2013 Elle Style Awards Red Carpet Round Up

Here are the rest of the looks from the 2013 Elle Style Awards.

Rosamund Pike: The British actress is known for her love of pretty, ultra-feminine dresses, but on this occasion she wore a black Tom Ford suit. Her edgier look was styled with black Nicholas Kirkwood pumps and a Smythson envelope clutch.

Peaches Geldof: The socialite showed off her baby bump wearing a pretty lace frock, which she styled with retro waves, a gorgeous red lip colour and a blue clutch.

Juno Temple: The actress also opted for a black suit, but her McQ Alexander McQueen ensemble had a military-type feel to it. This is probably to do with the shiny gold buttons on her double-breasted peplum jacket.

Bradley Cooper In Vivienne Westwood Man – 2013 Elle Style Awards

At the 2013 Elle Style Awards, held in The Savoy Hotel in London on Monday evening, Bradley Cooper received the ‘Best Actor’ Award.

The ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ star wore a Vivienne Westwood blue, notch lapel suit.

He paired his suit with a grey shirt with a forward point collar and a sliver, plaid tie. His award even acted as a good accessory.

The jacket fits nicely, but the pants don’t seem to fit quite right.

They’re just an inch long and could be slimmed down just a bit.

Having said that, it’s always difficult to not like anything Bradley wears, because he always seems to look great.

Just two days ago Bradley was seen wearing a Vivienne Westwood Man Fall 2013 coat.

Zawe Ashton In Julien Macdonald – 2013 Elle Style Awards

After her fierce foray onto the red carpet of Sunday’s 2013 BAFTA Awards, Zawe Ashton maintained her sartorial shock factor at the 2013 Elle Style Awards the following evening.

The British actress was a silver bullet at London’s Savoy Hotel, as she donned her second Julien Macdonald look in as many days.

Compacted with rows and rows of silver, mirror-like studs, this geometric, plunge gown had quite the reflective properties—and some sort of glam sci-fi vibe that I’m still trying to figure out.

She paired the look with jewellery from H. Stern and Annoushka, a silver Jimmy Choo ‘Ciggy’clutch and Christian Louboutin heels.

With such a strong fashion statement, I would have liked her beauty to be softer. Her hair was just too severe and the makeup far too much.

Equal parts provocative and rebel-chic, Zawe had no problem grabbing stares from the stylish Elle guest list.

Alicia Vikander In Louis Vuitton – 2013 Elle Style Awards

Check mate! Alicia Vikander literally didn’t venture outside the box at Monday evening’s 2013 Elle Style Awards at the Savoy Hotel in London.

The Swedish actress wasn’t about to be left out of the checquerboard game that was Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2013 runway.

She was hip to be square, showing off her legs (and a lot more, too) in her abbreviated frock from the incredibly popular collection. It wasn’t quite as see-through as the dress on the model, thanks to some strategically placed underlining.

The geometry continued with her boxy, Smythson ‘Floating Envelope’ clutch, and I loved that she borrowed inspiration from the yellow runway with her pointy Christian Louboutin ‘Batignolles’ pumps.

Radiant makeup and pretty curls completed this look from one of our Ones to Watch in 2013.

We’ve seen the checquered trend played out so many times before on the red carpet, so now I say what’s another time.

Andrea Riseborough In Matthew Williamson – 2013 Elle Style Awards

Andrea Riseborough hit the red carpet in a super textural design at the 2013 Elle Style Awards at London’s Savoy Hotel.

The ‘Disconnect’ actress looked effortlessly stunning in a silvery grey design from Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 2013.

A casual v-neck cut and half-sleeve style was amped up thanks to a beautiful lace design and a soft and flowy feather hemline. Andrea definitely brought the glamour to the red carpet with this design.

The actress styled her cocktail-style dress with Christian Louboutin ‘Dufoura’ open-toe booties and a straightforward beauty style with her hair simply styled in a down look, a smoky eye and a pink lip.

I love the style on her, but would have loved a more delicate sandal and sleek low bun more. Do you agree?
