Emmy Rossum In J Mendel - 'Comet' Los Angeles Film Festival Screening

Emmy Rossum made a return to the West Coast where she attended the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival Screening of ‘Comet’, held at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on Friday (June 13) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress wore a J. Mendel imperial-blue one-shoulder pattern dress, with lace embroidery at the waist and the skirt adding a sensual touch to the look.

Styled with black pumps and jewels including sapphire earrings, the look was completed with neutral makeup and side-swept tresses.

Emmy Rossum In Monique Lhuillier - American Express And Uber Mobile Loyalty Program Launch #AmexUber

Emmy Rossum attended the American Express And Uber Mobile Loyalty Program launch held at Hudson Mercantile on Tuesday (June 10) in New York City.

The actress wore a gold Monique Lhuillier Fall 2014 embroidered long-sleeved dress, with a flared skater-style skirt injecting a hint of playful femininity into the frock.

Matching Jimmy Choo ‘Kasha’ peep-toes (which I prefer over the runway lace booties), silver Kwiat earrings and flawless makeup completed her look.

Emmy Rossum In Ralph Lauren Collection - 2014 Tony Awards

Emmy Rossum attended the 68th Annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday (June 8) in New York City.

With a return to high-end glamour, the ‘Shameless’ actress was back to her breathtaking goosebump-inducing best, wearing a Ralph Lauren Collection Pre-Fall 2014 gown.

The slinky metallic silk lamé gown with a detailed bodice was styled with Ralph Lauren Fine Jewelry, and further accessories from Ralph Lauren including a silver clutch and silver sandals.

Add in a pop of pink to the lips and lilac eye makeup to highlight those Bambi brown eyes and we have a BDOTW-worthy look.

EMMY ROSSUM copyCelebrity makeup artist Beau Nelson created Emmy Rossum’s beauty look for the Stella McCartney Resort 2015 Presentation.

Beau was inspired by simplicity of Emmy’s Stella McCartney dress. Deciding that a bright lip would be a nice punch of colour for a beautiful spring day.

Here’s how to get Emmy’s look.

Face: Beau started by enhancing Emmy’s flawless complexion using Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer buffed into the skin with a synthetic brush and set with La Mer Translucent Powder. He then contoured her cheeks with taupe blush and added a bit of colour to the apples with Burberry Rose Blush.

Eyes: They were kept neutral with NARS All About Eve Shadow Duo with a touch of Burberry Rose Blush to the crease of the eye.

Lashes & Brows: Emmy’s lash were curled and enhanced with Diorshow Mascara in Black.  Then her brows were filled in using MAC Eyeshadow in Concrete with the Smashbox Eyebrow Brush.

Lips: NARS Lipstick in Carthage was applied on a brush for precision, then blotted and reapplied for a long lasting and ultra vivid colour.

Stella McCartney Resort 2015 Presentation

Stella McCartney presented her Resort 2015 collection at Elizabeth Street Gardens on Thursday (June 5) in New York City, which, as always, was a celebrity affair, although the usual suspects were not in attendance.

Amber Heard: The actress donned a Stella McCartney black, orange and maroon mini dress with fringe detailing and a sculptured hemline from the Fall 2014 collection. I can’t say I’m a fan of this dress to begin with, but the accessories are not working with it either.

Helena Christensen: When it comes to the supermodel’s Stella McCartney ‘Alan’ lace and silk organza dress, it was very much a case of “this is more like it”. She was the picture of modern femininity in this romantic Spring 2014 look, which she effortlessly styled with silver sandals and a two-tone clutch.

Emmy Rossum In Katharine Kidd - Sundance Institute New York Benefit

Emmy Rossum attended the Sundance Institute New York Benefit held at Stage 37 on Wednesday (June 4) in New York City.

The actress, who didn’t quite set our fashion senses alight at the CFDA Fashion Awards, got back into our good graces wearing a delightful summery offering by Katharine Kidd.

Her charming white fit-and-flare rose-print frock with a pleated skirt from the Spring 2014 collection is everything you would expect from an Emmy Rossum look: pretty and polished.

The look required minimal accessories, so she added an Edie Parker mini ‘Jean’ clutch and matching nude Christian Louboutin pumps.
