Camila Alves In Georges Chakra Couture – ‘The Dark Tower’ New York Premiere

Camila Alves was a vision in all-black for ‘The Dark Tower’ New York premiere on Monday (July 31).

The ability to conjure up beautiful, structured gowns is one of Georges Chakra’s greatest strengths. I wished we see more of his brilliance on the red carpet. I feel he’s hugely underrated.

While some of the drama from the velvet train is lost against the backdrop, the nude illusion body more than makes up for it.

Camila Alves In Thai Nguyen Atelier – BELLA Los Angeles Summer Issue Cover Launch Party

Camila Alves struck a pose at the launch party for the BELLA Los Angeles Summer Issue cover on Friday (June 23) in LA.

Oozing with sultry glamour, she wore a streamlined Thai Nguyen Atelier Fall 2017 asymmetrical dress.

Cutting the hemline above the ankles took away none of its elegance, however, it did perhaps make the look more suitable for the season and the occasion.

Seamless, sleek styling highlights included a long, centre-parted braid with an additional nod to the Midas touch in her gold statement earrings.

NET-A-PORTER x Draper James Event

Famous faces were out in force to support Reese Witherspoon at the NET-A-PORTER x Draper James Event on Tuesday (June 6) in Beverly Hills, California.

Reese Witherspoon: The beautiful details like the organza flowers and clusters of beading take centre stage on this off-white silk and cotton-blend dress. The embodiment of southern style, Reese’s styling helped pull the look together. Summery waves and ankle tie sandals add to the charm.

Camila Alves: This shirt dress brings a smile to my face. Who doesn’t love white magnolias and soft pleats? The fit-and-flare silhouette is carried off with grace and ease by a radiant Camila. I think the boxy clutch and black sandals are too heavy for this particular look.

Jennifer Garner: Charming and fuss-free this look is incredibly inviting. There’s something warm and humorous about the pineapple print, which is echoed in the vibrant colours. The straps frame Jennifer’s shoulders and add some interest. The tousled, textured waves of the actress’s hair look great with this dress too.

Camila Alves In Marchesa – ‘Gold’ New York Premiere

Camila Alves attended the world premiere of ‘Gold’ at AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 theatre on Tuesday (January 17) in New York City.

King Midas himself would have been bowing at the feet of queen Camila with her extravagant gold lace gown by Marchesa.

She certainly took the theme of the film to heart with this grand, golden entrance.

Was it over the top and indulgently decadent? Some might say yes, but one can’t deny the sheer artistry of the gown.

Magpies everywhere will also be craving the sparkly baubles that adorned the look—from her statement earrings to the starburst bib necklace.

TargetStyle, In Vogue

TargetStyle, In Vogue

The TargetStyle, in Vogue event was held at Cedar Lake in New York City on Wednesday (September 9), where Emily Ratajkowski, Amanda Seyfried, and Camila Alves were in attendance in remarkably coordinated ensembles despite their significant style differences.

Emily Ratajkowski: Familiarly sexy, the actress flaunted a Balmain Fall 2015 design that was unified by its use of allover lace. Clearly modified from the runway to be even more skin-baring, the top half of the belted bodysuit maintained the silhouette of the label’s plunging power blazers which created an interesting contrast to the sultry, see-through lace pants below. If nothing else, she looked entirely ready to rock out on a stage somewhere.

Amanda Seyfried: Adorably innocent with a hint of come-hither, seductive flair in the lace bra-like detailing, this RED Valentino Fall 2015 frock was a chic, quietly alluring take on the LBD.

Camila Alves: Likewise embracing the Target red colour scheme, Camila struck a pose in a form-fitting strapless dress that beautifully traced her hourglass curves. A matching sandal rather than nude would have created an even more seamless effect.
