Brie Larson In Elie Saab – ‘Free Fire’ LA Premiere

Following her ‘Kong: Skull Island’ promo tour, Brie Larson was back for the premiere of A24’s ‘Free Fire’ on Thursday (April 13) in Hollywood, California.

There’s not a single angle of this Elie Saab Fall 2017 dress that is overlooked showcasing the designer’s unrelenting dedication to detail.

Perfectly feminine from the delicate ruffles shoulders to the lace inserts, this dress – while perhaps too sombre for some – spells out graceful elegance.

Brie Larson In Alexander McQueen – ‘Kong: Skull Island’ Beijing Press Conference

Brie Larson’s style has been very consistent during her promo tour for ‘Kong: Skull Island’, so I was impressed to see her take a different direction on Thursday (March 16) where she attended press conference in Beijing, China.

I love how this suit demonstrates Alexander McQueen’s strong point in boy-borrowed tailoring, finished with peaked lapels, padded shoulders and draped detailing for added contemporary precision.

We often see that women’s suiting might have a narrowed waist to sculpt a feminine figure; but without that Brie tempers this masculine piece with tousled waves and a glossy red pout.

This look is something we usually associate with Tilda Swinton and Cate Blanchett, however, Brie totally nailed this look.

What a surprise package she’s turning out to be this year.

Brie Larson In Rodarte – ‘Kong: Skull Island’ Tokyo Premiere

Fast becoming a favourite red-carpet darling, Brie Larson continued to impress while at the ‘Kong: Skull Island’ premiere on Wednesday (March 15) in Tokyo.

Her chic streak shows no sign of waning, especially not with this custom Rodarte piece.

The shimmering kaleidoscope of colourful embellishment married with the girly quirk of the two ruffles was enough to make the dress a standout. So I especially appreciated her sleekly minimal makeup and updo—plus styling that required no additional sparkle from jewels.

It looks like she did have a rather stately pair of platform shoes on underneath, but I will chalk that up to height needed for the hemline of the dress and hope that they stayed hidden for the most part.

Brie Larson In Cushnie et Ochs – John Goodman Honored With Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Brie Larson’s style gets better with each red carpet appearance, and I’m sure many of you agree.

Her latest look, worn to a ceremony honoring John Goodman with the 2,604th Star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday (March 10) in LA, was courtesy of Cushine et Ochs.

Undoubtedly fresh and embracing the mood for the Spring season – despite its Pre-Fall 2017 label – this is a true modern classic.

Keeping the styling super simple, she managed to offset any sweetness with a grey pair of ankle strap pumps which wouldn’t have been my first choice, but they don’t detract any of the beauty from this look.

Brie Larson In Alexander Wang – Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Brie Larson made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday (March 8), to continue to promote her latest movie, ‘Kong: Skull Island’ which opens this weekend.

The actress has maintained an elegant lady-like run through-out this promo tour and awards season, so it was delighted to see her work a different look in Alexander Wang.

While the cool flare of this Fall 2017 outfit didn’t initially have Brie’s name on it when it took to the runway, the frills and ball-chain trim on the peplum jacket keeps this in neutral – I’m not trying too hard – territory.

I love this from top-to-toe. What say you?
