Blake Lively In Chanel Couture – Chanel’s Fine Jewelry 80th Anniversary Celebration

Even though Blake Lively is now known as a Gucci girl, the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress was one of the many stars invited to the celebration of Chanel Fine Jewelry’s 80th anniversary of the ‘Bijoux De Diamants’ collection created by Gabrielle Chanel in New York City yesterday evening.

The actress opted for a look from the Chanel Fall 2012 Couture collection.

I’m sure that some of you are rolling your eyes that she picked one of the few looks with a plunging neckline, but this silver-and-rose pink dress with jewel accents on the empire waist and shoulders is a perfect look for the blonde actress.

It’s both sexy and sophisticated, but those those creases at the back are a huge shame.

Mrs Reynolds opted for metallic pewter Christian Louboutin pumps, which considering her sizeable shoe closet are a tad disappointing.

Side-swept glossy blonde tresses and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Blake Lively In Gucci – Gucci Premiere Fragrance Launch

Sporting her signature ‘head-tilted-to-the-right’ pose, my girl Blake Lively was back on the red carpet on Saturday night for the launch party for the Gucci Premiere fragrance, held at the Hotel Cipriani during the 2012 Venice Film Festival in Italy.

As the beautiful face of the fragrance, you won’t be surprised to learn that she wore a stunning Gucci Premiere cocktail dress.

Her burgundy embellished Gucci mini sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline (of course) fits her like a glove.

Blake styled her look with matching burgundy strappy Gucci sandals and a Gucci Horsebit bracelet.

A purposely messy ponytail and flawless makeup completed her look.

For me, Blake ticks all the right boxes as a Gucci girl. How about you?

On The Set Of Gossip Girl With Blake Lively In Rag & Bone

Blake Lively was photographed on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ in New York City while filming scenes with co-star Penn Badgley on Tuesday.

Her character Serena has had some crazy outfits, so I would be interested to know how you feel this one measures up.

I really despise those Rag & Bone colour-block skinny jeans.

We first saw them in a different colourway on Ashanti; I disliked them then, and that feeling hasn’t changed upon seeing them on Blake Lively.

The pieces I would save from this look are the Burberry Prorsum ‘The Orchard’ bag, which is similar to the one carried by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the statement necklace, the sexy silk animal-print top and the Forte Forte maroon long cardigan, but the clunky boots and jeans just have to go.

Carefree tresses completed her look.

‘Gossip Girl’ is set to premiere in the US on October 8.

Last week Blake Lively was back on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ getting ready to film scenes for the last series.

She rocked a signature fitted Roland Mouret cap-sleeved seamed ‘India’ dress in a bright tangerine hue, which has become one of the celebs’ favourite colours of the season.

I love the coral stone earrings, which perfectly complement the look, with her Giuseppe Zanotti beige-and-black platform pumps providing an interesting contrast.

Carrying a Chanel quilted iPad case, she completed her look with golden naturally wavy tresses.

It was a busy day for Blake Lively yesterday, as she was back on set filming scenes for ‘Gossip Girl’ in New York City.

The actress wore a pretty nude embellished tank top with a Haute Hippie floral print skirt accented with light embellishments.

Blake completed her leg-baring look with a yellow leather 3.1 Phillip Lim ‘Lark’ bag and Pour la Victoire ‘Zimmer’ yellow snakeskin platform pumps.

Does anyone else think the clothing budget has been slashed (dramatically) for this final season?

Blake Lively’s Gucci Première Commercial

We’ve seen the print ads for Blake Lively as the face of the Gucci Premiere fragrance, now we can see her in action looking gorgeous in the Nicolas Winding Refn directed commercial channeling timeless Hollywood glamour for the fragrance.

Wearing a spectacular Gucci Première gold backless long-sleeve gown and sporting a golden glow with flowing wavy locks, she takes centre stage spritzing herself with the fragrance.

Then we see another snippet of the video with Blake in the desert wearing a high-slit petrol-blue gown as the wind billows her skirt.

There is no doubt that Blake is the perfect ambassador for Gucci, but what do you think of her commercial?
