Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Whilst most people go to gym in baggy sweatpants and their boyfriend’s t-shirts, Dita Von Teese still looked as chic as ever.

The Burlesque beauty was spotted leaving her pilates class in West Hollywood, CA looking absolutely divine yesterday.

I barely run brush through my hair when going to the gym, but Dita looked effortless wearing a black trench coat over black cropped leggings and ballet pumps.

What stands out from her look is her trademark red pout and her Christian Louboutin Sweet Charity tote.

The leopard-print tote with gold-tone chain top handles is accented with bow detail and patent leather trim.

During Venice Film Festival Israeli actress Hiam Abbass wore this gorgeous magenta Moschino dress to the “Miral” Premiere.

She paired her breath-taking dress with a metallic Ferragamo clutch and pewter peep-toes.

Dita Von Teese wore the same dress to the Selfridges “My Private Cointreau Coffret Launch” in London last month.

The burlesque beauty styled her look with her signature red pout and retro hairstyle.

Both women look so very elegant, but Dita wins this for me because I love way she wore the dress off-the-shoulder to show-off more of the embellished details.

I’m starting to believe that the dress code for the amfAR Inspiration Gala was black because Courtney Love, Kylie Minogue and Dita von Teese all worn black dresses on the red carpet.

The burlesque star looked sexy wearing a Zuhair Murad Spring 2010 gown.

Her black leopard beaded lace long sleeve gown has a narrowing panel, which Dita didn’t need as she already has a tiny waist.

I love the models belt, but the simple black belt Dita wore is more her style.

Dita von Teese continued her global ambassador role for Cointreau in London yesterday evening.

The burlesque beauty posed for the triple sec liqueur to launch the limited edition “My Private Cointreau Coffret” at Selfridges department store.

With her signature red pout and retro hairstyle Dita wore a Moschino gown.

Her long satin purple gown has sparkling crystals embellishing the neckline.

As Dita loves to wear a lot of dark colours, I find this colour really refreshing.

I wonder if one day she’s ever give us something totally head-to-toe different.

Dita von Teese looked as excited as I was to see the Elie Saab Spring 2011 presentation which took place during Paris Fashion Week yesterday.

At the Spring 2010 Couture show she wore a striking blue Elie Saab dress, but on this occasion she kept her look simple wearing a black Fall 2010 fitted dress with textured panels.

Black pumps and a black clutch completed the look.

If Dita was trying go unnoticed in her all black look it would’ve been impossible with her porcelain skin and gorgeous red pout.

At the after show party Dita added a cute red floral hair accessory which looked like adorable mini mouse ears. So there was some more colour added to the look.

Dita von Teese is currently in Sydney, Australia fulfilling her duties as the Cointreau Global Brand Ambassador.

She arrived at the “Be Cointreauversial” event where she was performing wearing a deep plunging Jenny Packham Fall 2010 dress.

I do like the striking dress which is covered in red paillettes and has a red sash wrapped around her waist, but am I alone in thinking this white is too white for Dita’s porcelain skin?

Matching red Louboutin heels and trademark red lips complete her look.
