Christa B. Allen In Alice + Olivia – Second Annual FABB West Opening Night Cocktail Party

Christa B. Allen attended the Second Annual FABB West Opening Night Cocktail Party at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening.

At 21 years old, wearing this cutesy Alice + Olivia strapless watercolour sweetheart-neckline dress, you really should be saying to yourself or your stylist, “I’m too old to be wearing a dress like this.”

Save this dress for the Hollywood teens, Sami Gayle, Zendaya Coleman or Bella Thorne.

This dress is way too twee for Christa. The styling tells me that she’s simply not aware of this fact.

You can always tell when a star has gone from one stylist to another; she’s gone from wearing edgy, fashion-forward designs, by Jean Paul Gaultier, Giorgio Armani and David Koma, to this.

Christa B. Allen In Rafael Cennamo – 15th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards

Christa B. Allen shined on the red carpet at the 15th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards last night in Beverly Hills, California.

The ‘Revenge’ actress wore a gown from the Rafael Cennamo Fall 2013 collection.

The actress looks fresh-faced and beautiful in this flattering gold brocade gown. The voluminous skirt looks youthful and fashion-forward, while the appliquéd bodice is just the right amount of sexy.

Keeping her her makeup fresh and simple, the star lets her gown be the star of the show and doesn’t look like she’s trying too hard to make a statement.

Sadly, when compared to the model I prefer the shorter length of the dress. Also with that decorative bodice wearing her hair up was mandatory.

Christa B. Allen In Ted Baker London – ‘Extra’

Christa B. Allen was at The Grove in LA yesterday to make a guest appearance on ‘Extra’.

The ‘Revenge’ star opted for a pretty floral Ted Baker London dress.

I love the addition of the green suede pumps; giving a nod to the season despite the sunny climes.

Christa accessorized with a Stella & Dot gold cuff and stud earrings.

The British Fashion Council Cocktail Party

The British Fashion Council held a cocktail party to celebrate the LONDON show ROOMS yesterday evening at the Skybar at the Mondrian Los Angeles.

Marisa Tomei: The actress continued to showcase her love for London-based designers by wearing a Marios Schwab jacket from the Spring 2012 collection. It’s surprising how this collection has suddenly become so popular this week. The jacket gets a pass, but those MC Hammer pants are not particularly flattering. The yellow shoes add a punch, but I can’t say I really like much about this look, which is very rare to say when it comes to Marisa.

Christa B. Allen: The ‘Revenge’ actress opted for a look from the David Koma Spring 2013 collection. Her nude-and-orange print dress is uber cute, but I can’t say the same about her lace-up ankle boots. They just don’t go with the dress.

Louise Roe: The TV host totally captured my attention in this printed ensemble. As a jumpsuit I like it, but she should’ve lost the additional shirt. Whilst the clutch is too big and dominating the look, which is no mean feat with that print, the toe-cap pumps are more complementary.

Christa B. Allen In Donna Karan – Target Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Christa B. Allen helped Target celebrate their 50th Anniversary in New York City last night.

The ‘Revenge’ star went all out wearing a look from the Donna Karan Resort 2013 collection.

Her beautiful black strapless tulle dress with stunning embellished details is absolutely gorgeous, but I can’t help feeling that this dress deserved a grander occasion like a gala, or a premiere perhaps.

Especially considering some of her fellow attendees wore T-shirts and jeans.

Black strappy Armani sandals, a satin black Judith Leiber clutch, pink glossy lips and tumbling curls completed her look.

Elle’s Women In Hollywood Celebration Red Carpet Round Up

There were so many more celebs who attended Elle’s Women In Hollywood Celebration in LA last night. Here is a quick look at what they wore.

Uma Thurman: The actress wore a head-to-toe Calvin Klein Spring 2013 all-black look with slicked-back hair and David Yurman jewels.

Kiernan Shipka: The adorable teen actress wore a Moschino ivory-and-black dress with a pleated striped skirt, black collar and peplum detail. An Olympia Le-Tan book clutch and black Jimmy Choo ‘Mara’ kitten heels accessorized her look.

Jayma Mays: The ‘Glee’ actress brightened up the red carpet wearing an electric-blue Alexandra Vidal peplum dress with tri-colour Brian Atwood sandals with matching Rebecca Minkoff lizard embossed ‘Fling’ minaudiere and David Yurman jewels.

Naya Rivera: The ‘Glee’ actress is one of those hit-and-miss stars, but she scored a hit wearing this lovely pale yellow Moschino dress. The sleeveless fitted dress with a tulip-shaped skirt was styled with burgundy Tory Burch peep-toes and a matching Jimmy Choo clutch. Tumbling curls, diamond earrings and a pink lip shade finished Naya’s look.
