Tilda Swinton looks ethereal wearing a stunning orange, taupe, nude and white Rodarte gown.

The gown did not appear on the runway, but you can tell from the colour palette that the gown is from the Spring 2009 collection.

I never noticed Tilda’s piercing green eyes before.

A gorgeous Angelina Jolie looked amazing in a black (of course) velvet strapless Versace floor-length gown.

I adore the silhouette.

On a red carpet with so many high-profile people, Jennifer Lopez was not about to blend into the background.

She made sure she stood out wearing an ivory Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neck line. It did not take her long to get back to her amazing best.

The same applies to Eva Longoria, who wore a stunning Karen Millen satin teal cocktail dress, with a folded detail on one shoulder.

She accessorized with jeweled strappy sandals and a black clutch.

Taraji P. Henson opted for a black J. Mendel gown, with a sexy plunging neckline.

The gorgeous Sanaa Lathan arrived with singer/actor Tyrese Gibson. The actress opted for a moss green Notte by Marchesa gown, with gold accents that complimented her dress so perfectly.

One of her best ever red carpet looks.

Emma Roberts wore a navy front ruffled Chanel dress with lace neckline.

Very sophisticated, very classy, very age appropriate. Miley take note.

I simply adore Maria Menounos’ ensemble.

Her black triple layered hemline taffeta skirt, was worn with an ivory silk blouse which was adorned with bows and beads.

See what Cate Blanchett wore here.

“Quantum Of Solace” Amsterdam Premiere

There are so many premiere’s of this movie, that I almost missed this one.

Olga Kurylenko took to the red carpet looking amazing wearing a black bowed YSL Resort 2009 fuchsia silk gown, which she complimented with matching fuchsia earrings, with an ivory teardrop.

“Quantum of Solace” Valencia Premiere

Last night at the Valencia premiere, she wore a black halter neck gown, which pales in to comparison to the fuchsia number, but is still effortless elegant, as we have come to expect from the Bond Girl.

Rumble In The Jumble, London

Gwyneth Paltrow wore a grey tailored tight fitting Giles Spring 2009 dress, with inside-out insets.

Despite her wearing a grey dress – and grey not being my favourite colour – this is a gorgeous dress on the actress.

68th Annual Motion Picture Club’s Awards Luncheon, New York

Speaking of gorgeous, Amy Adams lights up this red carpet event wearing a red Lela Rose Ruffle neck dress, which she wears with black pumps.

J’Adore.

Lucky Magazine Hosts 5th Annual Lucky Shops, New York

I am not sure what is happening to the Gossip Girls on the red carpet, but I sure know that I do not like it.

Leighton Meester asymmetric black and red floral mini Marc Jacobs dress, is just not flattering at all IMO. The gladiator heels rock though.

Jessica Szohr keeps warm in a knit top and black pants by from French Connection.

We have had Bland Beyonce – although not last night – Boring Biel, now we have Blah Blake Lively.

What happened to her? Her downfall is nothing but disappointing and frankly shocking.

The hair, the tights, the 3.1 Phillip Lim dress, even the shoes are all so wrong for someone like her.

Emma Roberts lights up my world after my Lively disappointment, with a canary yellow Juicy Couture dress, but she then dims it slightly with clunky black heels.

Jessica Szohr strikes a pose in a mint green Juicy Couture dress, with a thin black belt, booties and a selection of colourful bracelets.

This is definitely an edgier look for the usually demure Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Sporting bangs, Mrs Prinze wore a fur coat, a black ensemble both by Juicy Couture and YSL heels.

I don’t know about you, but I think sweeping bangs would look better on Sarah.

Finally someone has worn this multicolour lightning bolt and cityscape print Versace Fall 2008 dress.

I really enjoyed the selection of these dresses that were presented by Donatella, and I am happy Becki Newton has worn this purple one.

She wore her unique tank strapped dress with Versace black heels.

Christina Ricci opted for a backless Gothic-style grey Atelier Versace Fall 2008 dress, which could not be more perfect for her.

I love the embroidery detail.

Actor Patrick Dempsey, who is the current face of Versace Fall 2008 menswear, posed with Donatella Versace, who as always looks a knock-out with her body to die for.

Of course her stunning lilac gown is totally unique and has not been seen on the runway.

Despite the simple and non-revealing (for her) nature of Mariah Carey’s dress, I feel very underwhelmed looking at her in it.

Emma Roberts looks very grown up in this black shimmering strapless mini Versace bustier dress, with Jimmy Choo heels.

Jane Krakowski dares to wear this Versace Fall 2008 dress that has also been worn by Donatella herself, but totally look amazing in it.

