Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Many of you are still in shock that Taylor Swift managed to encompass all of your requests in one look.

- New hairstyle
- A more modern look
- No red lipstick
- No wavy updo
- No sequins or embellishments
- No ballerina-inspired dresses

Thanks to J. Mendel, some straighteners and a nude lip colour she was crowned your BDOTW.

I have been mesmerized by the colour yellow for a while now.

Elizabeth Banks was crowned my best dressed in yellow recently, now Gabrielle Union.

The actress was glowing on the red carpet for the ‘Think Like A Man’ Atlanta premiere wearing a yellow Bill Blass gown this week with complementary gold accessories.

My runner up was Jlo followed by Taylor Swift.

Gabrielle Union wore yet another Bill Blass gown on the red carpet for the ‘Think Like A Man’ premiere, which took place in New York City last night.

This time she selected a red hot sexy frock, which yet again would’ve ensured that all eyes were on her.

Her daring dress with a deep plunging neckline was styled with black accessories.

As much as I love this dress, I prefer the sensual elegance of the first yellow Bill Blass gown.

This dress would’ve received more favour if it had a more defined waist.

Which do you prefer?

Gabrielle Union jumped on the spring yellow red carpet trend whilst attending the ‘Think Like a Man’ premiere in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday.

The smouldering beauty looked sensational wearing a Bill Blass canary yellow flowing gown with a deep v-neck and a pleated skirt.

Her vibrant gown was styled with a gold Judith Leiber box clutch and Liv Haley, Giles & Brother and Caleo jewels.

Tumbling waves with bronzed streaks, plus a copper lip colour, completed her summer-appropriate look.

Gabrielle Union joined co-star Thandie Newton on the red carpet on Tuesday night for the LA premiere of their new movie, ‘Good Deeds’.

The actress wore an Issa silk-jersey gown with a plunging neckline from the Spring 2012 collection.

I love this taupe colour; it makes her skin even more radiant.

Gabrielle accessorized the look with J Handel bracelets, Jimmy Choo heels and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.

Bright blue nails add an unexpected pop of colour.

Whatever she’s been doing lately it has been working, as Gabrielle has never looked more beautiful.

Gabrielle Union looked stunning as she took to the red carpet for the ‘Think Like A Man’ LA premiere yesterday evening.

The actress wore an Amsale black chiffon cocktail dress from the designer’s evening couture and red carpet collection.

Her fun and flirty dress with a twist bodice and a floral cut-out skirt embellished with jet beads and sequins was teamed with Jimmy Choo ‘Surf’ platforms.

An updo with tendrils framing that perfect face and a Marnia B diamond cocktail ring completed her look.

Gabrielle Union was stunning in white at BET Honors held in Washington, D.C. on Saturday evening.

The actress wore a form-fitting Emilio Pucci Resort 2012 dress with leaf-patterned appliqués.

She paired her dress with silver peep toes and a matching clutch.

Gabrielle let the gorgeous dress, and her even more gorgeous face, do all the talking, pulling her hair back into a low bun.

Smokey eyes add a bit of depth to this otherwise light look.

Here is a roundup of the rest of the looks from the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards Honoring Iman And Missoni, which took place in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday evening.

Gabrielle Union: The actress wore a beautiful pink ombre Missoni v-neck gown. The two downsides are that she posed on the runway with her hands in her pockets and that her foundation is too light for her complexion.

Sofia Vegara: The buxom babe looked very elegant in her blue zigzag-print Missoni dress. The dress is a tad too long, but looks stunning nonetheless. Soft, tumbling curls and a coral stone cuff with matching earrings completed her look.

Alessandra Ambrosio: Usually you can rely on supermodels to wow on the red carpet. Unfortunately that was not the case on this occasion. I’m not fond of Alessandra’s sleeveless red turtleneck, which is a shame because I love her shimmering striped skirt. I would’ve preferred this look as a striped v-neck gown.
