Eva Green In Stella McCartney & Alexander McQueen – ‘Based On A True Story’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Eva Green promoted her upcoming film, ‘Based On A True Story’ during Cannes Film Festival yesterday (May 27) opting for two British brands.

Photocall: Her Stella McCartney’s jumpsuit epitomizes modern sophistication. The look was made infinitely more interesting with red lip and onyx jewels.

Premiere: By nightfall, the look had turned more dramatic in Alexander McQueen. I love how the silver sequin ‘shipwreck’ embroidery black tulle Spring 2017 dress feels like it has its own story to tell. That’s always been the mystic, magic and allure of Eva. She tends to select artful red carpet looks.

Eva Green In Andrew Gn – 2015 Campari Calendar Photocall

Eva Green In Andrew Gn - 2015 Campari Calendar Photocall

Eva Green was announced as the face of the 2015 Campari Calendar at a photocall held at the Shoreditch Studios in London on Wednesday (November 5).

Setting off the fireworks early, the French beauty known for her love for all things dark and mysterious wore an Andrew Gn Fall 2014 dress in the brand’s signature red hue, with a touch of Eva’s personality infused into the look via the black baroque embroidery.

Keeping the black and red theme going, she styled her look with a sexy pair of Louboutin strappy sandals, with a luscious red lip and raven wavy tresses providing the finishing touches.

Even though she is one of the few who can sell black to me every single time, she’s even more captivating in bright hues such as this.

Eva Green In Elie Saab Couture - 'Sin City A Dame To Kill For' LA Premiere

Eva Green attended the LA premiere of ‘Sin City: A Dame To Kill For’ held at TCL Chinese Theatre on Tuesday (August 19) in Hollywood, California.

The actress wore an Elie Saab signature sheer lace gown rendered with glittering sequined embellishments from the Fall 2013 Couture collection.

I love the elegant flowing train, the peekaboo alluring sheerness of the design, plus the way the colour pops against her pale skin and raven tresses.

As I would expect, she looks like an absolute goddess, sending a tingle down my spine.

Eva Green attended ‘The Salvation’ premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 17) in Cannes, France.

My prediction of her wearing black was totally turned on its head, as she made a mesmerizing entrance onto the red carpet wearing a blood-red Elie Saab Fall 2013 Couture gown – her second Elie Saab look of the day.

The v-back gown with a flowing train, embellished bodice and cape sleeves has everything you expect from an Eva Green look – mystery, intrigue and an alluring sensibility.

Eva Green attended ‘The Salvation’ photocall this morning (May 17) during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

Dressed in her favourite colour – black – the actress wore a classic tailored Elie Saab jumpsuit with a lace top and flattering straight-leg silhouette, which featured the brand’s signature thin belt.

I love how this look offers an impactful, but no less feminine, alternative to a dress.

Does anyone want to bet against her wearing black this evening for her midnight premiere?

Eva Green In Dsquared² – Sky Atlantic’s ‘Penny Dreadful’ Photocall

Eva Green In Dsquared² - Sky Atlantic's 'Penny Dreadful' PhotocallEva Green attended Sky Atlantic’s ‘Penny Dreadful’ photo call, held at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London, England on Monday (May 12).

Sticking to her standard black, with a bit of nude mixed in for good measure, the French actress wore a Dsquared² Pre-Fall 2014 dress that cascaded into layered tiers of ruffles.

Matching nude and black statement sandals were her main accessory here, with the rest of her styling centered on a messy updo and a kohl-rimmed eye.

The look had a certain gothic spirit. However, with those piercing baby blue eyes, all I am left wondering is what a good dose of cerulean wouldn’t do for one of her future red-carpet entrances.
