Emmy Rossum co-hosted the ‘Live with Kelly and Michael’ show on Tuesday (March 17) where ‘Divergent’ star Theo James was the guest.

With it being St. Patrick’s Day, the ‘Shameless’ actress got the morning off to a fine start donning a Roland Mouret Spring 2015 kelly-green sporty frock, with waffle pique insets sculpting a flattering silhouette.

Ultra modern and oozing with feminine elegance, her daytime chic look was styled with simple nude pumps and wavy tresses.

Best Dressed Of The Week - Emmy Rossum In Donna Karan Atelier

I can finally take a breather to announce, not that there was any doubt, that Emmy Rossum was your best dressed last week.

While some questioned the colour and the straps, the rest of us were sold on Emmy’s Donna Karan Atelier gown plus her remarkable presence.

This is the kind of Donna Karan Atelier gown we all long to see more of and more often on the red carpet.

Emmy Rossum In Oscar de la Renta – 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Emmy Rossum was also at the 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday (February 21), hosted at Santa Monica Beach in Santa Monica, California.

Looking like a beautiful breath of fresh spring air, the actress enchanted in an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2015 nude frock awash in a bouquet of bright floral embroidery.

The semi-sheer, full skirt is particularly alluring here with its fairytale-like charm.

Playing to the colours of the flower petals, she painted on a magenta lip and further complemented the dress with dark-plum pumps.

Perhaps I might have pulled the hair back for sleeker effect, but that is nitpicking.

I was curious what Emmy would wear after her breathtaking moment at the Costume Designers Guild Awards, as I’m still entranced by that BDOTY statement. Yet she doesn’t disappoint here.

Emmy Rossum In Donna Karan Atelier – 17th Costume Designers Guild Awards

17th Costume Designers Guild Awards With Presenting Sponsor Lacoste - Green Room

Emmy Rossum blew me away, as per, on the red carpet for the 17th Costume Designers Guild Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (February 17) in Beverly Hills, California.

I love Emmy for her supreme elegance, modern fairytale offerings and impeccable presentation. That was all applicable to her breathtaking pale pink Donna Karan Atelier gown.

In a week when I’ve felt starved of glamour following the Goyas, Grammys and BAFTAs last week, the drought is finally over.

This will take pride of place on my BDOTY list, but something tells me that this will be just one of many from the ‘Shameless’ star this year.

This gown deserves a standing ovation, as does those Martin Katz diamond drop earrings.

Who Wore Camilla and Marc Better…Emmy Rossum or Julianne Hough?

Who Wore Camilla and Marc Better Emmy Rossum or Julianne Hough

Emmy Rossum wore a black and white Camilla and Marc Fall 2014 dress with an architectural asymmetrical hemline while attending the Brian Bowen Smith WILDLIFE show back in October, styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Lottie’ sandals.

Julianne Hough wore the same dress while judging at the ‘Swirl Dance-Off’ last month, with simple black pumps.

Emmy wins by a long way for her slick styling of this look with the shoes, pink lip and stunning Jorge Adeler black tourmaline and diamond earrings elevating the look.
