Lady Gaga’s Three 2017 Grammy Awards Outfits

After a host of Versace look during last week’s Super Bowl activities, Lady Gaga was back to her bewildering best at the 2017 Grammy Awards.

Red Carpet: The singer went hell for leather starting with chain-accented hot pants and a cropped jacket by Alex Ulichny which showed everything but her nipples. Methinks this outfit was a two-finger salute to all those body shamers.

Performance: Wearing her ‘I’m with the band’ t-shirt, she performed with Metallic wearing a customised vintage t-shirt with more chains, fishnets and safety pins to ensure this was certified rock chick look.

After-Party: Gaga’s final look courtesy of Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2017 Couture collection, was perhaps the most covered up she was all night. This was the perfect party piece which saw her boogie the night away with the ultimate dance partner John Travolta.

Heidi Klum In Philipp Plein – 2017 Grammy Awards

Heidi Klum tends to have more missed than hits on the big occasions, but at the 2017 Grammy Awards she served up a sure-fire hit.

Keeping things simple and sexy, she wore a Philipp Plein chainmail mini dress styled with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a matching clutch.

The Giuseppe Zanotti shoes were a bit chunky for my liking, but this is still a win for Klum as I love the youthful spirit, sense of fun and cheekiness about this look.

Beyonce Knowles In Peter Dundas – 2017 Grammy Awards

In what proved to be nothing short of an epic, one-of-kind performance, Beyonce shut down the stage at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

The most nominated woman in Grammys history, Queen Bey slayed with her custom Peter Dundas gown that likewise fully celebrated her pregnancy curves.

Turning up the show-stopping style to the nth degree, this extravagantly ostentatious look would have even made King Midas jealous.

Fully gilded in head-to-toe gold, this is what happens when Earth Mother goes glam—very glam.

Maren Morris In Michael Costello – 2017 Grammy Awards

Maren Morris hit the red carpet of the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12).

The country singer wore a purple lace Michael Costello gown from the designer’s Spring 2017 collection.

This gown is everything we love about Michael Costello as a designer with the lacy detailing, the intricate cut of the bodice and neckline and the drama of the skirt, and Maren embodies the spirit of the dress perfectly.

I also love the surprising styling choices of the white sandals and black and white belted clutch.

The whole look is a great marriage of elegance and fun, and a total win for me.

Nick Jonas In Balmain – 2017 Grammy Awards

Nick Jonas played the ultimate stud at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

Cutting a cool-meets-handsome profile, he kept his all-black ensemble straightforward enough save for that studded Balmain blazer.

I loved his ensemble for its simple edge that remained uncluttered by too many bells and whistles.

One statement jacket is all that’s needed sometimes for a strikingly effective look that doesn’t have any tinge of try-hard.

Solange Knowles In Gucci – 2017 Grammy Awards

Solange Knowles struck a pose at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12).

For the occasion, the trend-setting singer wore a pleated gold Gucci gown with Maryam Nassir Zadeh shoes and jewelry from I Still Love You and Lady Grey.

I mean her last name is Knowles, amma right? This is a total moment, and considering everyone had the name Beyonce on their lips tonight, I love that Solange came and slayed.

While the dress is a work of art in and of itself, her hair styling and attention to detail (did you notice the two different earrings?) are equally relevant, and the whole package is Grammy gold (no pun intended).

Laverne Cox In Bryan Hearns – 2017 Grammy Awards

The 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA were Laverne Cox’s first Grammys, and the ‘OITNB’ actress made sure to make it a memorable red carpet.

Rocking her own leather and laces moment, she debuted a Bryan Hearn design with figure-framing cutouts down the side that still managed to stay tastefully appropriate given the occasion.

The look was much like a new incarnation of the now-iconic safety-pin dress.

Keeping her jewelry on the simple side, she focused on a dramatic, crystal-accented eye instead.
