Bella Thorne In Blumarine - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' LA Premiere

Bella Thorne joined in the fun on the red carpet for the LA premiere of ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California on Monday evening.
The young actress wore a Blumarine Spring 2014 nude sheer dress with white floral embroidery and a strapless corseted underlay.

I’m surprised to see this dress on the red carpet again so soon, as you may remember Kacey Musgraves wore it just 11 days ago to the CMA Awards.

Bella styled her look simply with a braided updo, an Edie Parker clutch and gold bracelet, deciding against the more playful styling she is known for and opting to keep the sweet, ethereal nature of the look intact.

Bella Thorne In House of Holland - Flaunt Magazine En Garde! Issue Launch Party

Bella Thorne attended the Flaunt Magazine En Garde! issue launch party, alongside its cover girl Selena Gomez and Lily Collins, at the Hakkasan Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California last night.

The star didn’t stray from her colourful dressing M.O., selecting an embellished white and coral House of Holland top and coordinating navy-and-coral pleated House of Holland skirt for the night’s festivities. The quirky set showed off just a sliver of midriff, allowing for most of the attention to be paid to the dramatic puffed sleeves and playful print.

Her blue Charlotte Olympia peep-toe pumps, sparkly silver Edie Parker clutch, and blue-jeweled Dannijo earrings kept the bright and bold theme going strong, as did her matching frosted blue eyeshadow.

While nothing is flagrantly wrong with this outfit — she’s young, having fun, and experimenting with whimsical pieces — I am not a big fan of the coordinated accessories. It felt too put together when there was clearly an outlet to take a more irreverent approach to finishing details.

Bella Thorne In Rebecca Minkoff - The Hollywood Reporter's Next Gen 20th Anniversary Gala

Bella Thorne attended The Hollywood Reporter’s Next Gen 20th Anniversary Gala at UCLA’s Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday.

Opting for a one-two punch of kaleidoscope colour, the young actress wore a bright floral-swirled dress by Rebecca Minkoff, which was also adorned with a playful side split and pops of black at the short sleeves and neckline.

Her accessories — black Bionda Castana booties, a textured pink Rebecca Minkoff clutch, and several gold cuffs — proved a good match, offering both complementary colours and a slightly tougher edge. Wavy tresses and petal-pink lips completed the look.

Bella Thorne 2

In two short years, actress Bella Thorne has shot up the fashion ranks to be one of THE ones-to-watch on the red carpet. More often than not, the stunning redhead can be counted on to pull together a look that’s fresh and different. Her ability to make any design contemporary through her use of color and accessories is remarkable. If just half of her peers could master that skill, the world would be a much better place.

With her impeccable taste in clothes, towering height (5’5” without heels!) and good looks, it’s hard to believe that Bella is only a teenager. But we were reminded of her youth on the eve of her Sweet 16 birthday when we had the pleasure of chatting with the starlet as she hosted the ‘Girls Night Out’ WallFlower Jeans event in L.A.

Rocking a typical teen outfit—simple white tee and denim (but paired with a black quilted Chanel purse and black Christian Louboutin pumps, natch!) and cute ponytail, Bella spent the better part of the evening hanging out with girlfriends and graciously taking pictures with young fans of her Disney show, ‘Shake It Up.’

We managed to get a few minutes with the beauty, who was accompanied by stylist Marissa Peden, to talk about how she envisions her look evolving, behind-the-scenes fashion stories, and the challenge she faces playing dress up in a mature industry.

On her style: It’s kind of whatever I’m feeling that day, honestly. I don’t have like a “no-go” look. I don’t hate one thing. I kind of like everything. One of the things that attract me to an outfit is if it’s comfortable. I will pick an outfit based upon the shoes [my stylist] Marissa Peden gives me because I will be like, Marissa, these shoes are uncomfortable, so we’ll go with the other outfit. It can be something as simple as that.

On her style icons: I like Natalie Portman and Nicole Richie.

On a standout look she’s worn: There’s not a favorite look of mine. There’s actually one that I kind of put together at the last minute and I liked it. It was the Alberta Ferretti dress with Bionda Castana shoes that I wore to a charity event.

Bella Thorne In Fausto Puglisi - Latina Magazine's 'Hollywood Hot List' Party

Bella Thorne attended Latina Magazine’s ‘Hollywood Hot List’ Party held at The Redbury Hotel in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.

The 15-year-old actress did shy away from colour for a while, so I was delighted to see her don a mix of colours on this occasion.

Starting with a bright-yellow Fausto Puglisi V-neck dress, to which she added ocean-blue Sophia Webster ankle-strap pumps and a Diane von Furstenberg ‘Tonda’ printed sequin clutch in a mix of pastel shades.

Jewels courtesy of Pamela Love, Wanderluster and Victor Velyan, glossy lips, and glossier wavy tresses completed her look.

I wouldn’t change a thing. Would you?

Bella Thorne In Blumarine - 2013 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party

Bella Thorne joined fellow teen stars Hailee Steinfeld and Holland Roden at the 2013 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party in LA on Friday night, but unlike those ladies she didn’t wear Emporio Armani.

She turned to her current favourite brand Blumarine, selecting a black-and-white Fall 2013 ensemble with a red-and-pink rose print.

The look would’ve been preferable without the fitted trousers; however, since Bella has worn Blumarine dresses with this same tulip-skirt silhouette a few times before, I understand why she opted to wear them.

Simple black patent-leather pumps and a black shoulder bag accessorized the look, with a wispy updo, petal-pink lips and gold drop earrings completing the look.
