Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party Presented by Dior

Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party Presented by Dior

Dior hosted the Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party on Wednesday (November 5) in New York City, so of course it was a Dior-fest attended by many celebs, including their favourite girl.

Marion Cotillard: The French beauty wore a strapless black Dior Couture frock made interesting by its layered flared skirt and accessories which included a Dior silver clutch and dual-coloured pink and red pointy Dior Couture ankle boots.

Camilla Belle: Working an equally interesting silhouette in this rise-and-fall hemline dress, the actress wore a pretty pink Dior rose silk leather satin dress enriched with silver cascading embellishments, but it’s the accessories, especially those dual-colour pink and yellow Dior heels, and the Dior ‘Be Dior’ bag which have me going weak at the knees.

Zoe Kravitz: When we think of Dior, cool isn’t a word that instantly springs to mind, yet Zoe oozes just that in her Spring 2015 white and navy jacquard cotton suit. It’s so refreshing not to see her wearing all-black or Alexander Wang. The look was styled with Dior earrings, Dior shoes and a ‘Be Dior’ handbag.

Eve Hewson In Prabal Gurung – 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards

Eve Hewson In Prabal Gurung - 2014 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards

Eve Hewson attended The 11th annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards held at Spring Studios on Monday (November 3) in New York City.

The actress wore a Prabal Gurung Spring 2015 look consisting of a white flocked-satin racer-front top with a black silk and nylon organza fil coupé maxi skirt.

While the look has a cutting-edge design, it’s inherently elegant; fusing modern luxury with a daring edge, I love how Eve plays up the look with gothic black lips and sleek tresses.

The look was accessorized with Prabal Gurung ‘Cecily’ pumps and a Lee Savage ‘Space’ clutch.

Eve Hewson In Dsquared² – Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2014

Eve Hewson In Dsquared² - Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2014

Bono’s lovely daughter, Eve Hewson, also attended the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday (March 2).

The beautiful Irish actress wore a Dsquared² Resort 2014 strapless black gown and looked stunning. Her look was simple and to the point; glamorous but not over the top.

Although I tend to think less is more, in this case I thought there was room for a statement necklace or a pop of colour to brighten the look.

If you ask me, dark hair, pale skin and deep crimson lips are always a safe bet and it proved to be so for Eve.

Eve Hewson In J. Mendel – ‘Enough Said’ New York Premiere

Eve Hewson In J Mendel - 'Enough Said' New York Premiere

Eve Hewson took to the red carpet at the Paris Theater in New York City last night for the screening of her latest movie, ‘Enough Said’.

The Irish actress wore a J. Mendel Resort 2014 silk-mousseline V-neck dress with an accordion-pleated skirt in a bubblegum-pink hue.

I love how she opted for such a striking colour, as she has a fondness for black much like Rooney Mara.

A bright green Smythson double zip travel aallet and grey pumps accessorized her look, while she smouldered with smoky eyes and wavy tresses.

While I usually love a colour pop, but I think the green is too stark against the pretty pink frock, plus the style of the clutch is too casual for the look.

Eve Hewson’s Three Looks In One Day @ Toronto Film Festival

Eve Hewson's Three Looks In One Day @ Toronto Film Festival

Eve Hewson, young starlet and daughter of Bono, also played a quick-change artist at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday in Canada. She trotted out a trendy trio of looks, switching from conservative to more cutting-edge along the way.

‘Enough Said’ Portraits: Posing at the Guess Portrait Studio, the actress put on the same Louis Vuitton Fall 2013 ensemble we recently saw on Fan Bingbing. That she didn’t wear a black wig or chunky-clunky platforms immediately improved this demure green, cashmere top and silk floral skirt. But I still wasn’t in love with the lacklustre styling.

‘Enough Said’ Premiere: Upping the sophisticated appeal, she matched a Stella McCartney embellished-collar top with a barely blush J. Mendel layered skirt at the premiere, hosted at The Elgin. A Louis Vuitton clutch fit right in, with crimson Casadei pumps providing a bold, unexpected way to finish the look. Red-haute or red-not?

Fox Searchlight TIFF party: At the event, held at Spice Route, Eve again opted for Stella McCartney, this time showing her style stripes in a black, dropped-waist Resort 2014 top and Pre-Fall 2013 skirt. A sleek, black Smythson envelope clutch accessorized the monochromatic look, although I was really applauding the magenta lippie, especially in the face of those plain black pumps.
