Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Cat Deeley attended the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards performers nominee reception at Spectra in West Hollywood, California on Friday night.

The ‘SYTYCD’ host wore a beautiful Roland Mouret Kashchei dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

Her moss green print dress with draped details on the hips is accented with a black ribbon.

Cat’s bronzed makeup gives her the English Rose a Californian glow whilst her updo suits her sophisticated dress.

A black Mulberry oversized Ava suede clutch completed her look.

Emma Stone continues to be your favourite on the red carpet.

She wowed you this week wearing a Chanel Couture ensemble to “The Help” LA Premiere.

Some commented that you were happy to see a young actress like Emma breathe life into Chanel Couture, as you feel someone like Blake Lively doesn’t quite have what it takes to carry the brand successfully on the red carpet.

My favourite was Cat Deeley.

The British TV host brought the British high-street to US audiences on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ by wearing a £80 River Island yellow maxi dress.

Many accused River Island of copying Gucci’s Fall 2011 design, but the fact that Cat makes an £80 dress look like £3,000 dress means she’s doing something right.

The only disappointing thing about Cat’s dress is that it’s not available now.

Many of you in the US have fallen in love with British TV host Cat Deeley (which is not hard because she’s adorable).

She showcases impeccable style week after week whilst presenting, ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’

Cat was radiant on Friday night as she hosted the show wearing a dress by British fashion retailer River Island.

The sensational canary yellow chiffon maxi dress with a floral appliqué detail on the neckline, cut-out details and a thigh split, was accessorized with gold jewels and her favourite Jimmy Choo ‘Louisa’ strappy sandals.

This dress is part of River Island’s Hustler collection which pays homage to 70s icons such as Jerry Hall and Bianca Jagger.

Look out for this dress in store when it goes on sale for £80 this October.

On Tuesday, Cat Deeley made a guest appearance on “Late Show With David Letterman.”

Our favourite British export (excluding the Beckham’s of course), looked lovely as she arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City wearing a loose fitting black dress.

She accessorized with aviator shades, tan gladiator sandals and a Mulberry Tillie bag.

Before her interview she changed into a Lanvin metallic bouclé shift dress.

Her shimmering silver and gold tweed bouclé dress was teamed with Jimmy Choo ‘Louisa’ strappy sandals.

I love how she went from the classic girl-next-door (with a £900 bag) to something very classic yet modern and slightly reminiscent of Jennifer Aniston.

I think its the hair.

Like Ashley Tisdale, Cat Deeley didn’t wear Miu Miu to the Miu Miu Presents Lucrecia Martel’s “Muta” event in LA last night.

The TV host wore a gorgeous mini dress by British designer Jenny Packham.

Her espresso crystal encrusted mini dress was teamed with chocolate brown Zara T-bar sandals and an alligator clutch.

“So You Think You Can Dance” fans will instantly recognise this dress, because Cat wore the same dress on the show back in June.

Cat’s beauty regime was as effortless as ever. Blonde tumbling natural waves and pink glossy lips completed her look.
