Red Carpet Fashion Awards

On Monday night Bryce Dallas Howard attended the LA screening of ‘When You Find Me’, which was also attended by her father Ron Howard.

She looked fabulous wearing a custom made Christian Cota dress inspired by the Fall 2010 collection.

Her one shoulder digital print dress was teamed with Vhernier jewels and an orange Kotur clutch.

The mother-to-be, who has struggled with maternity-wear on the red carpet, finally gets right as she completed her look with Jimmy Choo and a rich red lip shade.

Here is a round up of the rest of those who attended the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala in LA on Monday night.

Stacy Keibler: George Clooney’s +1 wore almost an identical Maria Lucia Hohan strapless gown to the one she wore in London. Is she stuck in a style rut already? Her purple silk mousseline gown with a ruffled detail on the bodice was teamed with a black Kotur clutch and silver jewels.

Shailene Woodley: The other ‘new girl on the block’ opted to wear a lingerie-inspired Moschino Cheap and Chic LBD. Rachel Zoe black satin pumps, a Loree Rodkin ring and a Judith Leiber ‘FEED 1000’ clutch completed her look.

Julianne Hough: The actress/dancer debuted a new haircut at this event wearing a Naeem Khan Spring 2012 metallic gold rose-motif beaded dress. As pretty as she looks, she has an underlying cheese factor that makes it very hard for me to take her seriously on the red carpet.

Ahna O’Reilly: The ‘The Help’ actress joined her co-stars on the red carpet wearing a Theia mini dress. Her nude crystal-encrusted mini dress was teamed with a gold clutch and nude pumps.

Bryce Dallas Howard hit the red carpet in LA on Tuesday night for the premiere of her latest movie, “The Help.”

The pregnant star opted to wear a custom-made Kate Spade New York dress.

Her ballet pink and navy v-neck dress with coral belt was paired with Kate Spade New York ‘Ivy’ gold metallic sandals.

As the face of the brand it’s not surprising that Bryce wore a custom look.

What is surprising is how bad this dress is.

I thought maternity wear had evolved past this unflattering stage.

The only thing I like about this look is the coral belt, her updo and her 3 stone drop earrings.

Jessica Alba has proved time and again that maternity red carpet looks can be chic, so I’m left baffled by this look.

The celebration for our Oceans to benefit the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Ocean Initiative was sponsored by Chanel in Malibu, LA last night.

Kate Hudson: The mother-to-be arrived wearing a black Chanel draped asymmetrical dress with Brian Atwood ‘Debra Due’ peep-toes and a snake-skin clutch. As always she was glowing and continues outdo many other mothers-to-be on the red carpet.

Courtney Cox: I’m very surprised that Courtney didn’t wear black. The actress wore a navy and beige tweed Chanel Spring 2011 dress with black t-bar heels. Her dress is very similar to a dress Naomi Watts wore earlier this year.

Camila Alves: The TV host also opted for black shoes with her white Chanel mini dress. The dress was paired with a Chanel cropped jacket from the Resort 2011 collection.

Amber Valletta: The model would’ve been one of my favourites at this event had she opted for heels which were more complementary to her pink and navy tweed Chanel Spring 2011 dress. A black clutch completed her look.

Ali Larter: I’m guessing the actress got lost on her way to Malibu beach.  A cover up to a Chanel benefit?  REALLY?

Bryce Dallas Howard: The actress needs help. Her style choices since we discovered she was pregnant have been less than flattering. Rachel Zoe, Victoria Beckham, Selma Blair, Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson above have all managed to work sophisticated maternity styles, so why is Bryce struggling so badly?

For a Chanel event I find myself being incredibly disappointed by all excluding Kate Hudson.

The first thing I did when I saw Bryce Dallas Howard on the red carpet at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival “Restless” Premiere was type into Google, “Bryce Dallas Howard pregnant.”

Unfortunately it didn’t bring back any recent results.

Her Reem Acra chartreuse empire waist jacquard gown does look like it appears to be concealing a baby bump.

What do you guys think?

Either way it’s my least favourite look so far at Cannes.

Bryce Dallas Howard attended the LA Premiere of “Ceremony” at ArcLight Cinemas yesterday.

The radiant redhead looked divine wearing a Reem Acra dress.

Her pink v-neck dress with gold ethnic-esqe embroidery detailing was perfectly complemented with gold Le Vian bangles.

The rest of her look included a snake-skin Kotur clutch and blush satin Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ pumps.

Bryce always makes the right choices. The colour of this dress is divine against her milky complexion and she picked the right accessories.

BDOTW worthy.
