Demi Lovato In Maison Margiela – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Demi Lovato paid a visit to ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Monday (September 18) to perform her latest single ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ and to discuss the song’s inspiration.

The singer has been veering towards glamorous pieces with a retro vibe recently so I can understand this velvet Maison Margiela dress.

The supersized belt cut a figure-flattering finish while the oversized hoop earrings balanced out the thick band.

While I’m struggling a bit with the size of the belt, the soft cowl neckline mixed with the long, straight hair and hoops is where I have the real issue. I would have preferred to see her hair up and the hoops removed so I could get a clearer sense of the neckline.

You may remember that Sarah Paulson wore this same dress to the Producers Guild Awards.

Demi Lovato In Alice + Olivia – Alcides & Rosaura Foundations’ ‘A Brazilian Night’

Demi Lovato proved her love for oversized suiting was still going strong at the Alcides & Rosaura Foundations’ ‘A Brazilian Night’ to Benefit Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on Thursday (September 7) in New York City.

Showered with tiny gold sequins, her Alice + Olivia statement choice was the perfect after-dark look for her performance under the dimmed lights.

What prevents this from being a truly glamorous outfit is the wet-look hair. I would’ve loved a sleeker option here.

Demi Lovato In Zuhair Murad Couture – 2017 MTV VMAs

Demi Lovato was one of the many start to take to the red carpet for the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (August 27).

While there hasn’t been much to get excited about on this red carpet, I have to say this Zuhair Murad Fall 2016 Couture look did pique my interest.

Sheer done tastefully and an interesting take on hippy harem pants, but I’m sure many will discount this look as a glorified Aladdin costume.

Demi Lovato In Baja East – SiriusXM

Demi Lovato paid a visit to the SiriusXM Studios on Thursday (August 17) in New York City, for the ‘Morning Mash Up’ on SiriusXM Hits 1 Channel.

A satin suit will always be a hard sell for me, but there was a certain glow surrounding Demi in this blue satin Baja East ensemble.

With the shawl collar lending some finesse to the look, I’m sure the majority won’t like this for it loose, almost pyjama-like style.

Who Wore Johanna Ortiz Better? Joanne Froggatt or Demi Lovato?

Joanne Froggatt and Demi Lovato both wore this summery Johanna Ortiz jumpsuit within a day of each other, however, their styling of the one-piece couldn’t have been more different.

My preferred choice came down to the length of the trousers.

As previously noted, Joanne’s were too long for her petite frame, whereas Demi nailed both the length and her accessories which included chic Dita shades which were perfect for her stroll down the French Riviera in Cannes.

Demi Lovato In Self-Portrait – Cannes Lions Festival 2017

Demi Lovato kept is casual and carefree on Monday (June 19) as she attended the Cannes Lions Festival in Cannes, France.

The singer opted for a chic Self-Portrait Pre-Fall 2017 monochrome jumpsuit with a beautiful asymmetric neckline.

I am besotted with the top half of this look. The large ruffle-frills, the off-the-shoulder design, and the short sleeves feel endlessly summery and feminine.

Add to that the breath-taking details of the contrasting black edges and large buttons; it’s both seasonally appropriate and formal.

Do you prefer the look book version with the skirt, as opposed to Demi’s jumpsuit version?

Demi Lovato Launches Fabletics Capsule Collection

Demi Lovato was on hand to launch her Fabletics capsule collection on Tuesday (May 10) in Beverly Hills, California, with Fabletics co-founder Kate Hudson also in attendance.

Demi Lovato: It was lovely to see Demi embrace the fresh, summery spirit of this Giambattista Valli Spring 2017 off-the-shoulder, floral-printed frock that maintained a dainty lightness of form and a girly attitude.

Kate Hudson: Although this patterned Coach 1941 Pre-Fall 2017 look could have easily been worn in the fall season, especially with those tights, I still loved the dress’s sweet edge on Kate. I can only imagine she decided to style the frock with platform heels to enhance its youthful quirkiness.
