2017 Image Maker Awards

Marie Claire’s Image Maker Awards 2017 were held at Catch LA on January 10, 2017 in West Hollywood, California, celebrating the makeup artists, hairstylists, and others behind Hollywood’s hottest beauties.

Jessica Pare: The actress worked a geometric Camilla and Marc Fall 2017 tunic-and-pants combo that prioritized casual comfort. I’m glad she brought a more exciting cherry lip stain out to play.

Janelle Monae: There is not a doubt that Janelle was having plenty of fun with her sparkly Thom Browne Spring 2017 ensemble that put a whole new meaning to tuxedo dress. I cannot say that I loved it—or her bobby pin-spiked hair, for that matter. But what I did love was her beautiful makeup, with the subtle blue under-eye shadow and glossy nude lip.

Jessica Alba: The cutouts in Jessica Alba’s suede Balmain jacket made all the difference in the world to elevate this Spring 2017 look.

Who Wore Peter Pilotto Better…Cindy Crawford or La La Anthony?

Who Wore Peter Pilotto Better Cindy Crawford or La La Anthony

In the space of 10 days Cindy Crawford and La La Anthony wore the same Peter Pilotto dress.

Cindy styled her printed dress with pink pumps while attending the Omega Constellation Pluma Collection launch.

While La La Anthony styled her shortened her frock with yellow sandals for 2015 BET Awards.

Both made the look work for them, but I prefer the original length of Cindy’s dress and her footwear choice, so she wins for me.

Cindy Crawford In Emanuel Ungaro & Peter Pilotto - Omega Events

Supermodel Cindy Crawford is still at the top of her game at aged 49.

Omega certainly agree, as they’ve signed up the brunette beauty as one of their ambassadors.

This week she fulfilled her duties looking stunning attending both ‘The Hospital In The Sky’ Asian screening on Tuesday (June 16) and the Omega Constellation Pluma Collection launch on Thursday (June 18) in Mumbai.

Omega Presents ‘The Hospital In The Sky’ Asian Screening: The meticulous tailoring and bold colour-blocking deliver a sharp, graphic finish to this tuxedo-inspired Emanuel Ungaro jumpsuit. Cindy styled the look with an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch and Tamara Mellon ‘Tiger’ sandals.

Omega Constellation Pluma Collection: This Peter Pilotto look was by far my favourite. Not only for the mix of colours and contrasting prints, but for the additional pop of colour via her hot-pink Kurt Geiger ‘Bond’ pumps and the overall freshness of the look.

Cindy Crawford In Roberto Cavalli – ‘The Great Gatsby’ Premiere & Cannes Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Cindy Crawford In Roberto Cavalli - 'The Great Gatsby' Premiere & Cannes Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Cindy Crawford is the first to take to the red carpet this evening at ‘The Great Gatsby’ Cannes Film Festival premiere, which also serves as the Opening Ceremony this evening.

The supermodel wore a typical Roberto Cavalli gown, which just oozes sex appeal.

Her white gown with a gathered waist and plunging gold halter neckline would be considered way OTT for some red carpet occasions where she’s not the lead in the movie, but this is Cannes, the event where the phrase “Go Big or Go Home” was invented.

Cindy Crawford In Roberto Cavalli – “The Ides Of March” Venice Film Festival Premiere

A Film Festival isn’t complete without two things: A supermodel and a Roberto Cavalli gown.

As Cindy Crawford took to the red carpet tonight for “The Ides Of March” Premiere during the 2011 Venice Film Festival wearing Roberto Cavalli, it was a case of done and done.

The gorgeous brunette looked sensational in her red one shoulder sequined Roberto Cavalli embroidered gown.

A Ferragamo oxblood leather minaudière with gold metal details and silver Chopard jewels completed this stunning look.

“Up In The Air” LA Premiere

Nope, there wasn’t a wedding in Hollywood last night, but two stars arrived on the red carpet wearing white gowns.

Vera Farmiga opted for a beautiful angelic white chiffon Dolce & Gabbana gown.

This gown totally shatters the theory that all Dolce & Gabbana gowns on the red carpet have to have a tulle mermaid hem.

Anna Kendrick opted for an ethereal one-shoulder Jenny Packham chiffon gown, which she accessorized with a crystal Swarovski clutch.

I love the ruffled details going down the gown, but I think it washes her out a tad, whereas Vera is glowing in comparison.

Cindy Crawford may not have worn a gown, but she proves she’s definitely still got ‘it’ wearing a figure-hugging indigo dress and sexy gladiator sandals.

Kayla Ewell loves French Connection.

We often see her wearing this brand on the red carpet proving high-street can be chic and red carpet ready.

The actress wore an asymmetrical French Connection bonny dress in a gorgeous green colour, which really brings out her eyes.

Olivia Munn also opted a French Connection dress.

Hers was a teal sparkling French Connection Spirit dress worn with ivory pumps.

This Donna Karan Pre-Fall 2009 dress was a great colour choice for Melanie Lynskey.

I love the structured pleated front detail, but the dress looks a bit creased.

Behind tights and ankle boots on the red carpet creases make me shiver.
