Claire Foy In Erdem – ‘The Girl In The Spider’s Web’ Barcelona Photocall

Claire Foy joined her co-star Sylvia Hoeks for ‘The Girl in the Spider’s Web’ photocall on Monday (June 11) in Barcelona, Spain.

Their styles couldn’t have been more different.

While Sylvia was serving up a look with a fashion forward edge, Claire was looking every inch an English Rose in her Erdem Pre-Fall 2018 dandelion print look.

The look is delicately feminine with a touch of indulgence thanks to the flame red sandals.

Claire Foy In Rosetta Getty – Virgin TV BAFTA Television Awards

Claire Foy stepped out at the Virgin TV BAFTA Television Awards at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday (May 13) in London, England.

Given that the actress wore a Time’s Up pin, the black Rosetta Getty Fall 2018 gown would have seemed like the likelier choice, but she lightened things up in an ethereal white style.

The column has such a refined elegance. Some might have been tempted to pile on the jewels to counteract the lack of shimmering embellishment, but her minimalist styling showcased the knotted waist.

Her radiating clutch added the right amount of sparkle and tied in the pin for a chic finish.

Claire Foy In 16Arlington & Gucci – CinemaCon 2018

Claire Foy attended not one, but two, CinemaCon 2018 events recently in Las Vegas, Nevada, first at the ‘Girl in the Spider’s Web’ presentation on Monday (April 23) followed by the ‘First Man’ presentation on Wednesday (April 25).

‘Girl in the Spider’s Web’ CinemaCon Presentation: Black and white generally makes for a striking statement, but what really caught my eye with this 16Arlington ensemble was the glorious swoop of the white tie blouse and the micro-buttons running all the way down the trousers—like the ones you might see on a wedding gown—offering a new twist on elegant formalwear. The cranberry lip was a lovely addition to embolden the look.

‘First Man’ CinemaCon Presentation: While there was certainly a thoroughly demure nature to this ruffled Gucci zipper dress, there was also something of a subtle sexy-secretary vibe emanating from its classic schoolgirl charm.

Claire Foy In Valentino – ‘Unsane’ Berlinale International Film Festival Premiere

Claire Foy stepped out at the ‘Unsane’ Berlinale International Film Festival premiere on Wednesday (February 21) in Berlin, Germany.

‘The Crown’ actress evoked a starry night sky with her Valentino Pre-Fall gown.

The sequined appliqués and gossamer fabric have a whimsical charm, but the dark colour palette adds a moody elegance.

The wrap style was cinched at the waist with a black velvet ribbon which contributed to the darkly romantic sentiment.

Her red lipstick added some colour.

Did you mind the sheer fabric?

Hair How-To: Claire Foy’s Strong and Sleek Golden Globes Hair

Much like this year’s powerful theme, Claire Foy’s sleek look for the evening certainly made a statement.

In contrast to the regal look she sports on her show ‘The Crown’, Claire stunned on the red carpet at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards in a custom-made Stella McCartney black suit. In keeping with the suit’s sharp look, celebrity

Celebrity hairstylist Jillian Halouska created a structured hair look that perfectly paired with the black tailored look.

Inspired by vintage imagery by Yves Saint Laurent and Helmut Newton, both Jillian and Claire opted for a hairstyle that had masculine tones but was still feminine. The final result was a pulled back structured look that was modern and softened with a deep side part. Here’s how she achieved this look:

PREP: The best hair looks begin with just washed clean hair. To prep the hair before drying, Jillian sprayed her damp tresses with OGX Protecting + Silk Blowout Quick Drying Thermal Spray prior to blowing out the hair for an added layer of heat protection and shine. She then blew out Claire’s hair using the portable and high powered Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer with a flat paddle brush. This kind of brush allows the hair to get an even, straight look.

STYLE: Once blown out, Jillian worked OGX Natural Finish + Aspen Extract Texture Molding Paste onto small 1-inch sections, meticulously applying product from root to tip. The application technique is similar to that of hair color application and worked incredible well for Claire’s cut. While tedious, working with small sections of hair allows for a complete saturation of product and helps achieve overall shape of the style. To ensure a uniform look and shape, Jillian used clips in the back of the hair.

FINISH: For an elegant touch, Jillian chose to part the hair on the side and swept away from the face. The final look beautifully framed her flawless skin and makeup. To ensure hold and longevity of the shape, Jillian generously sprayed the hair with OGX Smoothing + Shea Humidity Blocking Hairspray before sending her off to the red carpet.
