Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Elizabeth Hurley was spotted leaving her hotel in New York City yesterday, enroute to the 2011 Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Hot Pink Party.

She is a keen supporter of the cause taking time to raise money for this event every year.

The British star dazzled again wearing a shimmering J.Mendel asymmetrical gown.

A matching clutch and chandelier earrings completed her look.

This is a stunning look, but I prefer Liz as a true brunette.

I’m not so fond of her highlights.

Elizabeth Hurley looked stunning as she left her home in London with her husband yesterday evening.

The couple were headed off to “Elton John Annual White Tie and Tiara Ball” which raises money for the Elton John’s AIDS Foundation.

I said earlier this week that Liz has worn the same style of dress for the past 20 years, yet she still looks amazing and here we go again.

She was back to wearing her favourite designer – Versace.

Her Fall 2010 white evening gown with low back and white silk satin inserts also had her trademark thigh-high split.

Chopard jewels, a silver clutch and silver heels completed her look.

Jaws were no doubt dropping on the red carpet at the “Royal Rajasthan Gala Charity Auction Dinner” organised to raise funds for Indian head injury foundation in Mumbai, India this week.

That’s because British actress Elizabeth Hurley looked amazing wearing a Roberto Cavalli Couture gown.

Her teal silk chiffon plunging gown was beaded plus it had crystal strap details.

She accessorized her gown with oversized diamond hoop earrings and silver clutch.

As much as this look is nothing new for Liz – this picture could’ve been taken 20 years ago – you can’t deny that she looks amazing.

Elizabeth Hurley helped launch the “Evelyn H. Lauder Photo Exhibition” in Paris yesterday.

The British model/actress looked stunning in a J.Mendel Spring 2010 dress with curvilinear seam details.

Her dress was paired with gold Brian Atwood Alley patent leather and PVC pumps.

She would’ve left home believing than no one could upstage her. But she didn’t count on Evelyn Lauder.

The American socialite and philanthropist totally outshone Elizabeth wearing an Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 reptile print dress.

The 73 year old proves you are never too old to look fabulous.

Elizabeth Hurley joined forces with Sir Elton John to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in New York this week.

The British actress made sure she stood out by wearing the charity’s symbolic colour – pink.

We know Liz isn’t afraid wear bold colours and that’s exactly what she went for when she opted for this fuchsia pink Valentino Resort 2010 gown.

The stunning gown has a ruffled detail around the shoulders and a ruffled side split.

A pink crystal embellished Judith Leiber clutch and Rene Caovilla heels complete this fabulous look.

We expected Liz to look fabulous on the red carpet with her many years of experience and she doesn’t let us down.

There has been much speculation this weekend as to whether Kelly Rowland or Mel B will be replacing Dannii Mingoue as the next X Factor judge.

Kelly let her amazing Basil Soda Fall 2009 Couture gown do all the talking and it was saying “WOW”.

I don’t think I’ve seen her look this amazing since her Destiny’s Child days.

The colour is divine on her plus the cut flatters her figure and gives her curves.

First contender for BDOTW.

Model Natalie Suliman also wore a gown from the Basil Soda Fall 2009 Couture collection.

Her gorgeous green chiffon gown was dripping with embellish details which cascaded down her gown.

Anouck Lepere opted for a white Mark Fast scoop neck knit dress.

The drop-waist dress had heavy long fringing to give it a flapper feel which I love, but I just didn’t love the black patent pumps.

White dresses and black shoes have always been a no-no in my book.

Elizabeth Hurley wore a white fur gilet, which despite it’s size feels like it’s covering the whole of her gown.

Such a shame because this is a gorgeous colour on Liz.

I do like the print on Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s metallic dress, but the style of the dress feel so mumsy.

Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Una Healy, Rochelle Wiseman and Vanessa White of the Saturdays look stunning in their mix of spring ready pastel floor length gowns, mini dresses and LBDs.
