Ashley Roberts In Three Floor – Mayfair Hotel

Ashley Roberts In Three Floor - Mayfair Hotel

Ashley Roberts enjoyed a night out at the Mayfair Hotel in London yesterday evening.

The ‘Dancing on Ice’ judge wore a Three Floor dress.

Her party dress with a definite summer appeal is feminine, flirty and fun with its neon-yellow lace bodice and two-tone sequin wrap skirt with faux-croc leather trim and gold-zipper detailing; however, it’s not working for Ashley.

Usually I would blame the black pumps for bringing down a look, but her Christian Louboutin ‘Paulina’ pumps are not at fault on this occasion.

Is the dress a size too small? I can’t quite put my finger on it.

What I do know is that the look would’ve been much improved with her hair up and a lighter lip colour.

Ashley Roberts In Rachel Gilbert – ‘Oblivion’ London Premiere

Ashley Roberts In Rachel Gilbert - ‘Oblivion’ London Premiere

It wasn’t only Olga Kurylenko who donned white on the red carpet at the premiere of ‘Oblivion’ at BFI IMAX in London yesterday evening; Ashley Roberts did too.

The ‘Dancing on Ice’ judge kept the winter-white theme going wearing a Rachel Gilbert Fall 2013 dress.

I’m thankful that her corset-style dress with a sheer white yoke and decorative silver sequins has a pencil skirt; any kind of flare in the skirt and this look could’ve looked very much like a ice-skater’s costume.

Offsetting the silver sequins on her sexy frock, Ashley styled her look with silver talons and matching sandals. A simple bun completed her look.

You may remember that Ashley wore a gorgeous Rachel Gilbert frock to the National Television Awards; clearly, she loves the Australian designer’s flirty feminine frocks.

Ashley Roberts In Antipodium – TRIC Awards

Ashley Roberts In Antipodium R13 - TRIC Awards

Ashley Roberts attended the TRIC (Television and Radio Industries Club) Awards which took place in London yesterday at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

The ‘Dancing on Ice’ judge wore a cute Antipodium fit-and-flare-style dress which was ultra short but uber cute.

Her reverse-tiger-tapestry dress which is a unusual take on animal print gives us just a little more bite than your standard mini dress.

The dress fits smoothly on the body with just the right amount of flare and swing in the skirt. The back panels of the dress are cut from a mesh fabric for a smooth fit and to provide the perfect colour contrast to the tapestry while complementing her nude sky-high Louboutins.

I like that the hair and makeup is kept simple, neutral and relaxed for this look. Any more would’ve been overkill.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Cate Blanchett & Ashley Roberts

It seems that Diane Kruger will forever be the bridesmaid in these polls, because after a hard battle all weekend she finally lost out to Cate Blanchett.

Cate glowed at the “Vogue Australia 50th Anniversary Dinner” this week wearing her stunning burnt orange vintage Ossie Clark gown.

It was such a delight to see her back on the red carpet, and you guys really appreciated her return.

As much as I found Cate breath-taking, I was more impressed by Ashley Roberts transformation from trashy to classy.

She opted for an Alexander McQueen crepe wool pencil dress which I have been cruising in Harvey Nichols all week.

I loved bright red colour – probably because my star sign is Taurus – the bold shoulder pads and the fitted nature of the dress which gave her slim figure a great curvy shape.

I have to own this dress.

29.07.09 In Her Closet

In Ashley Roberts’ Closet – Alexander McQueen Red Pencil Dress

When Ashley Roberts attended The Cartier International Polo Day earlier this week, I wrote that she wore a Vivienne Westwood dress.

Thanks to Daniel I learnt that the dress is in fact by Alexander McQueen, and it was just uploaded onto the virtual shelves of Net-A-Porter 10 mins ago.

Browns Fashion also has this dress in a silver lamé version.

The Cartier International Polo Day

Anna Friel has been injecting a lot of sassy edgier pieces in her closet recently, and she stays true to form wearing this sexy Antonio Berardi Fall 2009 black textured dress.

I love the sculptured shoulders, the square cut neckline and the fact that she didn’t wear tights with this dress. We had horrible weather this weekend in England as you can see from the moody clouds in the background.

Black heels and a black crocodile clutch complete this look.

Designer Saloni Lodha and Marissa Anschutz seem to be having a wonderful time.

Saloni is wearing a haltered dress from her own Spring 2009 collection which has a ruffled bib and a tiered skirt.

It’s perfect for a summers day, so it’s such a shame the bad weather made her wear a jacket and we don’t get to see all of the stunning details of her design.

Marissa was a more bold wearing her Saloni Cora strapless dress sans coat.

Her beige chiffon gathered strapless dress has mesh panel on the sides with a black velvet trim plus black and fluorescent pink chiffon detail and beading embellishment.

It’s a gorgeous dress, but I find my eyes drawn to her fuchsia pink Christian Louboutin Paquita satin sandals.

Neve Campbell doesn’t attend many events, so this is a rare treat.

The actress wore a multi-coloured tiered Moschino dress with black pumps.

The dress is nice, but the hairstyle ages her.

Honestly I almost didn’t recognise Ashley Roberts with so much clothing on.

Normally the most we see on her is a bra and hot pants when she’s performing with her group the PussyCat Dolls.

She really scrubs up well, looking very ladylike in her ravishing red Alexander McQueen pocketed dress with shoulder pads and a cowl neckline.

Naomie Harris’ cream demi-sheer D&G dress is instantly recognizable by the black appliqué butterfly detail on the neckline.

I love the ruffled hemline.

She did well wear the right coloured bra under this dress.

Lara Lewington is wearing the very popular Lipsy London zip edge strapless dress which only costs £35, whilst probably wearing thousands of pounds worth of Cartier jewels.
