Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Men 1

Here is a quick roundup of some of the fellas who have been taking the red carpet by storm.

Israel Broussard: ‘The Bling Ring’ actor looked very dapper wearing a Viktor & Rolf blue-fleck tweed-cotton suit styled with a lightly embellished white shirt to the InStyle Summer Soiree yesterday evening.

Jason Sudeikis: The actor joined Jennifer Aniston on the red carpet for the ‘We’re The Millers’ London premiere looking very suave wearing an ink-blue well-tailored notched-lapel Dior Homme suit with a contrasting red polka-dot tie. Usually I have my beady eye on his fiancé, Olivia Wilde, so I forget to take in just how handsome he is.

Ashton Kutcher: Our best-dressed man of last week may not have helped his chances of doing the double judging by this look at the ‘Jobs’ LA premiere this week. While his co-star Ahna O’Reilly looked very glamorous in Dior, Ashton opted for a very laidback look featuring blue slacks, a checked shirt, a maroon tie and a cream cardigan. All that he is missing is his pipe and slippers.

Best Dressed Of The Week - Rachel McAdams In Roksanda Ilincic & Ashton Kutcher In Rag & Bone

Great minds think alike as we both picked Rachel McAdams and Ashton Kutcher for best dressed this week.

Rachel took the lead early and no one came close to knocking her off the top spot in her Roksanda Ilincic simple top and skirt with a futuristic edge.

Ashton made us swoon in his Rag & Bone dressy-casual suit with a simple white tee and orange belt, despite competition from other fellows in smarter, more traditional suits.

Here is a roundup of some of the menswear looks from this week.

Ashton Kutcher: The actor attended the New York premiere of ‘Jobs’ on Wednesday evening at MOMA, continuing his trend for wearing a colourful belt with his navy Rag & Bone suit. His dressy-casual look was styled with a polka-dot pocket square, Pickwick & Weller white tee-shirt and brown lace-up shoes. This look really made me swoon.

Liam Hemsworth: I expected to find myself swooning over Liam, but I can’t say I am fan of this Hugo Boss gunmetal-grey suit with black lapels worn to the ‘Paranoia’ LA premiere yesterday evening. Maybe it’s the black shirt and tie which is throwing me this sombre off.

Tom Hughes: The British actor grabbed my attention wearing a sleek black suit styled with a white dress shirt and contrasting green tie while attending the ‘About Time’ London premiere.

Ashton Kutcher Rings NYSE Opening Bell In Burberry

Ashton Kutcher rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday in New York City.

The ‘Jobs’ actor, who plays former Apple CEO Steve Jobs in the new biopic, put a handsome twist on the trading room floor in his burgundy-brown Burberry suit.

To contrast the darker suit, he mixed in a light lavender-blue button-down and a navy paisley-printed skinny tie.

A bit of scruff on his face and on his well-worn shoes was all Ashton needed to complete his NYSE entrance.

Menswear Thursday

Here is a round-up of menswear from this week.

Armie Hammer: After starting the week in a bright red Gucci suit, Armie toned things down for the Paris premiere for ‘The Lone Ranger’ donning a Ralph Lauren Black Label navy suit styled with a blue shirt featuring a white collar, green tie with asymmetrical stripes, a polka-dot navy-and-white pocket square and brown shoes. Do you prefer this more classic look or the more daring Gucci look?

Andrew Garfield: In the absence of on-and-off screen girlfriend Emma Stone, it was left to Andrew to promote ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ during Comic -Con this weekend. The actor wore a blue-and-indigo contrast-sleeve Burberry jacket paired with a Lanvin polo shirt, dark denim jeans and Nike sneakers. Even when dressed down, he still looks very dapper.

Ewan McGregor: From dapper to debonair, Ewan had me swooning when he took to the red carpet for the Aston Martin Centenary event this weekend. Looking handsome posing alongside one of the classic automobiles as if he’d just stepped onto the set of a James Bond movie, he wore a classic Neil Barrett tuxedo with satin lapels and a bow tie. Jimmy Choo ‘Prescott’ suede shoes with a patent leather toecap completed his look.
