SAG-AFTRA Foundation Patron of the Artists Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The red carpet was alight with stylish stars at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Patron of the Artists Awards on Thursday (November 9) in Beverly Hills, California.

Kristen Bell: It may be autumn, but the actress kept the spring spirit alive in a Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2017 dress. The yellow and blue blooms had an ebullient mood which was enhanced with Jennifer Meyer jewels and white heels.

Andrew Garfield: Cutting a dapper figure, the ‘Breathe’ actor broke away from coordinates, pairing a brown and navy check jacket with slim navy trousers. A dark blue sweater completed the ensemble, presenting a modern alternative to a suit and tie.

Tracee Ellis Ross: The ‘Black-ish’ actress’s love of fashion is apparent in many of her outfits, including this vintage Pierre Balmain dress from Shrimpton Couture. She committed to the glamorous retro theme with red Christian Louboutin pumps and a Les Petits Joueurs bag.

2017 Hollywood Film Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2017 Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday (November 5) in Beverly Hills, California were a fashionable affair with a number of lovely ladies joining Angelina JolieCarey MulliganShailene Woodley and Mary J. Blige.

Kate Mara: The recently married actress presented a fashion-forward look in this Burberry patterned suit. The metallic mix is something that looks as good far away as it does close up thanks to the contrasting pattern on the collar and the sleek shape. The red clutch adds a new energy to the ensemble without overshadowing the modern tailoring.

Amy Adams: Opting for crisp tailoring and shimmering femininity, the actress wore an all-black Tom Ford number. The shape of the sequined dress was almost to the point of hobble skirt proportions, but it gave the look a liquidity that was juxtaposed with the sharpness of the jacket.

Zoe Kazan: Bringing a botanical touch, ‘The Big Sick’ actress donned a white Gucci dress decorated with flora and fauna. Some might find it too spring-like for this time of year, but I found it to be a joyful injection to the carpet.

Holly Hunter In Akris – ‘Molly’s Game’ Savannah Film Festival Screening

Holly Hunter was at the screening of ‘Molly’s Game,’ hosted during the 20th anniversary SCAD Savannah Film Festival on Saturday (October 28) in Savannah, Georgia.

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen the actress on the red carpet, but I was loving the softer side of style she offered up in this Akris emerald gown with textural and sheer plisse elements.

This is the kind of sheer I can get on board with, as it offers plenty of sultriness without full-on transparency.

Loose waves echoed the aura of feminine, modern sophistication with a Hayward clutch rounding out the look.

Holly Hunter In Randi Rahm – 2014 SAG Awards

Holly Hunter In Randi Rahm - 2014 SAG Awards

Holly Hunter was also among the starry mix at the 2014 SAG Awards, hosted at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (January 18).

The nominee for ‘Top of the Lake’ kept the red trend of the 2014 Golden Globe Awards going strong in a crimson Randy Rahm halter gown with a sliver of a peekaboo keyhole detail and a flowing train.

Complementing the dress, she dialled up the glamour ever so slightly with a few well-placed Neil Lane jewels and a Swarovski clutch, alongside Brian Atwood heels.

She finished the effortless entrance with an equally easy ponytail, also adapting a minimal, no-makeup-look, skipping the temptation to match her dress to her lip colour.

This look completely reflects Holly’s personality: simple and straightforward, with a touch of bold punch.
