Charlize Theron In Jason Wu – 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards

At the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, Charlize Theron struck a strong pose on the red carpet at the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. Live on Saturday.

The South African beauty, who was a presenter at the event, gave us another red-carpet jumpsuit moment with her look from Jason Wu’s retro-laced Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

The wide-leg, halter silhouette lost some of its edge with the addition of the metallic braided sash and gold-medal charm. I much preferred the sleeker black belt from the lookbook.

But, if there’s anyone who can pull off this mannish-chic look, it’s the statuesque Charlize who opted for Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry to go with her short platinum quiff and girly fuchsia pout.

At one point in the evening, she even topped off her masculine ensemble with an added flourish: a black fedora, which she borrowed from Bill Clinton.

Charlize Theron In Madewell & Current/Elliott – Out In LA

Charlize Theron and her son, Jackson, were spotted grabbing some frozen yoghurt from Pinkberry’s in LA yesterday.

The actress sported an effortless off-duty look, pairing a camel-coloured Madewell zebra-motif sweater with black Current/Elliott zipper jeans while carrying her son in one arm.

Joie’s printed loafers, chic shades and a gold wallet completed her look.

Known for wearing Dior Couture gowns, I love that this look is so attainable.

You just gotta love how cute young Jackson is in his dark look with colourful socks.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Jennifer Lawrence & Charlize Theron In Dior Couture, Eddie Redmayne In Alexander McQueen & Channing Tatum In Gucci

Dior was the winner this week, but we picked two very different gowns.

You selected the beautiful princess-y gown worn by Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, while I picked the sleek peplum gown worn by Charlize Theron.

No surprised that you voted Eddie Redmayne in Alexander McQueen, as he has pretty much dominated this poll since time began.

I picked Channing Tatum. Partly because he looked so dapper in his black three-piece Gucci suit and partly because I have a major crush on him.

Charlize Theron In Dior – 2013 Oscars

Charlize Theron kept things simple for her walk down the red carpet Sunday at the 2013 Oscars held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ actress wore a Dior Haute Couture white silk bustier dress with embroidered detailing on the peplum.

Harry Winston diamond stud earrings and bracelets offer the only accent to the star’s look, as both her makeup and super short hair are the definition of subtle.

While I do wish Charlize had a bit more visual interest somewhere–a bright lip or a dramatic piece of jewelry–with such a perfectly fitted dress on her flawless figure, it’s hard to fault her for her simplistic approach to this red carpet.

Charlize Theron In Gucci – Cinema For Peace Gala 2013

Charlize Theron was elegance personified on the red carpet for the 2013 Cinema For Peace Gala, held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Germany on Saturday night which took place during the 2013 Berlinale Film Festival.

Surprisingly, the actress wasn’t wearing Dior; instead she selected a grey satin Gucci strapless gown, which featured a gathered embellished detail at the waist.

I love the slicked-back do. I think I would’ve lacked the confidence to rock such a short hairstyle in such a chic way.

I’m also obsessed with her deep rouge lip. It was overplayed during the summer, but it adds a wicked touch to her sultry look on this occasion.

Tiffany & Co. jewels, Jimmy Choo ‘Fayme’ sandals and a silver Jimmy Choo clutch provided the finishing touches

Who Wore Dion Lee Better…Charlize Theron or Lindsay Lohan?

I never thought I would see the day when Charlize Theron and Lindsay Lohan would be wearing the same dress.

Charlize wore this black Dion Lee Fall 2012 dress with sexy illusion panels when she attended the CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards in Las Vegas back in April.

She styled her t-shaped halter dress with Giuseppe Zanotti black strappy sandals.

You could’ve knocked me down with a feather when I saw Lindsay wearing the same dress on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ last night.

The flame-haired actress was on the show to promote her new TV movie, ‘Liz & Dick’.

LiLo styled her look with Christian Louboutin open-toe ankle boots, hot-pink lips and Cartier earrings.

Charlize wins for me; let’s just say she made the better shoe choice.
