Ciara In Givenchy – Music Choice’s ‘U&A’ Visit

Ciara In Givenchy - Music Choice's 'U&A' Visit

Ciara visited ‘U&A’ at Music Choice in New York City on Monday to promote her new music.

The singer wore an all-white Givenchy menswear look, once again.

Her white Louboutins and leggings were styled with an embellished sweater from the Givenchy men’s Fall 2012 collection over a shirt with an embellished collar.

As the muse of Riccardo Tisci, is she sending the designer a message that she doesn’t favour the womenswear line anymore?

Ciara isn’t the first to wear this Givenchy sweater; Kanye West wore it last year to the Givenchy Fall 2012 womens presentation.

Ciara In Givenchy – Haze Nightclub

Ciara In Givenchy - Haze Nightclub

Ciara was the special guest performer at Haze Nightclub at the Aria Resort & Casino at CityCenter in Las Vegas, Nevada yesterday evening.

Before taking to the stage, the singer walked the red carpet in yet another Givenchy menswear look from the Spring 2013 collection.

On this occasion her crisp white look featured a long uneven hem shirt worn under a Madonna motif t-shirt.

The look was pulled together with white leggings and fresh out-of-the high-top box Givenchy sneakers.

I’m very much on the fence when it comes to this look.

Part of me thinks she looks ridiculous, while the other part loves how she manages to look pretty, soft and feminine in this masculine look.

I think I’m leaning towards the former.

Which way do you swing with this look?

Ciara In Givenchy – Music Choice’s SWRV TV Network

Ciara In Givenchy - Music Choice's SWRV TV Network

Ciara visited Music Choice’s SWRV TV Network earlier today in New York City.

The singer wears a lot of Givenchy; however, on this occasion she wore a Givenchy bomber jacket from the menswear collection.

Like Amanda Seyfried, a fellow Givenchy devotee, Ciara appears to being paying equal attention to the menswear collection as she does the womenswear.

She styled her Givenchy plane-print bomber jacket with black leather pants and a knitted sweater, accessorizing with a Jesus pendant necklace and leather boots.

Do you like this urban-chic look or is that dark-berry lip colour too jarring?

Ciara In Pamella Roland – VH1 Divas 2012

While I wasn’t surprised by Miley Cyrus’ look on the red carpet at the ‘VH1 Divas’ 2012 event held at the Shrine Auditorium in California yesterday evening, I was surprised by Ciara.

Giving up her Balmain minis and dramatic Givenchy looks for a more sleek Pamella Roland gown, I have to say this is one of her best looks all year.

While some may say that there is nothing unique or fashion forward about this black sequin v-neck long-sleeve gown with sheer panels, I would say this is the first time she has looked effortless and not so try-hard as it tends to feel when she’s wearing some other brands.

Kohl-rimmed eyes, a nude lip colour, a John Hardy ring and a perfectly styled lob completed her look.

Ciara In Mason by Michelle Mason – 2012 Billboard Women in Music Luncheon

Ciara slipped into an athletic-inspired Mason by Michelle Mason leather tank dress for the Billboard Women in Music Luncheon on Friday.

Though the thigh-skimming dress is snug, its slim silhouette fits Ciara’s taut physique impeccably.

Matching pumps finish the look, while her honey-blond highlights lighten up the all-black ensemble.

I’m still unsure about that bracelet, however.

Anyone else feel Ciara should’ve left it at home?

Ciara In Givenchy – BET’s Black Girls Rock 2012

Prior to her performance at BET’s Black Girls Rock 2012 event held at the Paradise Theater in New York City on Saturday evening, Ciara took to the red carpet.

The singer, who is no stranger to the works of Riccardo Tisci, wore a Givenchy Spring 2013 look — the first look from this collection to hit the red carpet.

Her masculine layered all-black look, save for the white sandals, isn’t a look I would’ve selected for Ciara (I would’ve gone with look 33), but I think she manages to pull it off.

She’s done the slashed to the thigh mini dress a million times over, so this look is an interesting change of pace.

Do you agree or would you have preferred a more classic Ciara look?

Neutral makeup and a simple bun completed her look.
