Chloe Grace Moretz In Jonathan Saunders – If I Stay’ San Mateo Book Signing

Chloe Grace Moretz In Jonathan Saunders - If I Stay' San Mateo Book Signing

Chloe Grace Moretz attended the ‘If I Stay’ book signing held at Hillsdale Shopping Center on Thursday (August 7) in San Mateo, California.

Opting for chic separates, she wore a Jonathan Saunders Resort 2015 galactic-print shirt tucked into her cropped grey and navy trousers.

This look couldn’t be more different from the Teen Choice Awards outfit, proving just how versatile her style is, which is why I am such a fan.

Metallic-silver Jimmy Choo pumps rounded out her look.

Chloe Grace Moretz In Valentino - 2014 Teen Choice Awards

Chloe Grace Moretz certainly got into the spirit of the event while taking to the red carpet at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards held at The Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (August 10) in Los Angeles, California.

Wearing yet another Valentino look, this time from the Resort 2015 collection, the actress donned a three-piece ensemble consisting of a red embroidered jacket and matching shorts paired with a black bandeau, which she styled with red Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals.

She clearly had a lot of fun with this carefree look. The styling was on point, with neutral makeup providing the finishing touches.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Jessica Alba in Houghton & Osman, Chloe Grace Moretz In Simone Rocha, Damon Wayans Jr. In Dolce & Gabbana & Daniel Radcliffe In Raf Simons

BDOTW

Despite Nina Dobrev leading for most of the weekend, Jessica Alba was your eventual winner of best dressed this week for her Houghton & Osman combo styled with a Christian Louboutin bag and lust-worthy Kotur heels.

Although she didn’t rank highly for you, Chloe Grace Moretz in her Simone Rocha look was my favourite. It was nice to see something different from the young actress. The look was edgy without being try hard.

Damon Wayans Jr. won best-dressed male for his super-sleek three-piece Dolce & Gabbana suit. I went with Daniel Radcliffe’s tonal navy Raf Simons look.

Chloe Grace Moretz In Simone Rocha - Jimmy Kimmel Live

Chloe Grace Moretz was spotted making her way to her appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ in Hollywood, California on Wednesday (August 6) to promote her new movie, ‘If I Stay’.

Ruffles and plaid were two of the signatures of Simone Rocha’s Fall 2014 collection, and both are on display here.

Chloe wore a cute cold-shoulder crop top showcasing the young British designer’s experimental fabric techniques with sculptural frill detailing on the sleeves.

Adding some chic tailoring to her playful look via her slim-fit trousers elevated the look further, with bow-front embellished pumps rounding out her look.

Chloe Grace Moretz In Jonathan Saunders – ‘Despierta America’

Chloe Grace Moretz In Jonathan Saunders - 'Despierta America'

Chloe Grace Moretz made a guest appearance on ‘Despierta America’ taped at Univision Headquarters on Friday (August 1) in Miami, Florida to promote her new movie, ‘If I Stay’.

Wearing a Jonathan Saunders Pre-Fall 2014 shirt dress rendered in a wash of colour and striking prints, the actress opted to highlight the coral hue with a pair of Saint Laurent ‘Jane’ sandals.

The print might be busy for some, but I love the simple styling, including her naturally wavy half-up, half-down hairstyle.

Chloe Grace Moretz For Flare September 2014

FLR09_Cover

Chloe Grace Moretz graces the September 2014 issue of Canadian magazine Flare – which is set to hit newsstands on August 11th and was shot by Nino Muñoz – wearing a Gucci Fall 2014 leather dress with a crystal-accented bib.

The rest of her editorial sees the blonde starlet wearing more fall fashions from the likes of Gucci, Paco Rabanne and Louis Vuitton.

Seeming very mature for her tender 17 years, the actress shares her views on dating, her fashion credo, how she chooses her projects and her ambitious attitude.

Here are some extracts from her interview.

On her dating fears: “It’s a tough age to fall in love: people change so quickly… I don’t want to have to feel like I have to watch my step, ’cause I’m 17 and I shouldn’t have to… [To my friends] I’m like, ‘Dude, you’re wasting away your entire high-school years, and now you’re going to waste away your college years. You’re going to spend your entire life in a relationship and then you’re going to get married… and then you’re dead! So you lived your life in a relationship!’ That’s not my style.”

On how the paparazzi never discover who she’s actually dating: “When you’re with someone who’s just your friend, then they take photos, but when you’re out with your boyfriend, they never find out. It’s like, ‘You guys are so dumb; you’re missing your opportunity!’”

On her fashion credo: “Just put me in whatever is fun and interesting, things that I won’t be able to wear when I’m 30.”

On the judgmental nature of the fashion world: “People say don’t judge a book by its cover, but if someone wears a crazy outfit, they’re automatically a crazy person. If you wear a tame outfit, you’re automatically a prude… You can be whoever you want through what you wear.”

On how she chooses her projects: “Only do a movie if you’d do it for free.”

On her ambitious attitude: “I’m very driven in what I do. I’m good in my business, I can talk that all day long. It’s the same when I’m acting. There’s no barriers.”
