Berenice Bejo In Alexis Mabille Couture – ‘Le Passe’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

As the star of the movie, Berenice Bejo took center stage on the red carpet at the Palais des Festivals for the premiere of ‘Le Passé’ during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival in France this evening.

My first words were “J’Adore”.

Starting to grow ever so slightly weary of predictable gowns (especially when worn over and over again by the same person) this was a breath of fresh air.

The French beauty wore an ever so memorable Alexis Mabile Spring 2013 gown.

I love her version of this look which features a navy double-breasted tailored blazer with satin lapels over an ivory strapless bustier gown with a lace tiered skirt.

The juxtaposition of the masculine-and-feminine sets my senses tingling to the top of my finger tips.

We have seen some great gowns at Cannes, but this was really a “wow” moment for me.

A super slicked back ponytail, Monique Pean grey ombré fossilized walrus ivory-and-smokey quartz geometric oval earrings with white diamond pavé and a quirky Olympia Le-Tan book clutch completed her look.

Berenice Bejo In Louis Vuitton – ‘Le Passe’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Berenice Bejo makes a return to Cannes Film Festival after serving as Mistress of Ceremonies at last year’s event.

The French actress attended a photocall this afternoon at the Palais des Festivals to promote her latest movie, ‘Le Passe’.

Berenice, one of the early adopters of the Louis Vuitton chequered trend, selected a French fashion brand’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

Her bold-hued look featured a ribbon-tied sleeveless blouse with a button-accented bib, plus matching pants with a black panel going down both sides.

Those Louis Vuitton sparkling toe-cap heels keep finding their way onto the red carpet since making their debut a few seasons ago, and I don’t see their popularity waning any time soon.

Like Freida Pinto and Fan Bingbing before her, Berenice completed her look with a braided updo.

Bérénice Bejo In Giambattista Valli Couture – Cesar Film Awards 2013

Bérénice Bejo looked stunning as she made her way down the red carpet at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, France, for the Cesar Film Awards 2013 on Friday evening.

The French beauty wore a Giambattista Valli Fall 2012 Couture gown.

Her forest-green floral chiffon gown with appliqués cascading from the neckline and sleeves was styled with a different gold left belt to the one we saw on the runway.

I adore the hot-pink satin Christian Louboutin clutch for an unexpected twist in this beautiful tale.

This is one of my favourite looks from the actress. She looks so effortless and supremely elegant.

Bérénice Bejo In Louis Vuitton – 2013 DGA Awards

Yesterday evening, Bérénice Bejo attended the 2013 Directors Guild of America Awards at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at the Hollywood & Highland Center in California.

Leaving behind Louis Vuitton’s popular Spring 2013 checquerboard collection, the French actress looked ahead to Pre-Fall 2013 with her black-and-bronze sequined dress from the designer.

The retro-inspired collar and dropped waist perhaps inspired her side-swept pin waves, but it all translated as a bit muddled, especially when mixed with a casual LV clutch.

Like the lookbook, she popped up the dark, moody moment with an on-trend matte red lip and matching manicure and pedicure.

Her matching gold-and-black LV sandal lifted the heaviness even more, but I found the ankle strap that cut the line of her leg rather bothersome.

Bérénice Bejo In Louis Vuitton – ‘Populaire’ Paris Premiere

Bérénice Bejo attended the ‘Populaire’ premiere at Cinema UGC Normandie in Paris, France yesterday evening.

The French actress wore a Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 three-quarter-length sleeve dress.

Her ivory-and-ecru checked dress was styled with some punchy accessories, including red suede Christian Louboutin pumps, a silver crystal-embellished clutch and Anna Rivka jewels.

I don’t think she needed so much sparkle for her chic mod look. The pumps were enough to give this look an interesting edge.

Miu Miu Spring 2013 Front Row

The front rows during Fashion Week have been celebrity light, but Miu Miu was able to boast a front row of young Hollywood stars and up-and-coming actresses.

Emma Stone, Amanda Seyfried, Chloe Sevigny, Dianna Agron, Felicity Jones and Berenice Bejo packed the front row at the Miu Miu Spring 2013 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week yesterday.

Emma Stone: Sporting gorgeous blonde curls and a divine red glossy lip, Emma selected an adorable strapless bustier LBD with an A-line skirt. She styled the look with a black cardigan, fuschia double-strap peep-toe pumps and a multi-coloured floral bag with gold hardware.

Amanda Seyfried: I’m not surprised to see the actress wearing a look from the Fall 2012 collection, but I am surprised she didn’t wear one of the more adventurous pieces, as she loves taking risks on the red carpet. Her red suit was styled with purple Prada ‘Spazzolato’ Mary Janes and a Prada geometric-print bag. I love the purple lip on this occasion. It gives the whole look an edge.

Dianna Agron: This 60s-style Miu Miu dress is perfect for the ‘Glee’ actress. I’m glad she opted for something that suited her style. Her bright blue shirtdress with slanted flap pockets and button-down details was styled with purple tights and blue suede criss-cross platform Miu Miu sandals. The bouffant perfects the look.
