Halsey In Georges Hobeika & Julien Macdonald – 2018 amfAR Gala New York

Halsey was a guest performer for the 2018 amfAR Gala New York on Wednesday (February 7), so we were treated to two looks from the singer.

Red Carpet: Slit to the hip-bone gowns never go down too well with the majority, but I do like how this Georges Hobeika Spring 2018 gown was styled with the embellished hosiery on the model. On Halsey it feels like a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. Lorraine Schwartz 18 karat white gold and white diamond bow tie earrings and a white diamond dragon fly ring plus Jimmy Choo sandals completed her look.

Tom Ford Fall 2018 Menswear Show

The Tom Ford Menswear Fall 2018 show was held on Tuesday (February 6) in New York City. Here, a look at who held court in the front row.

Halsey: There would be no dressing for New York’s freezing temps for the pop artist, as she debuted a look from the Tom Ford Spring 2018 collection. The bodysuit and low-slung trouser combo was right in line with her provocative style. And, while she regularly makes looks her own, here she saw fit to wear the ensemble as presented on the runway, right down to the punchy fuchsia pumps.

Trevor Noah: This patterned jacket provided a snazzy, eclectic spin on formal suiting. I like the richness of the midnight-blue hue.

Ciara: Also in a look from the Spring 2018 collection, Ciara put a sexy twist on the bold-shoulder Canadian tuxedo with these denim separates.

Halsey In Alessandra Rich – Power 96.1’s Jingle Ball 2017

Halsey performed at Power 96.1’s Jingle Ball at Philips Arena on Friday (December 15) in Atlanta, Georgia.

The singer wore a two-piece Alessandra Rich boucle short set, which was presented for Spring 2018.

I love the Parisian vibe we can see in the look book, however, Halsey, as always, made this look her own with a bralet and Docker boots while still maintaining a level of feminine flare.

102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball Red Carpet Roundup

Along with Jada Pinkett-Smith, Demi Lovato, and Sofia Carson, more stars joined the mix at the 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball 2017 on Friday (December 1) in Inglewood, California.

Sarah Hyland: I like how Sarah artfully—and subtly—referenced the holiday season in her red Rasario Atelier Resort 2018 two-piece look, with the magenta colour-block tie adding a sassy twist on the effortlessly vivacious look.

Halsey: Working her unique ode to unconventional style, the entertainer put a whole new twist on the Canadian tuxedo in this Off-White Fall 2017 look that presented a rebellious take on baggy denim and mom jeans.

Bella Thorne: From head to toe, I found this two-piece Milin Fall 2017 ensemble not only dated, but also ageing for Bella. The hair and jewelry also didn’t add any measure of youthful freshness.

End Of The Week Red Carpet Roundup

There were so many looks this week, that we’re going to cram them into this final post.

Josephine De La Baume: Attending the ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ world premiere, the French actress opted to infuse her red carpet style with high-voltage seduction courtesy of this Self-Portrait devore mini dress from the Fall 2017 collection. I’m not usually a big fan of platform shoes, but I find myself buying what she’s selling as these Miu Miu Mary Janes add a playful vibe.

Martha Hunt: I love the fashion forward feel of this Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh black cropped blazer and sequin dress from the Fall 2017 collection with simple black pumps. Worn to the World of Children Awards, this was a truly intriguing look I have to say.

Ajak Deng: This saffron yellow Roksanda ‘Tamiko’ jumpsuit from the Fall 2017 collection gave me so much joy at the ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ world premiere. I love the relaxed nature of it all with the chunky heels adding a utilitarian flavour.

Ciara In Marques’ Almeida & Halsey In Ben Taverniti Unravel Project – 2017 American Music Awards’ Nominations

Ciara and Halsey made quite the fashion duo at the 2017 American Music Awards’ nominations on Thursday (October 12) in New York City.

Ciara: It was all about the sleeve volume with this Marques’ Almeida Fall 2017 dress. I appreciated how the flowing sleeves were echoed in the singer’s undone waves. Rather than continuing in a softly feminine direction, she added her signature sexy-glam touch with over-the-knee Gianvito Rossi boots.

Halsey: The ‘Bad At Love’ singer experiments with her fashion choices as much as her hairstyles. This red Ben Taverniti Unravel Project outfit and Danielle Guizio shoes were a fun counterpoint to Ciara’s ensemble. Halsey’s look mixed sportswear with an edgy biker feel thanks to the lace-up leather pants, crop top and roomy jacket.

BALMAIN Celebrates LA Boutique Opening and Beats by Dre Collaboration

BALMAIN’s bevy of beauties all came out to play on Thursday (July 20) in Beverly Hills to celebrate the opening of the French house’s first-ever West Coast boutique as well as the launch of the BALMAIN Special Edition Beats Studio Wireless and Powerbeats3 Wireless, which became available on July 19.

The BALMAIN Resort 2018 women’s and men’s collections made the rounds throughout the evening, set against music sets by DJ Kiss and DJ M.O.S. as well as a special live performance by MIGOS.

Here, all the dazzling BALMAIN looks that creative director Olivier Rousteing and his celebrity friends served up.

Hailee Steinfeld
: Never shy of toying with the more avant-garde, Hailee was a statement-making starlet in the BALMAIN army on this night with her striking head-to-toe suit of fashion armor that she commanded with ease.

Kim Kardashian: Mixing low-key with high-octane, she undoubtedly garnered attention with her more casual crop bralette paired with an embellished, windowpane skirt. Keeping the look beautifully simple in its styling, she wore Lucite heels that were nearly invisible along with nude makeup and long Cleopatra locks to complete the very Kim K look.

Kate Bosworth
: The true epitome of a party dress defined, this flirtatious frock was sophisticatedly edgy in its gilded, backless design. But it was the playful fun of the tutu that really delivered the soiree-ready whimsy. Giuseppe Zanotti pumps completed the look.
