Ellie Goulding In Ermanno Scervino – 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards

Ellie Goulding In Ermanno Scervino - 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards

Ellie Goulding attended the 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards, hosted in association with Hugo Boss at The Royal Opera House in London, England on Tuesday (September 2).

The British singer wore an Ermanno Scervino Spring 2014 white gown with dimensional lace appliqué, creating a soft, fluttery effect—and a bit of a bridal aura.

Mirroring the more delicate nature of the dress, she kept her styling simple with subtle nude makeup, tousled locks and minimal jewels.

Ellie Goulding In Alon Livné - MTV Movie Awards Performance

Ellie Goulding performed songs from the ‘Divergent’ soundtrack during the 2014 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 13) in Los Angeles, California alongside electro-house DJ and producer Zedd.

Opting to go barefoot, the singer wore an Alon Livné Spring 2014 gown consisting of a gold sculptured bodice, which was perfectly in tune with the futuristic theme of the movie’s soundtrack, and a flowing white skirt slit to the hip.

Her Giles & Brother cuffs couldn’t be a more perfect way to style this part-futuristic part-boho look.

Ellie Goulding In Emporio Armani – MTV Movie Awards 2014

Ellie Goulding In Giorgio Armani - MTV Movie Awards 2014

Ellie Goulding looked sexy and chic on the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards 2014 held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday (April 13).

The British singer wore a crisp, white Emporio Armani dress with black peep-toe Jimmy Choos.

Ellie always adds her own brand of style to the red carpet (which doesn’t always pay off for her), but tonight I’m loving her look.

The detailing on the dress–from the cut-outs to the pockets to the A-line skirt–are fashion-forward and fun, but still classy.

Her side-swept tousled hair, shiny pink lips and funky silver bracelet all add additional Ellie charm.

I feel like there are better shoe options out there, but over all, this is a solid win for the singer in my book.

Do you agree?

Roberto Cavalli Fall 2014 Front Row

Roberto Cavalli Fall 2014 Front Row

Normally one to draw a big A-list crowd, it was surprising to see so many British stars on the front row at The Roberto Cavalli Fall 2104 show.

Cheryl Cole: Continuing her style re-invention, Cheryl Cole attended the show in a statement-making exotic animal-print mac. With her hair slicked back, a heavy smoky eye and polished accessories it was a dramatic look but I actually quite like it. Not only perfect for the Milan culture, it really suits Cheryl and is great to see her try a more grown-up look.

Ellie Goulding: If there’s one hue to wear this season, it is blue. So it was great to see Ellie bring a dazzling hit of the on-trend shade to the front row in a floor-length Roberto Cavalli gown. Combined with the 70s-style loose flowing cut, it was a look that really suited the British singer. Following from Ellie’s questionable Vivienne Westwood dress at the 2014 Brit Awards, this is a look which really suits Ellie’s bohemian aesthetic and one I think she should stick to.

Samantha Barks: British actress Samantha Barks channelled the true Cavalli woman in a black corseted top with high-shine gold waist belt and animal print pencil skirt. Sexy and empowering, I think Samantha’s shoes are the perfect finishing touch for this simple yet effective red carpet look.

Ellie Goulding In Vivienne Westwood – Brit Awards 2014

Ellie Goulding In Vivienne Westwood - Brit Awards 2014

Ellie Goulding joined Jessie J on the red carpet at the O2 Arena in London this evening (February 19) for the Brit Awards 2014.

While the singer was much improved from her showing at the Elle Style Awards, I have to say I’m not quite buying this frothy Vivienne Westwood look on Ellie.

Ellie strikes me as a girl with a bit of an edge, so seeing her in this pretty pink taffeta/tulle floral embroidered frou frou, princess la-la gown is rather odd to me.

Katy Perry is perhaps the only one who can go from edgy to princess-like without skipping a beat.

On the plus side I’m loving the hair and makeup.
