Hilary Swank In Salvatore Ferragamo – ‘‘The Saint Anne,’ Leonardo Da Vinci’s Greatest Masterpiece’ at Musee du Louvre

Hilary Swank was in Paris on Tuesday night to check out the Louvre’s latest exhibit, ‘‘The Saint Anne,’ Leonardo Da Vinci’s Greatest Masterpiece.’

The actress attended the event, sponsored by Salvatore Ferragamo, wearing look from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

Hilary’s dress has all the see major elements associated with the Fall collection, such as the loose-fitting design, intricate scallop detailing and rich colour.

The detail in the dress is undeniably gorgeous, but I’m a bit let down by Hilary’s styling.

Such a heavy black clutch competes with that fabulous eggplant belt. I’m also not sure how I feel about fishnets with such a pretty dress.

Hilary Swank In Gucci – ‘On a Clear Day You Can See Forever’ Broadway Opening Night

Hilary Swank attended the opening night of the Broadway musical ‘On a Clear Day You Can See Forever’ at the St. James Theatre in New York City last night, in support of her pal Harry Connick Jr.

The ‘New Year’s Eve’ actress wore a Gucci Spring 2012 dress.

Her pumpkin, black and white colour block short sleeve drop-waist dress has a surprising cut-out detail that plunges very low at the back.

A gold Pomellato ‘Ming’ necklace complemented the gold detail on the hip of her dress, plus her Gucci accessories.

They included Spring 2012 t-bar, ankle strap heels, which we’ve seen worn by Salma Hayek, Florence Welch and Zoe Saldana, plus a small black clutch with a gold tassel detail.

Hilary’s hair appears thicker on this occasion, possibly due to lighter coloured extensions adding both colour and volume.

Hilary Swank In Elie Saab Couture – ‘New Year’s Eve’ LA Premiere

Hilary Swank was also sparkling on the red carpet for the ‘New Year’s Eve’ LA premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Monday evening.

The actress donned an Elie Saab Fall 2011 Couture dress.

I knew she would love this collection. You may remember that I picked Look 13 for Hilary, but on this occasion she picked Look 36.

Damn, so close.

Her midnight-blue embroidered batwing dress with a velvet floral appliqué at the waist was perfected with Christian Louboutin blue glitter peep-toes which sparkled as brightly as her dress.

The side-swept tresses trend continues on the red carpet, as she completed her look with a black clutch and Neil Lane jewels.

Divine as always. She never lets me down.

Hilary Swank In Givenchy – ‘J. Edgar’ AFI Fest Opening Night Gala Premiere

Hilary Swank looked as beautiful as ever as she stepped onto the red carpet last night for the ‘J. Edgar’ premiere for the AFI Fest Opening Night Gala at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

At first I thought she was wearing Alexander McQueen due to the zippers, but she’s actually wearing a commercial Givenchy dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

Silver strappy sandals would have perfectly complemented those shiny zipper details, but the Hollywood standard black pumps were the fall-back option.

As always, my girl looks lean and statuesque in her Givenchy frock, but her hair is looking mighty limp.

Hilary Swank In Tory Burch – Giffoni Film Festival

Hilary Swank attended the 41st Giffoni Film Festival in Giffoni Valle Piana, Italy yesterday.

She wore a very beautiful summery Tory Burch ‘Isobel’ dress.

Her lemon dress was paired with probably the most unattractive shoes I have seen worn by a celebrity this year.

The Tory Burch wedges have red base with gold rope ties around her ankles.

They are so heavy and they don’t complement her dress at all.

Hilary is one of my faves, but this look is a fail for me.

This whole look straight out of Tory Burch’s Pre-Fall 2011 ad campaign.

Hilary Swank In Elie Saab Couture – 2011 International Indian Film Academy Awards

Hilary Swank attended the 2011 International Indian Film Academy Awards, which was held at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada yesterday.

The Oscar winning actress was there to present the “Best Leading Male” award.

She did so in spectacular style wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2011 Couture gown.

Her backless fully embroidered sleeveless scarlet gown was teamed with a gold Judith Leiber for Suneet Varma ‘Starburst’ minaudière and diamond encrusted drop earrings.

A beautifully sculptured bun and smoky eyes completed her look.

It’s only Sunday and we already have 2 BDOTW contenders.

Hilary is simply radiant with her regal elegance.
