Simkhai Fall 2015 two piece dual-colour look which sees her stepping outside her comfort-zone with great finesse.

Ashley Benson: Continuing her impressive form the actress paired her drape top with a Tanya Taylor patent leather skirt from the Fall 2015 collection. I love how her array of accessories kept this look interesting.

Naomie Harris: With her ‘Spectre’ tour sadly over, this might be one of our last sightings of Naomie on the red carpet for 2015. The British actress kept up her great form going wearing a pretty Dior printed dress styled with an amazing pair of iridescent Kurt Geiger pumps.

Jamie Chung’s Day To Night Proenza Schouler Skirt

Jamie Chung's Day To Night Proenza Schouler Skirt

Jamie Chung’s style is always highly regarded, whether she’s on the sidewalk or red carpet.

I love how she often mixes high-low pieces like she’s done on both occasion when creating her look around this Proenza Schouler black and white pleated skirt.

By day, the look is effortless and chic with celebrities staples including a denim shirt and Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals; plus a Anya Hindmarch ‘Phwoar’ tote which proved to be a fun yet sophisticated companion.

By night, she added yet more stripes into the mix with her Givenchy sweater. I imagine this might be considered overkill for some, but once again she’s having fun with her look. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the vampy lip here, but it does complement her Gianvito Rossi sandals.

For me Jamie wore it best by day. What do you think?

You may remember that this same skirt was worn by Rosamund Pike.

Revolve + People Style Watch Hamptons Party

Revolve + People Style Watch Hamptons Party

Revolve Clothing co-hosted a party with People Style Watch to celebrate its Pop-Up Shop in the Hamptons with Jamie Chung and Louise Roe on Saturday (July 11).

Jamie Chung: Finally, some summer inspiration. The actress wore an effortless micro mini dress with a sweetheart neckline and gorgeous lace inserts from Stone Cold Fox. While a part of me wishes this was sleeveless, I love the easy breezy nature of the look, which she styled with a gold necklace and Raye ‘Mia’ sandals.

Louise Roe: As I’m someone who is constantly adding to my jumpsuit/romper collection, I instantly fell in love with this itty-bitty Lovers + Friends ‘Ruby’ lace romper. Some might class this more as lingerie than daytime wear, but I love how Louise styled the look with a pair of Raye ‘Bree’ strappy sandals and gold jewels.

‘Bessie’ New York Screening

'Bessie' New York Screening

A trio of stars were at the New York screening of ‘Bessie’ that was held at The Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday (April 29) in New York City.

Queen Latifah: Skipping a dress for a long vest and cropped trousers, the actress and executive producer ensured her minimalist, streamlined black ensemble received maximum impact with the addition of bold pendant earrings and cuff bracelets.

Jamie Chung: Taking her look in the completely opposite direction, Jamie wore a Cushnie Et Ochs Spring 2015 dress. While the fresh, baby-pink colour may have been demure, this dress was all grown up with the label’s signature, skin-baring cutouts, black sandals, and a handbag that could have been taken down a size or two.

Tika Sumpter
: I simply cannot get past the unflattering nude illusion paneling and lining of this Zuhair Murad lace jumpsuit that loses its sultry appeal as a result. Brian Atwood sandals completed the look.

I can’t say I was particularly thrilled by any of these looks. Did one catch your attention for the right reasons?
