Emma Watson Unveils The Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1 Poster In Alice by Temperley

Emma Watson took her new hair do for a test drive at the launch of the official countdown to “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1” today.

In 100 days time – November 19 – the first part of the last installment of Harry Porter will hit the big screen.

Emma looked adorable wearing a lace long sleeved Alice by Temperley playsuit with black pumps.

I wanted to judge her hair again on the red carpet when she’s had a chance to dress up, and the crop still gets the thumbs up from me.

She carries the look with amazing confidence.

Emma Watson’s New Haircut

Emma Watson posted a recent picture of herself on facebook sporting a cropped 60s style haircut which is very Twiggy and Mia Farrow-esqe.

She said to her fans:

Dear all.
Cut my hair off a few days ago… Feels incredible.
I love it. I’ve wanted to do this for years and years; it’s the most liberating thing ever.
Hope you like.
Big love from Emma x

Like it? I love it Emma.

In a world where hair extensions on young stars are becoming increasingly tacky looking (see Mischa Barton and Miley Cyrus) this is a totally refreshing look from the young British actress.

I’ve often wanted to go for the chop, but have been too scared to do so.

She totally pulls off this look, so she gets nothing but admiration from me.

Glastonbury Festival – Emma Watson In Louis Vuitton

LOVE IT. I love it so much I could cry.

After at totally uninspiring “Twilight” red carpet, it takes Emma Watson at Glastonbury Festival to put a smile on my face today.

There’s no red carpet, just the British countryside at her feet.

The young actress looks fabulous wearing a Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 bustier with Hudson denim shorts and the obligatory wellington boots which are Christian Louboutin Egoutina boots – although with temperatures rising in the UK I don’t think she will need them this weekend.

I love that she worked this high-end piece into her casual look.

I’m also loving the Wang/Miu Miu messy plait and the Valentino fringed leather bucket bag

She may be at school, but she’s still studying the runway as well. Bravo.

You mostly hated Katy Perry Louis Vuitton look at Coachella Music Festival.

What you you think of Emma’s efforts?

2010 National Movie Awards – Emma Watson In Karl Lagerfeld

Emma Watson attended the 2010 National Movie Awards in London last night.

She accepted the “Best Family Film” Award for “Harry Potter and Half-Blood Prince” with co-stars Bonnie Wright and Daniel Radcliffe.

You would be forgiven if you thought she was wearing Chanel, but she’s actually wearing a cute tweed Karl Lagerfeld Spring 2010 black and white playsuit.

I love that she doesn’t appear to be desperate to grow up, but I guess she still needs to appeal to her young Harry Potter fans.

Her look is kept very simple with a pair of Christian Louboutin ‘Miss Butterfly’ bow front sandals.

I’m glad she wore her playsuit without the runway belt.

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala – Emma Watson In Burberry

Emma Watson arrived on the red carpet as the guest of Burberry designer Christopher Bailey at the 2010 Costume Institute Gala tonight.

She wore a white one-shouldered custom-made Burberry dress with a central split.

I LOVE this look.

Christopher knows Emma very well and he’s created a gown which is grown-up yet not too mature, and youthful yet not too playful.

It’s the perfect gown for young actress and I’m loving the fresh new hairstyle from her on the red carpet.

I’m also loving those asymmetrical ruffles on her gown.

LONDON show ROOMS New York Cocktail Party – Emma Watson In Christopher Kane

Emma Watson was seen arriving at the Pulino’s Bar and Pizzeria in New York City to co-host the “LONDON show ROOMS closing party”.

She co-hosted the evening’s festivities with Sarah Mower to welcome London’s emerging fashion design talent to New York.

Emma represented British designer Christopher Kane, by wearing a dress from his Fall 2010 collection.

Her beautiful black leather dress had lace panels and embroidered floral details on the sleeves and on the base of the skirt.

The young actress paired her dress with black patent Casadei pumps and a gold clutch.

Carey Mulligan was the first to wear a look from Kane’s Fall 2010 collection, but I much prefer this LBD.

There are so many great looks this week that BDOTW is going to be difficult.
