Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull Premiere, Australia

Australian’s golden girls needed a dress to match, so Cate Blanchett attended this premiere, without her co-stars, wearing a draped gold lamé Lanvin dress and black heels.
It is quite baggy, but for a woman who just gave birth 4 weeks ago, and has been looking amazing on every red carpet, the baggy element can be forgiven.
“Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” Premiere, New York

Whilst Cate was promoting the Indiana Jones flick in Australia, the rest of the cast including Harrison Ford, were promoting in New York. His gorgeous partner Calista Flockhart was as ever by his side.
Harrison and Calista were dressed more casually than their Cannes appearance.
Here Harrison was head to toe in grey, whilst Calista was head to toe in pink. Her taffetfa pink cocktail dress, were perfectly complimented with her nude Christian Louboutin Catenita platform pumps.

I do like Ashanti’s black kimono style MLH Louisa Peacock Sequin Dress, but I do not like the eye make-up. In fact I do not like the Barbie make-up period.
Ashanti wore her dress with a pair of gold Gucci Spring 2008 heels.

It is so refreshing to see Michelle Williams look casual, and not wearing anything designed by Tina Knowles. It is also refreshing to see her back to her natural hair colour.
36th Annual FIFI Awards, New York

Yesterday I commented how Taylor Momsen gown was too much for her, but this lime green Marchesa Spring 2007 is just right for her.
It’s cute, young, frilly, floaty and fun. Which is why she appears to be happier wearing this dress.

Minka Kelly’s soft pink Marchesa Spring 2008 ensemble is so dreamy.
The embroidered detail on the bowed jacket is beautiful, as is the bubble hemmed skirt.
Her stunning clutch is a gold leather Bel Air clutch by Daniel Swarovski.

Alyson Hannigan is stunning in this white strapless gown. I wish we could see more of her on the red carpet.

Bernadette Peters azure blue Zac Posen dress hugs everyone of her delightful curves.

Nikki Blonsky is a very pretty girl with a great figure. What she does not have a great stylist who can help her accentuate her hourglass figure.
She is dressed in black too much for my liking.

Padma Lakshmi is wearing the Designer of the Week, Lanvin. Her sunflower yellow asymmetric dress is from the Lanvin Spring 2008 collection.
The actress/author, adds a black belt to give her dress more shape.

Sandra Denton and Cheryl James of Salt n’ Pepa are back, looking as young as they did when the first hit the chart’s with Push It.

Danity Kane can some times get it right on the red carpet. This is not one of those times. As usual the styling is all over the place.
Dawn, (second from the right) in an attempt to stand out from the group, is wearing a Nicole Miller gown, looking like she is going to the Oscars or the SAG Awards, whilst the rest of her girls are more in tune with each other wearing cocktail mini dresses.
I think in a group it is important to dress like you are in cohesion with each other, but this does not mean wearing the same clothes nor the same colour.
Asian Women Of Achievement Awards 2008, London

Elizabeth Hurley surprisingly does not don a sari for this event. Instead she opts for this lavender plunge-neck empire-waist gown which is divine (no pun intended) on her.
