Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Chloe Moretz attended the Chanel Pre-Oscar Dinner held at Madeo Restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The young actress, who recently sported a Chanel frock for her birthday, wore a look from Chanel Spring 2013.

Chloe looked young and fresh in her cream tweed dress with double-breasted oversized pearl buttons.

She styled the look with accessories via Chanel including a gold clutch, burgundy heels, a ‘Plume’ bracelet, and double ‘Camelia Brode’ earrings

Chloe Moretz In Christian Dior - Vanity Fair Campaign Hollywood 2013

Chloe Moretz attended the Vanity Fair Campaign Hollywood 2013 last night in Los Angeles.

The ‘Carrie’ star and fashion risk-taker wore a long-sleeved black dress from the Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2013 Collection.

A dress with so much heavy fabric could have easily overtaken the petite star, but Moretz manages to pull it off. The dress is the perfect length, and by pairing it with a blush-coloured Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps, she keeps the ensemble from being too drab.

Her smoky eye and casually tousled hair keep her look young and edgy, rather then crossing into matron territory.

Is this look feeling familiar? That’s because Marion Cotillard wore a similar look to the SAG Awards.

Chloe Moretz In Stella McCartney - 2013 Elle Style Awards

Chloe Moretz attended Monday’s 2013 Elle Style Awards at London’s Savoy Hotel perfectly on trend for spring in a black and white striped dress.

The young actress who just wrapped ‘30 Rock’ is a pro at dressing her age in a fun and youthful way all the while pushing the fashion limits. She did so again in a two-toned long-sleeved Stella McCartney dress and Christian Louboutin ‘Pivichic’ heels.

I love this look. I love the playful pattern and classic colour combination. I love that the actress went for a chic-meets-messy updo to allow the dress to shine. What I don’t love? The vertical seams that attract my eye more than the striking stripes. The seams make the tiny actress look wider than she actually is.

Are you a fan of this dress on Chloe? Are you, like me, so excited for the spring trend of black and white?

Chloe Moretz In Chanel - Teen Vogue 10th Anniversary Party & Chloe Moretz Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party

As the current cover girl for Teen Vogue, Chloe Moretz was the guest of honour at the Teen Vogue 10th Anniversary Party held at Aeropostale, Times Square in New York City last night, which also doubled up as her Sweet Sixteen birthday party.

The actress looked cute, wearing a baby-blue Chanel Resort 2013 sleeveless dress with an embroidered yoke and a pearl-and-jewel-accented waistband.

Thankfully, the skirt on her fanciful frock wasn’t as sheer as the version which took to the runway in Versailles, France back in May.

To celebrate her milestone, Chloe added an edge to her look, wearing a black leather Aeropostale biker jacket.

I like the bi-colour pumps too as they also make the look more season appropriate.

With a Chanel purse acting as a cross-body bag, Chloe completed her look with pretty pink lips and wavy tresses.

Chloe Moretz In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Movie 43' LA Premiere

We were most disappointed when the princess of masculine dressing, Evan Rachel Wood, didn’t quite get the look right earlier this week, so I’m delighted with Chloe Moretz’s interpretation.

Dressed in Dolce & Gabbana, the actress took to the red carpet for the LA premiere of ‘Movie 43’ last night wearing a black tuxedo jacket with embroidered satin lapels paired with a ruffled bib blouse and tapered pants.

Some may think that Chloe’s look is reminiscent of a European waiter, but I love this young, funky look, especially when teamed with bow-front Dolce & Gabbana satin heels.

Yay or nay on Chloe’s Dolce look?
