Elizabeth Olsen In Off-White – Cocktail Party For ‘Wind River’

Elizabeth Olsen made a striking entrance at a cocktail party for ‘Wind River’ on Saturday (December 2) in LA.

I immediately in love with her Off-White Spring 2018 dress for its boldly graphic, black-and-white motif coupled with the fresh silhouette.

I like how the pouf sleeves echoed another era while the slit up the slide was a reminder of the sultry modernity of the design.

You might remember that this dress was on the wish list for Nicole Kidman, but Elizabeth struck a pose so well in it that it could have been made for her.

This is how to do cocktail-party-chic at its finest. Would you agree?

2017 Hollywood Film Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2017 Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday (November 5) in Beverly Hills, California were a fashionable affair with a number of lovely ladies joining Angelina JolieCarey MulliganShailene Woodley and Mary J. Blige.

Kate Mara: The recently married actress presented a fashion-forward look in this Burberry patterned suit. The metallic mix is something that looks as good far away as it does close up thanks to the contrasting pattern on the collar and the sleek shape. The red clutch adds a new energy to the ensemble without overshadowing the modern tailoring.

Amy Adams: Opting for crisp tailoring and shimmering femininity, the actress wore an all-black Tom Ford number. The shape of the sequined dress was almost to the point of hobble skirt proportions, but it gave the look a liquidity that was juxtaposed with the sharpness of the jacket.

Zoe Kazan: Bringing a botanical touch, ‘The Big Sick’ actress donned a white Gucci dress decorated with flora and fauna. Some might find it too spring-like for this time of year, but I found it to be a joyful injection to the carpet.

Elizabeth Olsen In Dion Lee – Deadline’s The Contenders

Elizabeth Olsen was at Deadline’s The Contenders event on Saturday (November 4) in LA.

Wearing just the blazer piece of this Dion Lee Spring 2018 blazer-and-bike-shorts combo, the actress ensured the effortlessness of the easy tailoring.

I like how the double knotted effect brought an updated twist on the traditional jacket, with the pushed-up sleeves furthering the relaxed-chic spirit.

Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program Luncheon

The Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program Luncheon was hosted on Tuesday (October 17) in New York City, with a number of Chanel-clad darlings in attendance.

Olivia Wilde: I liked where Olivia was going with the classic tweed skirt juxtaposed with the edgier spirit of the casual-mod cropped tee. It was the ill-fitting tweed jacket that I couldn’t get on board with in this look.

Dakota Fanning: Imbued with girly charm, this little frock balanced sweetness and sophistication.

Rachel Weisz: Elements of fringe and tassels offered an added moment of flair to this tweed look. Were you wishing for a contrasting shoe that was set apart from her tights?

Elizabeth Olsen In Christian Dior – NGV Gala

Elizabeth Olsen joined Nicole Kidman for the NGV Gala on Saturday (August 26) in Melbourne, Australia, before checking out some street art yesterday afternoon.

Also wearing head-to-toe Dior, the actress opted to lean towards modern femininity, demonstrating the Parisian brands penchant for clean lines and impeccable tailoring.

While I do prefer Elizabeth when she’s having more fun with fashion, there is something to be said for keeping this simple and effortless.

Her Dior pumps might have been a snooze, but at least she injected some intrigue with her Dior ‘La Roue de la Fortune’ clutch.

Elizabeth Olsen In Rosie Assoulin – ‘Ingrid Goes West’ New York Premiere

Elizabeth Olsen joined Aubrey Plaza for the New York premiere of ‘Ingrid Goes West’ last night (August 8).

While the ‘Wind River’ promo tour sees Elizabeth opting for muted colours, I was excited to see her style take a 180 degree spin for this film.

How can your head not be turned by the striking red Rosie Assoulin Resort 2018 look?

It’s so uplifting with kimono-inspired elements, I’m sure its boho aesthetic made her feel right at home, considering this style is usually favoured by her sisters.

I love how the look felt instantly modern with the contrasting belt rather than an obi belt to prevent the look feeling too clique.

Giuseppe Zanotti pumps completed her look.
