Emma Stone In RED Valentino – Jimmy Kimmel Live

For those of you longing for Emma Stone to wear colour, you may want to look away now, as she made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ on Monday (February 6) wearing all black.

Regardless of the colour this RED Valentino Pre-Fall 2017 possesses a charming, youthful take on sophisticated style.

She could’ve opted for boots take this down an edgy glam route, but stuck with the ultra-feminine aesthetic by wearing Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ strappy sandals.

Emma Stone In Stella McCartney & Louis Vuitton – Santa Barbara International Film Festival & Directors Guild Of America Awards

Emma Stone is a constant delight on the red carpet, and her back-to-back appearances at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Friday (February 3) and the 2017 Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday (February 4) in Beverly Hills did nothing to change that trend.

Look 1: We’ve been seeing a number of fringed looks lately, and in Santa Barbara, the actress joined the club with a Stella McCartney gown. It took a flapper sensibility to a mod and minimalist level with the sliver of cutouts adding another subtle layer of sultriness.

Look 2: Subtle was not part of her sartorial vocabulary the next day at the Directors Guild Awards, as she turned up the volume in an all-over beaded Louis Vuitton gown that shone brightly—right along with her glossy red locks.

Emma Stone In Alexander McQueen – 2017 SAG Awards

Emma Stone was among the many stars at the 2017 SAG Awards in LA on Sunday (January 29).

The ‘La La Land’ star wore an Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2017 gown with simple but colorful jewels.

The dual personality of this gown took a moment for me to digest. It is certainly quite McQueen in nature, albeit with a slightly softer touch than sometimes, and Emma, with her sense of humor and pluck manages to pull it off beautifully.

That said, I feel fairly certain that I would hate it on most other people!

What do you think? Is the look fabulous, or do you only approve because it’s on Emma?

Emma Stone In Diane von Furstenberg, Valentino, Chanel & The Row – BAFTA Tea Party, 2017 Golden Globe Awards, ‘La La Land’ Paris & London Premiere’s

Emma Stone has been making the rounds lately on behalf of her well-received ‘La La Land’ film that’s poised to garner even more recognition on the awards circuit. She attended the BAFTA Tea Party at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles on Saturday (January 7) before the 2017 Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton the next evening. Then, it was off to two premieres for this busy star.

BAFTA Tea Party: Looking well-poised for tea, the actress wore a sweet Diane von Furstenberg polka-dot halter dress that featured a modern interpretation of retro styling. It was lovely for a daytime event.

2017 Golden Globe Awards: It was rather appropriate that Emma’s magical Valentino gown featured a constellation of stars, as she took home the win for Best Actress on Sunday (January 8). Call me star-struck, but I was charmed by the pale pink, micro-plisse gown that actually proved rather enchanting against her alabaster skin.

6th Annual AACTA International Awards

The 6th annual AACTA International Awards were hosted at Avalon Hollywood on January 6, 2017 in Los Angeles, California. The AACTAs recognise and honour outstanding achievement in the Australian film and television industry, so it is no surprise that a few Aussie beauties took to the red carpet for the event.

Nicole Kidman: The statuesque actress wore a Rochas Spring 2017 tea-length dress. I love how she breathed some life into the moodier dress, bringing out the pink waistband with her vibrant lip colour. The main issue I take with the look is in the bodice area, as it appears as if she has a ribbon of tulle wrapped around her waist in cummerbund form thus cutting off her chest.

Isla Fisher: Another auburn-haired Aussie beauty, Isla Fisher lit up the red carpet with an incredibly sunny Monique Lhuillier golden-yellow gown featuring Asian-influenced, lacy floral embroidery. I applaud her attempt to bring a ray of sunshine to the proceedings, however, I found the look to sadly be on the more dated side. Add to it the pair of rather unfortunate platform sandals that occasionally peeked through the too-long gown, and I wanted to shield my eyes from the glare.

Emma Stone: Managing to effectively toe the line between adorable and badass, the ‘La La Land’ actress wore a Gucci dress that took the idea of the LBD to another level. The silhouette of the tiered ruffle frock may have been sweet, but the cage shoulder detail and the embellished bow and collar had just the right amount of rebellious edge to ensure a dramatic and not-too-dainty finish.

Emma Stone In Giambattista Valli – ‘Irrational Man’ LA Premiere

Emma Stone In Giambattista Valli - 'Irrational Man' LA Premiere

Emma Stone attended the premiere of ‘Irrational Man’ on Thursday (July 9) in Los Angeles, California.

I love how the dainty floral embroidery infuses romantic charm into this lady-like Giambattista Valli dress.

I wasn’t immediately sold on the Paul Andrew floral ‘Kashi’ pumps, but I think the black floral waistband helps ties the pieces together.

A braided updo and Jennifer Meyer jewels rounded out her red carpet look.
