Garcelle Beauvais arrived at US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue Event back in April wearing a head-turning BCBG Max Azria asymmetrical dress with a blouson bodice and a front panel that created a fluid drape.

What really makes this look special is the stunning statement piece that adorns her neck.

Arielle Kebbel kept her dress simple at the “Maxim’s 10th Annual Hot 100 Celebration” in Santa Monica, by just wearing a black pumps and a black clutch.

At the Cannes Film Festival Elsa Pataky attended the “Akvinta Presents A Night of Hollywood Domino Party” wearing the same dress with a less impressive necklace plus a black clutch and bronze peep-toes.

Garcelle wins this by a landslide all thanks to that stunning necklace.

Let’s see how many Trib Two’s, and Herve Leger dresses we can count at this event.

Heidi Montag, or should I say Heidi Pratt, wore platinum strappy heels, and a matching Nancy Gonzalez clutch, with her predictable Hervé Léger by Max Azria Spring 2009 bandage dress.

I’m not particularly crazy about this look, and her necklace is so unnecessary. She should have saved it for a better outfit.

Kim Kardashian opted for a very tight white H&M dress, from the Divided Exclusive Summer 2009 Collection, with 80s inspired shoulder pads.

This look is too severe for my liking, as she has one of those council estate face-lifts, were her hair is pulled back so tight her face looks stretched.

Jil Sander black pumps, and a Christian Louboutin clutch complete the look.

I’m really not liking Audrina Patridge’s lighter hair. She was so much prettier when her hair was darker.

She wore a navy mini dress under a black Kris Van Assche tuxedo jacket, whilst wearing her very favourite Balmain Crystal embellished studded sandals, and carrying her favourite Alexander McQueen bow clutch.

The only surprise with Amanda Bynes’ look, is that she’s not wearing a Herve Leger dress, but I guess when you know Heidi Montage has been invited, a Herve Leger dress is automatically off the table, as Heidi will definitely wear one.

Everything is standard Bynes’. Shoes, hair, vacant expression.

Arielle Kebbel is wearing black peep-toes with her cute strapless BCBG Max Azria Spring 2009 dress *shudders*

God those heels are killing me, such a bad choice.

She should have considered the split in her dress, before striking that pose.

Ciara sure knows how to rock cornrows. The dress is event appropriate, but I would have expected her to go more high fashion, and stand out from this crowd considering her many good choices lately.

Trib Two Count: 2

Dania Ramirez channeled her inner Carrie Bradshaw wearing a pair of Manolo Blahnik Something blue satin pumps, with her marble print strapless Farah Angsana dress.

Gabrielle Union & Jamie Gunns arrived wearing the same Herve Leger dress.

That’s gotta be embarrassing, but that will teach them both to be so unimaginative.

Herve Leger Count: 3
Trib Two Count: 2

Vanessa Minnillo quietly walked the red carpet with Nick Lachey, wearing a Laila Azhar pleated strapless dress, with lust worthy Fendi Boudoir sandals.

Whenever I see Taryn Manning, I always think this is one of the lost Lohan sisters.

This platinum dress is so ill-fitting on her.

Malin Akerman looked beautiful in a ruffled floor-sweeping, metallic gold and beige patterned Rami Kashou Fall 2008 gown.

I would have loved this gown more without the ruffled shoulders, as it makes her appear to have no neck, other than that, she looks perfect.

Carla Guginos is definitely more Green Goddess, than Green Goblin in her stunning one-shouldered Roberto Cavalli gown.

I love the gold accents.

Emmanuelle Chriqui’s black haltered Herve Leroux ensemble, is very structured and fitted, therefore giving her a very sexy silhouette.

The sizzling ensemble was complete with Christian Louboutin Ernesta Plateau T-bar heels.

My only problem here is the amount of St. Tropez and bronzer she has applied.

Maggie Grace kept the glamour stakes high wearing a satin sweetheart necklined silver mini.

She contrasted her look with champagne and black heels.

Anita Briem’s pink taffeta dress is gorgeous, but the ill fitting bodice, really lets her down, as well as the tights, and the black pumps.

Arielle Kebbel ruffled ivory chiffon dress, is flirty, fun and just what is needed to brighten up a winter red carpet.

Watchmen opens in theaters Friday.

Wow…I guess Rumer Willis was saving her best look for the premiere.

