Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture – 2014 Young Choice Awards

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture - 2014 Young Choice Awards

Fan Bingbing attended the 2014 Young Choice Awards in Beijing, China, on Wednesday (December 10) where she received the ‘10 Years Honourable Artiste’ award.

Wearing her second Ralph & Russo Couture look in a row, this time she selected an off-white wool crepe soft roll-collar jacket with pearl and crystal embellishment and a flared skirt from the Fall 2014 Couture collection.

Sadly, the blast of the flash has etched out the exquisite details of this look, however, you can see the brilliance from the runway picture to get a true idea of the craftsmanship.

Styled with Chopard jewels and a dark red lip, the platform shoes, once again, especially as they are decked out in silver glitter, are being ignored.

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture – ‘Ever Since We Love’ Press Conference

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture - 'Ever Since We Love' Press Conference

Fan Bingbing attended a press conference, alongside actor Han Geng, for ‘Ever Since We Love’ today (December 4) in Beijing, China.

The actress was pretty in pink, dressed in a sweet Ralph & Russo Couture ensemble with rosette detailing that wasn’t too sugary thanks to her simple, wispy ’do and more minimal jewels.

Adding a matching top underneath the structured jacket, she skipped the skin-baring plunge effect. When paired with the swingy full skirt, this look exudes sophistication and a sense of old Hollywood glamour.

The same cannot be said for her shoes. She should have taken a cue from the runway and worn a classic nude pump instead of these suggestive platforms. But they are par for the course for Fan, and at least they are nude so they are slightly less noticeable.

Fan Bingbing In Chris by Christopher Bu – ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Beijing Premiere

Fan Bingbing In Chris by Christopher Bu - 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Beijing Premiere

Fan Bingbing attended the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Beijing premiere on Sunday (October 26) in China.

As Bingbing doesn’t star in the movie, the actress opted to dress more casually for the occasion, selecting a Chris by Christopher Bu Fall 2014 printed blue and black shirt dress which is refreshingly laidback yet still feminine.

The accessories didn’t work for me.

Of course she had to be seen with a piece of Louis Vuitton, as the current face of the brand, but I wish she’d opted for a smaller bag or clutch instead of the shoulder bag.

The look was, of course, styled with stacked platform heels.

Who Wore Delpozo Better…Fan Bingbing or Gugu Mbatha-Raw?

Who Wore Delpozo Better Fan Bingbing or Gugu Mbatha-Raw

Back in May, Fan Bingbing wore a gorgeous Delpozo Spring 2014 strapless printed gown while promoting her latest movie, ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’, before British actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw donned the same gown while promoting her new movie, ‘Beyond the Lights’, during Toronto Film Festival.

This for me is a very easy win for Gugu.

Not only is her look crumple-free (unlike Bingbing’s), the gown doesn’t overwhelm her and falls elegantly to the floor, whereas Bingbing isn’t quite tall enough to pull off this look.

No wonder she loves those stacked heels so much.

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture – Harper’s Bazaar China Charity Gala

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture - Harper's Bazaar China Charity Gala

Fan Bingbing took to the red carpet this evening (September 19) for the Harper’s Bazaar China Charity Gala in China.

Channelling her inner Hollywood goddess, she stunned wearing a Ralph & Russo Spring 2014 Couture off-white wool crepe dress with pearl and crystal diamond-patterned embellishment.

The dress is gorgeous, the hair and makeup breathtaking, but the accessories let her down.

I could perhaps forgive the Chopard necklace on such a glamorous night, but the black and cream Louis Vuitton bag and pink glitter shoes? No.

The bag could’ve got a pass had it been smaller, because it does complement the pattern on her dress (and as the face of the Fall 2014 campaign I guess it was somewhat mandatory), but the shoes shall get no such pass.
