Elizabeth Banks In Alexander McQueen - Extra

Following her appearance on the ‘Today’ show, Elizabeth Banks visited ‘Extra’ at their H&M Studio in Times Square on Wednesday (February 5) in New York City.

The actress wore one of her favourite designers, Alexander McQueen, wearing an off-runway piece from their Spring 2014 collection.

Her black-and-white printed frock with a solid black skirt featuring printed inserts in the brand’s signature fit-and-flare style was styled with loose waves part-pinned back and a watermelon-pink lip colour.

I would love to believe she was wearing the look-book heels but, perhaps a tad too much for daytime TV, I’m sure she sported some elegant pumps.

Update: Looks like Elizabeth wore matching Alexander McQueen pumps. She posted the pictures on her website.

Elizabeth Banks In Roland Mouret - The Today Show

Elizabeth Banks made a guest appearance on the ‘Today’ show on Wednesday (February 5), which is taped at NBC studios in New York City.

Wearing Roland Mouret, this signature dress, known to sculpt and define the figure, is nothing short of striking.

The bold red hue puts a playful spin on this tailored style.

A statement in itself, she didn’t need to do too much to sell this look to me but she did, adding a sexy pair of Christian Louboutin ‘Viveka’ pointed-toe peep-toes in a striking combination of orange, black and cream.

Wavy locks and a hot-red lip rounded out her morning-show look.

Elizabeth Banks In Osman - ‘The Lego Movie’ LA Premiere

Elizabeth Banks attended the premiere of ‘The LEGO Movie’ held at Regency Village Theatre on Saturday (February 1) in Westwood, California alongside Alison Brie.

Looking sensational in an amazing black strapless jumpsuit with white embellished bodice from Osman; I love the way she complemented the pink waistband with a matching bold fuchsia lip.

Perhaps a Chanel ‘Lego’ clutch would’ve been too obvious, so Elizabeth selected a simple black Edie Parker clutch instead.

A chic bun with hair flipped to one side, an AS29 knuckle ring and a Jack Vartanian ear cuff added an edge; with black patent leather Jimmy Choo ‘Addison’ pumps completing her afternoon premiere look.

I’m happy to see that even though ‘The Hunger Games’ promo tour is over; the good times keep on rolling when it comes to Elizabeth’s red carpet style.

Elizabeth Banks In Ralph Lauren - The Variety Studio Sundance EditionElizabeth Banks has also been making the rounds at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, where she was seen at The Variety Studio: Sundance Edition presented by Dawn Levy on Tuesday (January 21).

The actress, who was our Promo Tour Star of 2013, shifted into a mod direction with her Ralph Lauren Spring 2014 black-and-white checquered frock.

The graphic, mock turtleneck mini-dress had a distinct ’60s mood—even without the runway’s retro oversized shades.

The black boots, which have been spotted everywhere at Sundance, once again made an appearance, as she winterized the dress with an over-the-knee pair, along with black tights.

A choppy long bob and bright pink lip completed her hip-casual look.

Promo Tour Star 2013 – Elizabeth Banks for 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire'

For most outlets, ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ promo tour was all about Jennifer Lawrence, but here we were in awe of Elizabeth Banks.

While some thought her overdressed, considering she wasn’t the lead actress, others like me are glad she stepped up to the plate, taking this promo tour by the scuff of the neck and making it one of the most impressive promo-tour runs in memory.

With Elie Saab and Alexander McQueen her go-to designers, she kicked things off in grand style wearing a Jason Wu custom gown worthy of a world premiere.

Just when we thought she may have peaked too soon, she floored us with an Elie Saab Couture gown, which was one of your favourites of 2013 and was her best look of the tour.

The only other person who came close to Elizabeth this year for me was Kerry Washington for ‘Django Unchained’, who was my favourite to take this award until Elizabeth picked us up and swept us off our feets.