The actress wore her midnight blue wet-look dress, with gold Louboutin’s.

Juliette Lewis’ Versace Fall 2008 fuchsia heels are working better for me than the beige Versace dress.

The dress feels a little tame for the wild star.

For the first time ever I feel that a dress works better on the runway than on Helena Christensen. I really don’t think this Versace Fall 2008 asymmetric lace dress works on her.

Selena Gomez arrived on the red carpet looking so cute wearing a black Luella Fall 2007 dress, with a black sash tied at the waist. The stunning sweetheart neckline dress, had a mesh overlay with black polka dots all over.

The curly hair cutie completed her look with a black pair of peep-toes.

There was a time when Vanessa Hudgens would have been the belle of this ball, now she has competition from many brunette teen stars.

Vanessa looked very different from the caftan wearing young girl, who first walked the red carpet at this annual event 2 years ago.

What I absolutely adore are her Givenchy Shoes Bird Cage Ankle Bootie.

Miranda Cosgrove, like Selena, also wore a dress from the Luella Fall 2007 collection. Same stylist me thinks.

Miranda dress was a strapless silver metallic number, which is embellished with small stones, and has a black detail on the waist, and on one-side of the bodice.

This is a nice, young, fun dress, and the prefect choice for her.

Rumer Willis has gone and undone all the hard work she did in winning us over during her appearances on the red carpet for the House Bunny Premiere.

OK the skirt is a very expensive Azzedine Alaia skirt, but with the plunging top/bodysuit, the booties, and the hair, the overall look does not work.

I really don’t like the hair colour, Rumer should stick to black, as it suits her so well.

Nickelodeon’s Victoria Justice, another brunette beauty, went against the dark colours, that everyone was wearing, and opted for a white shift dress, which she wore under a ruched leather jacket and a steel grey boots.

Emma Roberts spent most of last week going from show to show at New York Fashion Week.

Not only did she not pick up any fashion tips, but she also did not pick up free clothes judging from this black turtle neck dress. I really don’t like her grey suede booties either.

Bar Refaeli wore an olive green silk miniHurley dress, that no doubt kept the male half of Young Hollywood walking around with their chins on the floor.

Erin Wasson might not have read the invitation, which said “Teen Vogue Party”, because she arrived at this event wearing a lace micro mini dress sans bra and with her panties showing.

Those poor boys would not have known were to look.

In saying all that, she does look fabulous. Not many could pull this look off, expect Vanessa Paradis.

Recently engaged actress Amy Adams totally stands out in this fuschia wide-legged Louis Vuitton Resort 2009 haltered jumpsuit.

The jumpsuit trend is show now signs of slowing down. Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a black jumpsuit to the Dark Knight London premiere this week from Stella McCartney’s unseen Spring 2009 collection.

So if you invest in one now, you will still be able to wear it this time next year.

The Louis Vuitton Spring 2008 collection seems to work better off the runway, and Emmanuelle Chriqui proves it by looking fabulous wearing this cute gold and yellow dress.

I was not crazy about this dress when I saw it on the runway, but Emmauelle totally makes it work.

Strappy gold shoes would have been the icing on the cake imo.

Emma Stone follows her fellow red head Amy, by wearing a bright colour.

This yellow dress really was a great choice for the young actress.

It is not often that Angie Harmon does not stand out.

Her fellow attendees really stand out in their colourful ensemble, but Angie in her black haltered dress, which is very elegant, uncharacteristically fades into the background.

Emma Roberts is still working out this whole red carpet thing, but she very much held her own wearing a black and white floral printed dress, with a black clutch and matching black peep-toes.

Teen Vogue’s Amy Astley wore a furry Burberry Prorsum Spring 2008 top and black pants whilst she posed with Eva Amurri, who was wearing a latte coloured Burberry Prorsum Spring 2008 halter-neck gathered dress.

Daisy Lowe stayed true to her brand of cool Brit girl style, as she wore this ruffled Burberry Prorsum Spring 2008 cocktail dress with footless tights and strappy sandals.

Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, the daughter of the editor of French Vogue, Carine Roitfeld, stayed true to Parisian chic by wearing a black double breasted belted Burberry Prorsum Spring 2008 coat.

Teyana Taylor kept it gangsta by wearing two caps (is this what the kids are doing these days?), jeans and a bright blue Burberry Prorsum Spring 2008 laced trench coat, which she wore over her t-shirt and Burberry Prorsum studded belt.

Emma Roberts kept it prim and proper in this Juicy Couture ensemble, which make her look far too old.

Taylor Momsen may not be invited to another Burberry event, as she wore a black Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti Fall 2008 sleeveless cardigan over her dress by the same designer.
