Gucci Fall 2017 Front Row

The Gucci show was held on Wednesday (February 22) during Milan Fashion Week, where the front row featured three very distinct looks, inspired by the stars who wore them.

Florence Welch: Donning a very ‘Florence’ look, the songstress was at her bohemian best in this multi-printed, floral Gucci gown, styled with embellished booties and rows of rings to further drive home her signature brand of free-spirited romance.

Li Yuchun: Free-spirited went in another direction with this quirky studded ensemble that introduced both feline prowess and feathered birdies to the mix. With the funky shades, it was a look made for Li’s unique pop personality and she had no problem rocking it out.

Salma Hayek: I loved the unabashed prettiness of this Gucci floral-embroidered frock with its micro-pearl scoop neck and velvet bow. It was a darling look for the actress that still maintained a sophisticated edge despite its girly nature. The platform shoes were rather intense, but I’ll choose to ignore them.

Chanel Fall 2015 Front Row

Chanel Fall 2015 Front Row

Chanel’s front row wasn’t as jam-packed as usual, with notable stars including Li Yuchun (aka Chris Lee), Florence Welch and Poppy Delevingne taking their seats for the French brand’s Fall 2015 show on Tuesday (March 10).

Li Yuchun: The Asian star took a typically mannish approach wearing a head-to-toe Spring 2015 look incorporating stripes. The only things I covet here are the two-tone brogues. I could’ve got on board with the blazer sans white overlay.

Florence Welch: Also shunning Chanel’s more ladylike offerings was Florence Welch, whose pink suede jacket and trousers from the Spring 2015 collection of course had a distant boho tone, especially when styled with that wide-brimmed hat.

Poppy Delevingne: The socialite showcased her best asset – her legs – wearing a Chanel Resort 2015 gold tweed tunic to which she added black lace shorts. This enabled her to perfectly style her look with black accessories, which included a Chanel Plexiglas clutch.

Florence Welch In Gucci – 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Florence Welch In Gucci - 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Florence Welch attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles.

In keeping with her boho-loving style, the singer wore a Gucci Spring 2015 long-sleeved patchwork-printed silk shirt with black contrast stitching with matching trousers.

While this is classic Florence, I am not a fan of the look as it’s not befitting of the gala occasion – it feels way too casual.

My strong belief is that she should’ve saved this for music festival season. This would look great at Coachella or Glastonbury.

Paired with metallic-green python high heels and a metallic-green satin Bamboo clutch, she completed her look with Gucci jewellery.

Florence Welch In Gucci - Gucci & Frieze Masters Host A Private Reception To Celebrate The Frieze Masters Talks 2014

Florence Welch attended a private reception hosted by Gucci & Frieze Masters in honour of the speakers at Frieze Masters Talks 2014 at the Italian Embassy on Wednesday (October 15) in London, England.

It’s been a while since we last saw Florence, but it appears that not much has changed, as she’s still loving all things boho chic.

The singer donned a floral maxi dress which she styled with a Gucci Fall 2014 candy-pink goat-hair coat, Gucci python boots and a Gucci ‘Jackie’ candy-pink python clutch.

I would’ve expected Florence to have worn a full Gucci look considering her association with the brand and the fact that they hosted this event, but on reflection those leather minis from Gucci’s Fall 2014 collection aren’t really in tune with Florence’s boho style.

Florence Welch attended the Vauxhall Art Car Boot Fair 2014 in Brick Lane on Sunday (June 8) in London, England.

The singer attended the low-key event wearing head-to-toe Gucci.

Channelling ’70s boho luxe, as per, she wore a Gucci Resort 2014 wrap dress with a pair of black Gucci ankle-strap sandals with the signature horsebit detail, plus her can’t-live-without Gucci ‘Nouveau’ red python fringe shoulder bag that we saw her carrying last week.

Methinks this bag will continue to have many more outings.

The look was topped off with circular shades and just-out-of-bed tresses.
