Brie Larson In Oscar de la Renta – 2017 Oscars

Brie Larson attended the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

Putting forth a subtle va-va-voom quality, she debuted an Oscar de la Renta custom gown that mixed elegance with charm.

Although the gown was black, it still possessed an effervescence in the dynamic movement of the ruffles that rippled throughout the skirt and train.

A hot orange-red lip polished off the look with additional flair.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Zuhair Murad – 2017 Oscars

Ginnifer Goodwin made an appearance at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

There were a few stars who went red for the night, and Ginnifer was among them in her Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2017 all-over lace gown that was an eye-catching pairing with her jet-black pixie cut.

We’ve seen so much sheer leg lately that it was refreshing to see a lined number—and a lining that was executed in such a way that it didn’t take away too much from the dress.

The look was styled with Sophia Webster jewels.

Ava DuVernay In Ashi Studio Couture – 2017 Oscars

Ava DuVernay made quite the statement on the red carpet of the 2017 Oscars on Sunday night (February 26).

The director wore a graceful Ashi Studio Fall 2016 Couture gown with lace appliqué detailing.

First of all, can I just say a big ‘yes’ to gray on the red carpet? The shade is just dark enough to really distinguish it as gray versus silver, and I’m absolutely loving the unique color.

Ava’s gorgeous, long locs, smokey eye and diamond jewelry are the perfect complements to this dramatic look.

Michelle Williams In Louis Vuitton – 2017 Oscars

Michelle Williams joined the star-studded list at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

I had high hopes for the actress who we knew would be dressed in a Louis Vuitton design. And, she was.

But something about this tied halter gown just fell a bit flat—and a bit long in the skirt that puddled on the ground.

Her platinum pixie cut and mauve-rose makeup was a pretty way to finish the look, even if it didn’t remedy its lacklustre nature.

Chrissy Teigen In Zuhair Murad Couture – 2017 Oscars

Chrissy Teigen wowed on the red carpet of the 2017 Oscars on Sunday night (February 26).

The model and wife of nominee John Legend wore a Zuhair Murad Spring 2017 Couture gown with dazzling accessories.

Chrissy is never one to shy away from a ‘moment’, and it’s safe to say she’s giving us one tonight. I am in love with all the smart details of this gown. The bodice and sleeve peek-a-boo fabric, the ‘firework’ print created with crystals, even the belt is completely inspired.

I’m giving a big virtual high-five to Chrissy for this look–are you as into it as I am?

Kirsten Dunst In Christian Dior Couture – 2017 Oscars

Kirsten Dunst attended the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

Another ode to glamour in spades, the actress was lovely in a black Christian Dior Couture high-low gown that riffed on the design house’s New Look silhouette from the ’40s.

Frosted with diamond jewels including a necklace from Niwaka, the dress was likewise finished with a softer, romantic air in her relaxed updo with its curled tendrils.

Karlie Kloss In Stella McCartney – 2017 Oscars

Karlie Kloss was also in attendance at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

The supermodel abided by her minimalist mantra and wore a Stella McCartney gown that achieved more striking presence with the cape detailing.

With a blue ribbon in support of ACLU pinned to her side, she also styled the look with a Roger Vivier Boite de Nuit Bracelet bag and Nirav Modi jewels

Given the high neckline and silhouette of the dress, the choker might have been a bit overkill.