Of course she went strapless again in this stunning black satin Reem Acra Spring 2008 gown which hugged curves I was not aware she had. Again the dress could have sat a bit higher, but maybe she just has a very long upper body.

Her raven hair, which is usually in a short sleek style, appeared to be longer, to give her that elegant look she desired and it worked.

Demi Moore wore Lanvin ribbon evening dress. This dress was a sleeveless pleated midnight blue dress, with ruffled detail on the front, and the neckline was of black silk tulle.

I am not crazy about Demi in this dress, but I prefer it to the last Lanvin dress she wore.

Her husband Aston Kutcher kept it casual wearing a black suit striped t-shirt, and a pair of white sneakers.

Emma Stone chose a cute asymmetric di Hera dress with a ruffled detail, but I was more mesmerized by her amazing jewel detailed Sergio Rossi heels.

Katherine McPhee showed off her sexy hourglass figure in this white strapless Ports 1961 gown.

I love the bangs, and the tiered detail on the hem of the skirt.

Anna Faris did not grab my attention in this white J. Mendel gown, with black piping.

The earrings sparkle, the gown does not.

Ashley Tisdale teamed her black studded Camilla and Marc top and Whitley Kros high-waisted skirt, to a very cute pink pair of snake skin heels.

Arielle Kebbel was by far the brightest in her 60s inspired canary yellow dress.

She managed to also find a pair of shoes to match her yellow/white combo dress.

I have tried to emulate her pose and I wonder, how did she get her foot into that position, whilst still facing forward?

Adrienne Bailon animal print handkerchief dress was slightly revealing from this angle, but I love the colours, as it suits her skin tone.

She completes her look with YSL tribute pumps.

Emmanuelle Chriqui is dressed very much dress a Kardashian would wear, and I can’t say I like it.

She used to dress is chic separates and stunning gowns.

Sofia Vergara who would normally wear the dress Emmanuelle is wearing, but opted for a very conservative and cover up look (by her standards) in this Oscar de la Renta Spring 2008 dress, which she complimented with black sandals.

The new face Bebe stole all the attention at their 2007 Fashion show, with the dramatic new cut and colour.

Remember the first time we thought she cut her hair? Turned out she just has a ponytail for the Premiere of Harsh Times back in November 2006.

Other attendees to the show were:

Do you remember the film “Coming To America”? When I see Tamera Mowry’s hair I just wanna sing…”Just let your soul glo…..feelin’ oh so silky smooth. Just let it shine through. Just let your soooooooooooul glo, baby.”

Not only do I hate the hair, but I also hate the dress and the shoes. Bad day for Tamera.

Sisters that shop together, look bad together.

I love Stacy Keibler’s outfit. Not too over the top, not too “try hard”. Just cute, trendy and comfortable.

Why do model’s always seem to be making a point with bad dress sense first Lily Cole now Lydia Hearst. I much preferred Lydia as a blonde.

Reality TV Star Jo De La Rosa (for those who don’t watch trash TV, she was on The Real Housewives of Orange County).

Firstly what was she doing there and who invited her? I hate reality TV stars who believe they are more famous than they actually really are.

Anyways….I prefer her as a brunette and not really diggin the blonde locks. Her outfit is on point with the monochrome look and the leggings. The shoes could stand to be a little higher…they look about 2ins…what a wimp….4ins and nothing less for me.

Emilie De Ravin looks lost (see what I did there?) in this outfit. Even her expression is one of surprise. I think maybe a splash of colour or some accessories would have brightened up this boring outfit.

Kelly Carlson would have got top marks for this outfit but the beret lets her down. Who wears berets in LA??? And to Fashion Week???

WTF??? Do I really need to see your bra? Blue Cantrell never did get it right on the red carpet.

Yawn…totally underwhelmed by Becki Newton’s outfit. Normally she makes a point with colour and style. I think her point is she just did not try hard enough.

Arielle Kebbel also attended the Dina Bar-El Fashion Show, so she had 2 outfits. Geez….fashion week is tough if you have to change for every show.

I surprise myself by liking the shocking pink dress. The nude shoes were a good choice as black or even *shudders* shocking pink shoes would have ruined this outfit.

There has for me always been something very haunting about Devon Aoki, and watching her in Sin City did not help.

Another lady rockin the monochrome look that is very popular of late. She has the doll like figure and features to pull this dress off….just.
