Who Wore Three Floor Better…Naya Riveria, Mollie King, Nicole Scherzinger or Ashley Madekwe

Who Wore Three Floor Better

Celebrity brand favourite Three Floor have been serving up a score of stellar mini red carpet frocks this year but the piece celebs love most is their navy-blue ‘Sky High’ jumpsuit. Is the jumpsuit love bug catching on?

First up was Naya Rivera, who wore the strapless sweetheart-neckline jumpsuit to a private event at Hyde Lounge in LA for Beyonce Knowles’ concert, opting to add a pop of pink to her look via her Jimmy Choo ‘Amika’ shoes.

Mollie King gave the jumpsuit a second run out while attending the ‘We’re The Millers’ London premiere, adding a black belt, black Kurt Geiger pumps, a gold cuff and a metallic-gold clutch to her look.

Nicole Scherzinger made it a three-peat when she donned this famous jumpsuit while attending the X Factor UK press launch last month, keeping her accessories to a bare minimum, just upping the ante with red-hot  Kurt Geiger London ‘Britton’ bright-red pumps.

Finally, Ashley Madekwe raised the bar when she styled her jumpsuit with a Moxham x Three Floor choker, a gold-plated waistband and her can’t-live-without Saint Laurent ‘Jane’ sandals.

Nicole was my favourite in this jumpsuit for such a long time, but Ashley’s choker and belt elevated this look beyond all others so Ashley wins for me.

Ashley Madekwe In Malhia Kent x 7 For All Mankind - Malhia Kent x 7 For All Mankind Launch

To celebrate the launch of the collaboration between Malhia Kent and denim brand 7 For All Mankind, Ashley Madekwe of ‘Revenge’ and ‘Ring My Bell’ hosted an event in Century City, California on Thursday.

The 7 For All Mankind x Malhia Kent capsule collection fuses the luxury couture fabrics of the Malhia Kent mill, known for producing textiles for the likes of Chanel, YSL and Proenza Schouler, with 7 For All Mankind’s expertise in premium denim. The result – this season’s most coveted collaboration – the first couture 5-pocket.

Ashley wore a metallic-blue 7 For All Mankind x Malhia Kent Moto jacket paired with 7 For All Mankind’s Destroyed Slim Western Shirt and her black vinyl miniskirt.

Matching her lips to her chic red Chanel shoulder bag, she completed her look with Topshop black suede ankle boots.

Ashley is the second celeb to sell this emerging vinyl trend to me. A trip to Topshop is in order.

Longchamp Flagship Store Opening

Longchamp Flagship Store Opening 14 Sept

Longchamp celebrated the opening of its London flagship store on Regent Street on Saturday evening, inviting a host of celebrity guests.

I was lucky enough to be invited and mingled with a host of celebrity guests across the three floors while being thoroughly entertained by Alexa Chung and Pixie Geldof, who were spinning the decks (see my pictures below).

Zoe Saldana: The beautiful actress, who is currently in London filming her next blockbuster ‘Guardian of the Galaxy’, looked effortless wearing a draped-front ivory silk blouse and shorts from Longchamp’s Spring 2014 collection, which she styled with a ‘Roseau Box’ clutch and taupe Louboutins. She was such a delight, happily posing for a picture for us.

Kate Moss: The model, who has a very strong connection with Longchamp having designed bags for the brand, was the one person who everyone wanted to see close up. She didn’t disappoint, wearing a sexy black keyhole romper with a unique whiplash leather belt, which she accessorized with a blue Kate Moss for Longchamp clutch for a pop of colour.

Alexa Chung: The DJ was in great spirits on the night, opting for a black vinyl Jonathan Saunders ‘Jemima’ bustier dress from the Fall 2013 collection to showcase her darker and sexier side, which she styled with a cute pair of houndstooth ankle-strap pumps. The ivory cardi was just for the red carpet.

Front Row @ Topshop Unique Spring 2014

Topshop Unique

A long line of trendsters turned out for the Topshop Unique Spring 2014 runway, hosted at the Topshop Show Space in London on Sunday, where the FROW head-turners had on their hautest high-low looks.

Kate Moss: The supermodel struck an effortless yet cool-girl note in grey-and-black, leopard-print trousers, paired with a black jacket and heather-grey sweater. Oversized sunglasses, black booties and a blue-ceder Kate Moss for Longchamp clutch popped more attitude into this look.

Ashley Madekwe: Rocking a fire-engine shade of red, the ‘Revenge’ actress continued to make the show rounds in a cozy Topshop Unique beige jacket (which actually photographed more like mint green) and matching Boutique fuzzy jumper thrown over those bold-hued Unique trousers. Minimal makeup and a scraped-back ’do finished off the fiery look.

Ellie Goulding: The British songstress took a tougher approach with a black leather blazer and black crop top, which seemed a bit too intense for her Topshop Boutique baby-blue skirt. Her criss-cross, black-patent Unique shoes brought a heavy edge back.

Front Row @ Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014

Front Row @ Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014

A chic sweep of lovelies were seated front row at the Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014 fashion show yesterday at The Theatre at Lincoln Center in New York City, where they wore all shades and styles of the designer.

Jessica Lowndes: The ’90210′ starlet stunned in a Spring 2013 strapless cocktail dress that featured an artistic flash of vivid, abstract digital prints. A black RK New York spiked clutch, black strappy sandals and sharp pendant earrings grounded the colourful frock with a touch of hardcore edge.

Emmy Rossum: Gorgeous in green, the actress turned on the sophisticated sizzle in a fit-and-flare lace dress from the Fall 2013 collection. From that enchanting hue to her side-swept ‘do, along with those metallic gold Jimmy Choo accessories, there was much to covet here.

Maggie Grace: The actress’s Pre-Fall 2013 black cocktail dress had a frothy and romantic off-the-shoulder silhouette, further boosted with her loose, blonde waves. Yet the painterly splatters of gold that swept across the black frock delivered an aura of drama and mystery to this look, as did her dagger-shaped necklace.
